I have continued to perceiveer with asda , and have been a customer for over 30 years , but no more , even after sending several emails to the CEO and customer service, the results get worse and worse, missing items, substitutes, cancelled deliveries, click and collect not being there, and now this weeks delivery has out of stock items with no substitute available, and some price increases of up to 60% , not only will I cancel my account but will now never shop at Asda again , before my emails to Asda I had never once in my life written a complaint, or posted one , your company has become an absolute joke.

I have a black male friend who used to work at the Asda Wallington Store on the chilled department who was unfairly treated victimised and racially discriminated against so I managed to contact Hayley Tatum Senior Vice President – Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer on instagram to help my friend and she said she would help my friend and she didn’t instead she is constantly and continuously making posts on her instagram page pretending to care and giving false perceptions and impressions she doesn’t care about black people she pretends to and gives false narratives she is also very DELUSIONAL I have attached screenshot photo of what Hayley Tatum Senior Vice President – Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer looks like.

My daughter did her shopping in your store in Grimsby last night, we are both disgusted. The customers were all allowed in together & the security did not make sure that people were following the distance rules. Why are people allowed to shop in crowds in your store. My daughter said she did not feel safe, she does some shopping for me to & I am at high risk. She says she will shop at Tesco in the future. At least they do all they can to protect their customers.

Had a click and collect at Clapham lavender hill today Was shocked and disturbed to see there was no queuing system for shoppers. Security guards were everywhere but customers were flocking into the store like a normal day. No social distancing being observed having had a c/c at your Roehampton store a few weeks ago, we witnessed people being let in a few at a time. And waiting at a distance.

I used to shop at Asda until I found out that they are not sticking up with the usual items people need. The way they are currently treating their staff is appalling, yet they blame the downturn in sales is due to the Brexit. What a load of rubbish. If you don’t stick up the shelves with what we want and you have non] concern for your staff then people will turn away. My sister was shouted at by the customer service person with regards to an item she bought, then told to leave by security. Others saw what was happening and they all said they won’t shop at Asda again. Appalling way to treat not only the public but their staff.I won’t be shopping there again. I’ve noticed the car park in Asda, Melksham is more empty these days. Have you also noticed that the end of use date for bread is being reduced, fruit veg is not so good these days. You can always shop at Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, or Iceland. Is Asda going bust.com

After not receiving half of my shopping I put in a request for a refund for those items I didn't receive Rejected. Spoke to someone at customer services who said they would refund me in full and send a £5 apology voucher (therefore accepting liability). I got the voucher and only 13 of the 28 items refunded (the cheapest items). Spoke to someone else who has said the rest are with the claim team to review. So now out of food and out of pocket. Wonderful.

Asda Stonecot GSM Vania Faria Extremely Poor Customer service and no People Skills! I can’t believe how this woman Vania Faria (former Operational Manager at the Asda Wallington store) has been promoted as a GSM at the Asda Stonecot Hill store despite humongous online reviews complaints and social posts made against her of which all the senior management directors are fully aware of but refuse to act a classic case of unfairness bias and hypocrisy

I shop at Asda quite often and I think I will replace Asda with another supermarket. More and more often I discover that the goods on the shelves have a lower price than at the checkout. Or buy two products for the price of one or three for the price of two. after checking the receipt, no difference was deducted and I paid full price. this is an absolutely disgusting practice. try to avoid Asda, they talk a lot and loud about saving money, but in reality they are robbing you

Asda rewards are a ioke and a insult to it's customers. I spend about £140 every week and sometimes if I'm lucky I might get £1 the rest of the time it's anywhere between 50p to 12p. Been a pensioner I can get 10% off at Iceland on a Tuesday The moral of the story is Asda stick your app where the sun doesn't shine because having shopped there for about 40 years I think it's time to go elsewhere

Would not recommend for home delivery. My Friday night spend in waiting for a shop to arrive all for it to be cancelled instead off the driver just calling me?? Was left with hardly any food in the house and no toilet roll at 10pm on a Friday night, ended up having to order a takeaway for dinner that night as had no food in annoyingly. women that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful, all I requested was that the order be redelivered the next morning and I explained the inconvenience off it, all she said was that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 48 hours, very unhelpful. Unfortunately, I did not have the funds to simple reorder the shop so was left with no groceries until I received the refund 2 days later. Extremely disappointed, all could have been resolved if the driver could have been bother to give me a call, unbelievable

