Bradford Exchange processed and shipped my order in half the time I expected. I was kept informed on every step of the process, and they made it clear how much my total cost was and when I was being billed. Every email from them came with clearly labeled contact information. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I spent 2 weeks dealing with the delivery service. They acknowledged the mistake, but were uninterested in doing anything to fix it. I finally contacted Bradford Exchange in frustration, hoping the delivery service would be more helpful if the shipper was involved. In less than 24 hours I received an apology and a notice that a replacement was being sent. The email included the name of and direct contact information for the customer service representative handling my account. It was an unexpected relief and I was very impressed.

I’ll stand in customer service by Rosary Greco, totally understands what the customer is wanting and listens to the customer. Rosary Greco sets the standards at Bradford exchange

I just wanted to say that for a large Co. such as yours , you are certainly true to your words ...Over the holidays I had ordered two of your small decor trees for gifts and was dissatisfied with both of them and after I wrote and explained , you offered to refund me for both trees and you did as you said you would without any hesitation .. NO UPFRONT PAYMENT! From my experience, I guess the best way to avoid online scam is by having a very thorough investigation about the subject matter. If i had this advice i would probably have not gone through the ordeal i went through some months past. Binary Options is a blessing to some and curse to many, it almost ruined me. DO NOT ORDER FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE THEY ARE UNETHICAL. I PLACED A ORDER BILLED IN TWO INSTALLMENTS .I WAS CHARGED BOTH INSTALLMENTS THE SAME DAY, 4 MINUTES LATER I WAS CHARGED FOR A WALLET I DIDN’T ORDER. I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN 5 MINUTES AFTER RECEIVING TWO SEPARATE EMAILS AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER COULDN’T BE CANCELLED. I CALLED AGAIN. THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME IT WAS A ONLINE ERROR AND SINCE A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN’T ISSUE THE ORDER THEY WERN’T RESPONSIBLE. THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS FOR MY ELDERY SISTER IN CHICAGO. AS FOR THE WALLET I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS UNTIL SHE RECEIVED IT, HAVE HER TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE DURING THIS PAND1EMIC AND I WOULD RECEIVE MY $77, 7-10 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE WALLET. HE ALSO STATED WHEN I SPOKE TO THE FIRST REP SHE COULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, THEY ISSUE UNAUTHORIZED ORDERS..

The product, a welcome mat was ordered at the advertised price of $39.99. Though it said it was part of a set I ordered it. It came in 2 parts in 2 deliveries. Before the 2nd delivery the charged my account $15.00. After the total order arrived my account was charged $49.99, $9.99 ($1.00 more) for shipping and then my tax. The total cost ended up $80.00. Had I known that I would never had ordered.

I order a mother’s ring for my sons grandma with all her grandkids. Got the order on time. Awesome! But the ring is nothing like the picture. The names are tiny and the birthstones are even smaller. I’ll let her make the call on if she wants to return it.

I have subscribed to the Limited edition Mickey Coin Collection. Every coin that arrives is scratched , and I have to return them for a replacement, and even some of the replacements are scratched and need to be returned !!!!! I have notified them numerous times and they just don’t give seem to care and blame the postal service . There is no quality control . There is no customer care . Would not recommend anyone to purchase their goods ? Hugely disappointing customer care .

Ordered product in July and very happy. However, in August found a withdrawal from my credit card. I called and was told a subscription produce was being sent unrequested. I sent it back when arrived. It took 3 emails and 2 calls before getting a refund today. The company immediately withdrawals money but isn’t prompt in processing credits.

I had one minor issue paying off an order 4/5 years ago due to losing my job and now I can't order at all from them (the order was paid off eventually and I apologised profusely at the time). My credit is good, I'm working, there would be no issues paying this time. 'Nina' was less than helpful, not to mention rude. They won't change their stance. The order was going to be for my daughters birthday. I personally do not like their dolls as they never look anything like the pictures on the website.

I bought one item that happened to be part of a collection for my mom's Christmas,a couple weeks later,I was sent another item I did not pay for part of the same collection but I didn't think anything of it cuz the bill that came with it said it was paid for and acted like I won it for free,and then just yesterday,I was billed for it So I'm assuming I was automatically subscribed to paying for the whole collection without consent and now I never want to buy from this money stealing company again

Awful. I clicked free shipping and then at the end onvmce I pressed to confirm my order somehow my total is 3 times the cost of the checks on my order reciept.They add a handling fee plus a security fee after the fact. Wowwwww! This is deceitful. I never authorized 3 times the amount of my checks. So I call the customer service number immediately- no one answers.

Have called 4 times.they billed for there rewards program and I cancelled and still have not received my refund..worst company to deal with.paid with pay pal and still can't get no results.never again..

Vile thieving company!! I wish I had read these reviews before making purchases. Even after canceling my ‘membership’ they continued to take two further months of subscription payments. I can’t stress this enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORROR OF A COMPANY!!!

I purchased 2 box of plain standard single page checks for $5.99. I did standard shipping & handling for $2.95 and tax was to be .63 cents for a grand total of $9.57. This was the amount quoted to me when I placed the order online. This was the amount am email sent to me a day later said. Imagine my surprise when they took $27.18 out of my bank account. When I called customer service they said well you ordered 7 years ago and since you ordered once in the past it costs much more. I asked why that wasn't quoted to me on the follow up email stating what they would be charging and they had no answere...but the checks have been mailed so toolate so sorry. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said it would b a long wait...I said that is perfectly fine. After a half hour she came back and acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I can't give a low enough rating for this company!
