“I went into boux in hull at Stephens today for the first time to look for a strapless bra the staff was very patient and understanding Very helpful. Thank you I will definitely be back”

“I shopped in the St David's Boux Avenue shop. I needed to be measured and TM Holly M offered to help me. She was absolutely amazing, I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was so well knowledgeable when measuring me and all the Bras she helped pick for me also. She never made me feel pressured for the length of time I was taking and she filled me with confidence. She carried my basket around the store and helped me go through different styles and colours. She has a stunning personality and gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I spent close to £300 and I am bringing my sister back next week so she can be looked after by Holly M too”

“I must leave a review for the lovely girl Holly in ST Davies 2 who gave me over and above service today! She’s absolutely gorgeous and couldn’t do enough for me. She’ll know exactly who I am - the girl who took half the spring lingerie collection home with her!!! Truly couldn’t sing her praises more. Thank you for an amazing experience Holly!”

“I was in desperate need for a bra fitting so I went into the Trafford centre store and was served by Alice. She spent over an hour with me fitting me into different bras making sure each one of them fitted perfectly on me. She was lovely, kind and so helpful. Just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me. Exceptional service and highly recommend Alice for future fittings. Thank you Alice for all your help today. One very happy customer :)”

“I went to Meadowhall Boux Avenue on Tuesday 25th May 2021. I’ve worn boux Avenue bras since I started wearing bras and never went anywhere else. The last time I got measured was early 2019 just before I fell pregnant and my baby is now over a year old and I’m still wearing the same old bras but they was so ill fitting they was actually causing me to bleed under my arms. When I went I asked to get fitted but due to Covid it wasn’t possible (understandably) but I explained my situation to the lady working on the shop floor and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service as good and as caring as what she showed me then, she gave me every single bit of advice she could from finding the best fitting bra, what to look for for my bra size and then even after care on how to make my bras last me for as long as possible. I will never shop anywhere else other than here for underwear and Meadowhall have the most caring supportive and understanding staff members to help you get exactly what you’re looking for personalised for you. 10000000/10 from me.”

“I bought 3 bras a month ago in Boux having been measured and found that they were too tight once I got them home. Only had the chance to go back on Saturday. On re-measuring I was a different size. Staff were fantastic, Mandy (340331) was so helpful, and they even swapped the bra I had been wearing. Very happy”

“I visited your store in Hull today looking for a nice bra the young lady assisting me Natasha suggested that I should be measured as I was not happy with the bra I was wearing, I am a mature lady and had a mastectomy several years ago which really knocked my confidence. Stacy (342015) fitted me with several lovely feminine bras she made me feel very comfortable and confident. Both the young ladies are a credit to your store and company and they should be recognised for their brilliant customer service. Thanks again to you both Joyce x”

“Beautifully laid out shop. All underwear in drawers perfectly folded and in size order. Very easy to find exactly what I wanted, even though the staff were attentive but not pushy. Girl on till, was very pleasant and chatty, offered me a shop loyality card but as I live abroad, I declined it. My purchase was beautifully wrapped too.”

“Click and collect was great, no hassle and free service. Items were in great condition and of a great quality when I picked them up, and I even got everything in the sale! This was my first purchase from here and I will definitely be returning for more!”
