“The reviews about the sample box were so good I thought I'd give it a try and went for a large box, have to say I'm disappointed with what I then received.. doesn't strike me as enough to warrant £30.. I know they are samples but just seemed a small amount of items in a huge box.. glad I tried it but won't be doing it again. Looking forward to trying all the products this weekend I'm sure they will be great but for ordering a large box it was a small amount of items.. hate to see what a small box looks like”

Thank you for the review, highly appreciated. Email response times is an aspect of the business we are looking to improve on, work force and an unexpected rise in work load has driven us a little further away from the PC than we are happy with of late, rest assured, we are working on the minor issue.