I recently visited ASDA Wallington and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the Operational manager, Vania. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had positive experiences at ASDA, but this particular encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the store, I encountered a problem with an item I had purchased the previous week. I approached Vania, the Operational Manager, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of displaying empathy and understanding, Vania was dismissive and unhelpful. She showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns and seemed more focused on rushing me away. Not only did Vania fail to provide any solutions, but she also displayed a condescending attitude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening. As an Asda customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a manager. Unfortunately, Vania's demeanor fell far short of these expectations. Moreover, Vania's lack of knowledge about the store's policies procedures and overall products was evident. She seemed unaware of the basic protocols for handling customer complaints and seemed uninterested in escalating the matter or involving other colleague members who might have been better equipped to assist. This lack of competence and willingness to help left me feeling disregarded and unheard. What disappointed me the most was Vania's inability to empathize with my situation. Customer service should always prioritize understanding and resolving customer issues promptly. However, Vania seemed more concerned with maintaining her authority than addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington as a whole. I sincerely hope that ASDA Head Office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior exhibited by Vania was far from satisfactory. I urge the senior management team at asda head office to provide additional training to their colleagues, particularly in the area of customer relations, to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience. In conclusion, my visit to Asda Wallington was marred by the extremely poor customer service displayed by the Operational manager, Vania. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall indifference towards my concerns were deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that Asda Wallington takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and provides better training and support to their staff to improve the overall customer experience.

We bought a new coffee machine and purchased a pack of six cartons of long life milk from the Asda store in Walsgrave Coventry on 31st March 2023. We used the first carton in the machine and shortly after three of us began suffering from upset stomachs and thought it may have been a bug we’d pick up and didn’t connect it to the coffee. The following day after drinking a cup of coffee we again began to feel ill. I went to refill the milk container on the machine and noticed the sell by date on the milk was NOV 2022. I know it’s long life milk, but being this far out of sell by date is taking the …. This is an absolute disgrace that Asda have product STILL on the shelf for sale not just a few days, not just a week, but FIVE MONTHS OUT OF DATE. Totally unacceptable and something that cannot and should not be defended. What have you got to say for yourselves Asda? And, by the way, thanks for making us ill. I shall be returning them and expect some lame excuse, or most likely, no excuse at all.

Our delivery didn’t arrive, first time we’ve used Asda. Phoned customer services who clearly use a script. And also don’t speak very good English so were hard to understand.. they said they didn’t know what happened to my order so they cancelled it and said it would be 3-5 working days until I get a refund… which means I can’t afford to go somewhere else to do my shopping. My family now won’t have food for 5 days. That is appalling. I’m completely disgusted with the service and more so the customer service. Thank you Asda, never again

ASDA WALLINGTON SUPERSTORE- Operational Manager Vania Food Hall Manager and chilled section leader and Home & Leisure manager “are never to happy to help”! But happy to walk away is their policy they are very rude and should not work with the public as their attitude is not to be bother to help!! They need to be immediately replaced they clearly don’t have the right skills for the job nor do they have the necessary knowledge or experience to do their jobs properly the only question was where are the trollies kept and they all said outside, explained then there were none their and their response was to walk away, they are very rude and arrogant They need investigating and to be severely disciplined also believe that the treatment and poor customer service that I received is racially motivated and i personally feel racially discriminated against I also very strongly believe thatIf this issue is not urgently resolved then the company asda will continue to receive email complaints such as this unless the company takes the appropriate action against the the operational manager vania Foodhall manager, chilled section leader and home & leisure manager.

I ordered groceries for home delivery as I'm a single mum with broken arms & unable to drive. The money was taken from my bank account & I expected my delivery as had notification of substitutes. My delivery slot was 7pm to 9pm, no sign of delivery and unable to contact customer services as closed. The following morning they say I can reebok but will have to pay again however won't get my money back shopping for 3 to 5 days, I don't have the money for this. I'd not even got milk or bread or any basic essentials & now have to wait up to 5 days to be able to do a shop because asda have taken the c money without providing any shopping, there was also no notification until 12 hours later. This is absolutely disgusting. Not everyone has enough money to do this. Very unhelpful customer service too.
