“They do not comply with their return policy. I returned the products on March 14, it's April 24 and they still haven't refunded my money”

“Worst shoes I have ever seen. Misrepresented on their website, the product that you receive is nothing like what they advertise. The cheapest, worst construction. Single layer of fabric poorly sewn onto a cheap plastic sole. Don't bother. Don't waste your money. The pictures show the boot as they advertise it and the boot that I received.”

“Great service from Chanel at Newark Clarks today, 18.04.23. The advice Chanel gave for my 14month old granddaughter was checked out with the manager who supported the advice given. I would highly recommend Chanel’s customer service to anyone.”

“Poorly made products at a high price. I purchased a pair of Clarks Slippers and they lasted 5 months. I thought I was buying a quality produce, I was wrong. I get more life out of a pair of Walmart slippers than a pair from Clarks. They wouldn't even warranty their product and apologized for the inconvenience!!! Terrible company!! Don't waste your time or money on their!!”

“Slippers are comfortable but cheaply made and they DO NOT back their product!!! I had purchased a pair of men's slippers and within 5 months then began to fall apart. I contacted the company and they flat out refused to warranty they. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!”

“Today, we went into Clark's shoes in Solihull. We were met by Pat, who instantly impressed us by her interest in my wife who had a fractured wrist. The reason for the visit to the Clark's shop was to purchase a pair of shoes which did not need to be laced up. Pat understood the problem exactly and did not spare herself until my wife was satisfied. We made the purchase and were very happy. Thank you, Pat. Un Loop Black Leather 261686735040.”

“I will never again purchase Clarks again. As a Caribbean man I have always worn Clarks as school shoes and that is when Clarks were made in the UK with quality and now Clark’s are just trash. I have recent Clarks that have dry rotted and unable to withstand its time due to poor quality. Clarks and Ballys have been shoes made Caribbean school children have worn because of the high quality but now Clarks are trash and the company has lost their credibility for profits. Clarks you have lost a long time supporter.”

“I just loved these little boots called Caroline Park, so i bought them...I wore them 2 times and realized the soles will not last very long at all...The soles at the heel were peeling down so quickly!!! I remember Clarks lasting forever !!! I was told they are no longer made in the UK...I paid lots for these little boots and they were on sale !!! RIP OFF...Ive seen better in Walmart lately!!! So disappointed :( Super crappy soles!!! & the upper part of the shoe is equal to Wamart shoes now...It was the style that caught my eye originally..I should have looked closer, but had to have them ordered in from other store..”

“I have had 2 pairs of Clark’s slide-in clog style shoes completely fail where the top is sewn to the sole. Yes, they had been in the closet awhile while I had some foot issues. But for leather shoes to fall apart like that is ridiculous!”

“Clarks changed footbeds. They are no longer smooth inside. Have lines. I have neuropathy and these lines hurt my feet. Was the only brand I could wear. In the process of finding another brand I can wear.”

“My recently late Mother bought me a pair of my favorite Clark's Cloudsteppers Flip flop for my Birthday in Aug 2022. She passed away less than a month later. I loved those shoes. The patent leather black Cloudsteppers size 8! I live in Minnesota and lets face it we don't wear flip flops past August. I wore a few times and loved them just like I loved all my other pairs. My parents lived in FL so I brought them with on our Christmas vacation to visit. By end of week my one toe pulled out of the flip flop and ruined my favorite pair. I have had these shoes before and my very first pair outlived my newest pair. 😒 my most important pair. Sad. I have bought so many pairs of shoes from this awesome company. What can we do about my favorite pair?”

“helped me to wear the most comfortable business- high heals It is difficult to find shoes that fit my feet for office and business meetings. I tried many and only Clarks shoes worked with me. I am using Clark now for 8 years”

“I'm a disabled lady who need a pair of trainers to wear with my ankle splints The lady in the shop was so helpful and caring she took her time with me she help me to put my splints in the trainers and even help me to put my trainers on she was so caring and helpful I felt really happy she even packed my bag for me this lady is truly lovely I will defo shop there again”

“Visited Clarks in Gt Yarmouth Norfolk this afternoon. I wanted to support the shop as it is one of the few decent shops in the area, and i'm glad i did. I was with my 2 year old granddaughter and with the help of Sophia the sales assistant we found the perfect pair. Ivy was measured to ensure correct size, and we were offered 5 different styles. Chose the denim and heart design. I was then offered the discount if i needed a pair of shoes/boots for myself, but i couldn't find anything i needed. I did purchase the protective spray for Ivys boots though. Both ladies were really helpful, and i will certainly support local Clarks instore again. Many thanks 😊👍🏻. Sally”

“I can't keep them on. They're way too big and flop on my feet. I tried an insert. No good. I now have a sock stuffed in the toe of the shoe but it hurts my toes when I walk. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY? CLARK SHOES USED TO BE SO GOOD.”
