Do not buy from this company, appalling customer service. They never answer the phone, kept on hold for ages, then get voice message to leave my number. I am not expecting a phone call waiting now 4 weeks for delivery. I am emailing them so i have traceability. Will never buy from them again.

My order was "shipped" on June 24 and still not has arrived. The tracking order they have provided does not work and it seems that all I've been getting is the run around. Today is July 19th, they said my order would arrive on the 7th of JULY. Customer service is a joke... No one has answered my question yet.

Stay away from this company order one thing then the start shipping you other random items without your concent. They never answer there phone so you can correct the error but keep sending you invoices to pay for items you dod not order.

I had ordered a music box for my granddaughter. It was advertised as being delivered in 2 days. After I went through the steps to order and give them my credit card info the shipping date changed to up to 4 weeks. I called after two week waiting and customer service told me the shipping date was as it said on my email. I explained everything above to her and told her that the new date didn’t show up until they had my credit card number. She said I could cancel, but as it was the gift was late by two weeks already. Long story short, package didn’t arrive until very last date and didn’t even come in a box. Very disappointed, will never order from them again.

GOOF STILL CEO Attempt to call several times earlier today. Kept getting sent to voice mail and then disconnected. Finally able to leave a message. Waited about an hour and a half, no return call. Attempt to call again several times. Got voice mail and then disconnected. Finally got a live person, connected to the wrong person. Was told that the problem was their new system, the same stinking excuse given to me several times over the past three weeks. Asked when they were going to get their system fixed. Response... let me get Ayah on the phone for you. Ayah on the phone, asked if she got my message from earlier in the day. She asked what message? Got disconnected. No return phone call. I guess they will blame that on the system too. Ayah not able to pick up the phone and call me back will be a system issue, the system sure is getting blamed for a lot of customer service issues. And, yes, I know what the response will be from this company to the BBB, it will be for me to contact my personal shopper. But, how in the world do I contact my personal shopper when the stinking system is working and when you get disconnected your personal shopper doesn't have the character and integrity to return a phone call.

Zero stars Please dont order from this company. It's a complete disaster. They take months to ship your item ( and if you are lucky to actually get it, it most likely will be after your special occasion). They are only quick to charge your credit card but their service is beyond bad. They don't care about customers at all, shocked they are in business.

False, deceptive and misleading advertising. Ordered the dreamcatcher “Aurora Borealis” by James Meager. It is a very nice piece FOR DAYLIGHT DISPLAY ONLY. The lighting was only outside edge lighting and did NOT cast a single lumen of light through the image. Also, the best lithium batteries lasted 24 hours of use.

Ordered ring that appeared to be so lovely in photo. Upon a long awaited purchase I was totally disappointed. Not only was the ring not worthy of offer but it lacked the beauty of the photo. Was told that refund would take 4 to 6 weeks. Will never buy from this company again. False ads. Not worth the effort.

I signed up for the Thomas Kinkade Garland Christmas set. I expected to receive all the parts by last Christmas. Turns out to be a very long, on-going process. Charges did not seem to be clear. And, I was disappointed in the product. I canceled the order after the first delivery. However, the second set was already "in process".

Terrible. Will never, ever, ever buy from them again...one and done. I was charged twice for the 1 item I bought and the charges were different amounts..1 was 74.83 and the other was 74.13... the reason i was given was the first charge was done incorrectly and had to recharge the right amount. However it had to take 2 phone calls to get that answer and then have the 74.83 removed and not go through as both of those charges were still pending in my account which of course is funds that I cannot get to. If you read this check your accounts. My question was how in the hell did you mess it up the first time when I ordered it online and paid the full amount of 74.13 at that moment when I checked out but I am charged 74.83 as well...fraudulent is my answer. I will be contacting the better business bureau. As I read through other reviews I see this happens quite a bit. I wonder how.many have not caught it

I ordered a personalized snowglobe on the 19th November to give to my grandaughter the day she was born and paid for it in full, it's now 17th January and I still haven't received it and I saw on my bank account that they have taken the money out again this morning at 2.43am. I have emailed them and tried to ring them but without success. Buyer beware...do not purchase anything from this company and I am seeking legal advice.

I ordered a disney christmas tree which was £489. The tree was delivered I didn't open it straight up as it was November thought I wait till least 12 December. When I finally got it out it looked awful was not worth money baubles where ment to have disney charter on but most them were missing half sticker. I decided to send it back about the 15th December they said I get a refund. Buy 27 I still not had one but took more money out off my bank. So yet again phoned them explained this they said they would take my cards detail off which would stop anymore money coming out but would be about 3 days. We now on 10th so phoned them see what was going on and I was told because they took my bank details off they could give me refund so had to take bank details again now been told be about 17 January. Customer service do not no what they are doing will never use this company again

Don’t use them on amazon they advertise one price on their site on amazon then bill you for their site price 5 days after. This is miss selling and should be illegal but if I don’t pay the difference they have threatened me with a collection agency and you cannot contact them directly. Very antiquated web site and company look at the photos and you will see what I mean

This place is particularly very sad. They promise satisfaction with their products but you'll never realize a refund. They fall silent. Their website is antique. Try and contact them! You won't succeed. They are a pathetic operation when it comes to customer service. Then they'll turn you over to a collection agency. Sad company!

Bradford exchange continues to not tell the truth about shipping items. you email them, and you get the standard same response. They will send "multiple emails with "Congratulations your item has shipped and they have different dates on when it ships. I placed an order on 11-26 told it shipped that day and still does not show on the Fed Ex site. I contact Fed Ex, they never received an item with the tracking number. I did place a second order on December 6 before I knew about this nightmare, its due to arrive today. If you have an issue, you spend days getting it resolved if at all. Don't place an order, they lie"

Considering how expensive the tat is from this site you'd think they would take some care in packaging and postage. Apparently not. Just received an item - no box, just flimsy polystyrene which was damaged and not even securely tapped together, just loose and open. The item was damaged and doesn't work so now I have to try and return it which is proving an uphill struggle as customer service just really don't seem to care. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company and its tacky products like the plague.

Arms and head of glass snowman fell off even though i stored it I ours original box. The company does not repair or assist in any way regarding the problem.Very unhappy!
