Then on going through check-out l thought “that bill was higher than l had expected” When l arrived home l did a check list against the products, then l check off the prices but kept getting a different total amount.

Went on line to buy a russel hobb 3 in 1 blender priced on line £28 from£34 I TRIED TO DO CLICK AND COLLECT to find can't collect for 3 days, so checked store availability to find it was in stock.

Asda frozen sausages now only 16 in a bag. Reducing the amount but keeping the price the same. Do they think we won't notice.

Delivery driver extremely pleasant and helpful. delivered on time thought weird substitutes but tried your lemon cake and agree it is as good if not better than marks and Spencer. Put 4 stars for substitutes

i had a home delivery today at 10.00 pm had a lovely lad keenan very helpful he packed my bags for me as I have arthritis he was so kind i wish you had more kind lads like him on home delivery. Mrs Sharon carter Minworth Asda.

I'm randomly Asda customer, not a big fan but today something different has happened! Coming on M27 from Portsmouth to Southampton with my little car, I was basically let down by my car, only 30 miles pH on the motorway! Behind me it was a delivery van from Asda, has noticed I'm in trouble and basically the guy has slowed the traffic, careful behind me up to the first exit.

If I could give Asda no stars I would, I placed an order paying for an express delivery and didnt receive the order despite the app saying it had been delivered. Their own customer service tam told me on two separate calls it would arrive by third party delivery driver, guess what still no delivery and now ASDS are telling me they will not refund the mines either. Very Unhappy and will take this further.

OFF LOADING ALMOST OUT OF DATE FOOD TO HOME DELIVERIES Drivers on home delivery helpful, disabled household, but SHORT DATE PRODUCTS constantly being sent or substitutes that are just stupid! They actually refused to refund goods despite the food use by dates being the stuff you see in the whoops discounted counter but they wanted full price! Today wheelchair user forced to take photos to get a refund, as the helpline said Asda doesn't keep track of use by dates, how bad can you as a food supplier get! Leigh area, Lancashire, England,

Took my payment before even undertaking my click & collect order then cancelled it! So I rebooked and they took the money AGAIN & cancelled it twice! So they’ve taken 2 lots of money from my account for my weekly shop £340!! They say refund will take 3-4days. IM FURIOUS!!!!!

I do not have a problem wirh the service in Asda, we have also received many home deliveries and l have been very happy with them.I do wonder about the hygiene however, as in my local store the card payment screens on the self checkouts are really dirty and could do with a good clean..just wonder how many bacteria are carried between customers.

I came into Asda the other day wanting to exchange something. I was very happy with the service I received from the customer service team. I think I was served by Harris he was very helpful and sorted my issue out right away.
