I went to pick up an order from Asda Shaw in Oldham. When I got there the product was not what I ordered. The girl who initially dealt with me was quite helpful but then she got me to speak to customer service which was absolutely unhelpful. I was told that I had to return these goods even though it was not what I ordered. Totally felt let down by the customer service at the Shaw branch. I will Not be dealing with online shopping again at Asda due to the lack of help received by so called customer service. I would definitely tell others not to either.

I went to buy my monthly shopping today.and my Xmas food as well.the shop was fine. The lady opened a till for me as I had a full trolley .I spent nearly £100 and my rewards would not work. I feel ripped off. And might have gone else where for my shopping if I wasn't getting my rewards

Asda mobile top up no longer available to purchase in store, online only. Congratulations Asda, 16 years weekly shopping, at a store that was out my way, so the removal of this service, shopping all under one roof, has driven me to to shop elsewhere for my provisions. Pointless and Pathetic move, really what have you achieved by removing that top up?

Asda rewards are a ioke and a insult to it's customers. I spend about £140 every week and sometimes if I'm lucky I might get £1 the rest of the time it's anywhere between 50p to 12p. Been a pensioner I can get 10% off at Iceland on a Tuesday The moral of the story is Asda stick your app where the sun doesn't shine because having shopped there for about 40 years I think it's time to go elsewhere

Total rubbish, awful Online support team. Two Ignorant managers They don't listen. They try to gaslight you to get you off the phone. Spoke to 2 different managers on top of five Online customer support is a joke two of the managers I spoke to said they weren't fit for purpose in our very many conversations. They all said they wanted to help me as I'm 68 with mental health and chronic pain syndrome. I only shop there like everybody else out of desperation, it's them that are winning and we are losing our money our patience watching them, screw up over and over again. They owe me £29.25. After two weeks, knowing they're in the wrong but trying to cover up. They Offered me £8.69 back. They said it was from the vitamins I gave them back! The price of those vitamins are £29.25. They took the cheaper vitamins off saying that I gave them back because I didn't want them. What a bunch of rubbish! Those cheaper vitamins are here with me. I've been using them they still owe me over £20. We've all had the same problems with them as they keep screwing up many orders and left items out of my delivery. I'm never using these rip off merchants again

I came into Asda the other day wanting to exchange something. I was very happy with the service I received from the customer service team. I think I was served by Harris he was very helpful and sorted my issue out right away.

Worst service imaginable. They don’t deliver at all just con people to get money. They make you wait 5 working days for a refund? Why is this as you did not deliver and is not the customer’s fault.

Would not recommend for home delivery. My Friday night spend in waiting for a shop to arrive all for it to be cancelled instead off the driver just calling me?? Was left with hardly any food in the house and no toilet roll at 10pm on a Friday night, ended up having to order a takeaway for dinner that night as had no food in annoyingly. women that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful, all I requested was that the order be redelivered the next morning and I explained the inconvenience off it, all she said was that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 48 hours, very unhelpful. Unfortunately, I did not have the funds to simple reorder the shop so was left with no groceries until I received the refund 2 days later. Extremely disappointed, all could have been resolved if the driver could have been bother to give me a call, unbelievable

Today I shopped as ASDA unfortunately I went to a checkout operative who thought customer service was talking to the shopper - but stopping putting items through the checkout whilst she chatted!!!!!I have no problem with them chatting whilst they continue to ‘zap’ but don’t stop. Rawtenstall used to be good, but the customer service on checkout has deteriorated and needs to be massively improved for some of the staff. Not only that, they then ‘blame’ the customer for ‘abusive’ behaviour - (it wasn’t) when the customer gets fed up of waiting to,the chatting and moves elsewhere. I think security need to understand the word abusive, and then ensure they find out the reasons from the customer instead of the operative who obviously didn’t want to be seen as being paid for chatting. The security person obviously wanted to,be seen as an authoritative employee. He was a joke. If he wanted to do right - he finds out from both parties what happened. This visit has only shown me what poor quality training these staff have. Bring back the old employees.

agoASDA, ASDA, ASDA A manager needs to get a grip on ordering bags in this store. When I go into the store at 7.44am 6 weeks before Christmas and go to check out. THE LAST THING I NEED TO HEAR IS. 'WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY BAGS!' HOW!!!! does a shop whose sole purpose is to provide goods to the public MESS UP SO BAD as to not have a solitary shopping bag in the store. Doesn't matter about supply, delays or any other fickle excuses. You are a business... do business... you know you have customers coming in to shop..... Get a grip manager of this section. ORDER THE BAGS!!! I feel sorry for the workers having to explain why there are no bags all day long........
