Can’t thank you enough. Good communications I would go as far as to say a personal touch which is not something you experience usually with online stores. Beautiful products and literally saved hundreds on our new bathroom by shopping with you instead of Victorian Plumbing. Really grateful for your help putting things right when your supplier had a mishap with his first attempt at delivering our purchases and looking forward to receiving them on our agreed delivery date. You’ve made what could be a logistical nightmare a smooth and stress free experience. Many thanks again. Alison and Kirk 👍

Dreadful service. No communication. You have to chase orders. They don’t arrive. They do not supply as per advertised timelines. Referring my case to trading standards.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We're sorry that you've had to chase your order, we have a list of customers that we pro-actively call to give updates on their orders. We've received a high number of orders over this period and we're doing everything we can to keep as many customers up to date as possible. The delivery dates that are on our website provide an estimate for when items are likely to arrive, however, we cannot guarantee them. Under normal circumstances this would be the case but due to it being the holiday season we've had some delays. We purchased a good quality HiB Bathroom Cabinet with LED Lighting emmited via sensor control. It arrived within several days, securely packed and with clear instruction for safe installation. We are happy to have received such a product at a good price in comparison to other Suppliers.

Pictures on the website are not of the actual products, it seems. Despite this, the ‘Manager’ Mark, was rude and unhelpful via email, to the point I had to ask that he stop emailing me. Wouldn’t help with return postage, which was over £13 and lied about the manufacturers not having the item I wanted-when they did and then took nearly 10 days to process refund. Very bad business.

I made a mistake & ordered a toilet incorrectly and so had to come back to you to arrange a return & order a replacement. I have been advised that I have to sort the return myself. However the courier you used took the toilet off the palette and the box came apart slightly. Due to the weight it clearly needed to be on a palette which I don’t have. I find it pretty ridiculous that you would expect a customer to be able to return something so heavy when they wouldn’t have a courier contract in place. This would make me not want to use you again. I order a lot online and have never once had to find a courier myself to return an item. This really sets you apart from other businesses. Surely the most sensible option for customer satisfaction is to arrange the return with your courier and deduct the cost from the refund. My other option was to drop it off in Plymouth - 230 miles from where I live. Not ideal.
