"Quality of product is very bad... the so-claimed Leather is poor quality and has changed color rendering my product non-usable. Waste of money buying Clarks shoes... see pics for validation. Over and above that when I approached the Customer service for a solution, they quoted a 90 day warranty and nothing can be done now."

"Worst shoes I have ever seen. Misrepresented on their website, the product that you receive is nothing like what they advertise. The cheapest, worst construction. Single layer of fabric poorly sewn onto a cheap plastic sole. Don't bother. Don't waste your money. The pictures show the boot as they advertise it and the boot that I received."

“I received a pair of Clark’s shoes as a gift. On the first wearing the shoes fell apart. I took pics and contacted Clark’s for a replacement. They said without a receipt there was nothing they could do. I have been a customer for probably 45 yrs., but will NEVER buy Clark shoes again. Very disappointing customer service or lack thereof.”

“The shoes won’t stop rubbing spots on my heel. I went to super shoes looking for a pair of shoes that wouldn’t hurt my feet due to all the walking I do at work. The lady told me the Clark’s was the best to pick from, so I paid $70.00 for the Cora pair. The do not make my feet hurt for say but they will not stop rubbing open spots on my heels that bleed. I have tried many different socks to prevent this but unfortunately I am not able to wear them anymore due to my heels bleeding. I haven’t had them but 2 months.”

“Just received a pair of “Clark’s” sandals in the mail. They didn’t come in a box - they were simply wrapped in plastic and taped. These are not genuine Clark’s. There is no logo, not even a size! Zero markings of any kind to indicate (or IMPLICATE) a company. They’re VERY cheap quality, nothing like actual Clark’s. (On the outer package, the “value” is listed as “5.00 USD”. Total rip off.”

“So i bought my shoes in a store in canada and once i put them on saw that shoes where very tight look at the size and they where mark as 8 1/2 M and all my other shoes from clark are always 8 1/2M this shoes was wrongly mark and the store told me to contact customer service and now customer service is telling me i have to see with the store because even if the store says outside Clark is not a clark shoes store its a third party and the can do anything now im stuck with a pair of shoes i can’t wear because they are to tight an nobody to help and im stuck in a ping pong game the store say it’s customer service and they say it’s the store even if the store says clark outside in big letters. After 10years of giving my money to that company im disgusted by there customer service. Dont care about the client just there money that is how im feeling now because nobody want to help. And in the picture you can clearly see a difference on the size. Amazon has a much better customer service then them and we buy are stuff from a third party and there returns or refund policy are not discriminatory on any where in the world you are”

“Dreadful experience faced with my online order. Not received my order yet , even after 20 days and I see similar experience faced by many others for over an year! I should have checked this facebook page before making online purchase at Clarks Is the Clarks India really run in partnership by Reliance ? Why is no action taken to correct this by Reliance ?”

“School shoes fitted in St Helen’s store jan 2020 worn for one day and look how red and sore my sons feet were they wouldn’t refund so issued a gift card which is now expired and won’t offer a re issue bad customer service considering stores were closed March 2020 during covid so I couldn’t use the gift card now it’s expired and Clark’s customer service Elinor won’t re issue even out of goodwill just told have 2 years to use my gift card is out of date by a couple of months everyone be wary of Clark’s I won’t be shopping at Clark’s again after this bad experience and poor after care feel well and truly ripped off shoes that hurt my son all day and £38 in Clarks pocket any at a loss to me customers be aware !!!!!!”

“I purchased a pair of sandals last year and have barely worn them They are uncomfortable, absorb smell like crazy, and if the get even a tiny bit wet they turn into slippery death traps. I would never buy a pair of your sandals again. I would probably get a better quality shoe at Walmart at a significantly lower price.”

“My husband bought me a pair of fur lined black clogs which are extremely warm and comfortable but after wearing them for only 4 months the fur in the heel worn through and the plastic/rubber underneath popped through. The shoes are now unwearable unless I buy some sort of insert. They were $50. He bought me 3 pair! I contacted customer service through their Facebook page and was asked to send pictures and receipt. I did all of that and was asked to upload to Messenger. (was told their email wasn't working). The original correspondence said they warrantied their products for 6 years on a case by case instance. After I sent all the required info, I was messaged back by a supervisor that they would not do anything to help since I bought them through Amazon. So apparently, they only care about making money and not about the customer. If I had bought them through their own online store or a physical Clark's store then I'd be getting a new pair for free. This is just ridiculous. I'm thinking about returning my brand new pair I got for Christmas. I'm afraid they are going to do the same thing.”

“I have recently ordered clark sandals through Ajio and I'm unhappy with the product quantity. It's straps pinches the little toe and feel uncomfortable after an hour of wearing. I thought Clark is one of the most comfortable footwear and I've used it for the first time and I'm highly disappointed. I don't recommend this particular product.”

“After wearing the Clark’s cushion soft sandals for about two months, the split near the toe and I paid $65.00 I have had 1.00 flip flops that lasted for years! Clarks customer service very rude and not helpful, they appear to be in England. I am very disappointed with Clark’s and feel the quality was very poor.”

“I ordered July 23, emailed the company because I did not receive my order. I received an email promptly stating my order was being shipped from China. Well, I received the sandals today I could have gotten a better product from any dollar store. Their was no shipping label to return them but they are not worth the postage. My flip flop are made of better materials. They should be ashamed of themselves to be called Clark USA.”

“Working behind a bar for 10+ hours a day I always wore Clarks shoes as they were so comfortable. Upon my retirement I continued with my faith in Clarks. However, I can only think that they have now outsourced their production to another Country (probably beginning with 'c') Although these have been in the wardrobe for a few years they are like new. I will share photographs before I put them in the bin!!”

“I bought my daughter the foxing print mermaid shoes one month ago and the side of the shoe has completely broken away. My daughter has hardly worn them! I am so dissapointed, they are terrible quality, shocking in fact. I contacted Clarks to report the issue, and despite purchasing them online I was told I would have to take the shoes into a store to resolve!! I bought online because Clarks closed my local store, and I don't feel confident visiting a store in the pandemic! My nearest store is now a 45 min train journey and a long walk as I don't drive, It will cost me expensive train fair and am not vaccinated against covid yet! So I wont be able to return these faulty shoes that I bought ONLINE. Clarks used to be the place to go for kids shoes, but seems they are now cheap, tacky poor quality and have terrible customer service too, but still with an expensive price tag. I wont be buying Clarks for my daughter again. An absolutely shameful policy that denies customers their right to return a faulty product, in making returning as difficult as possible! I would also like to add that Clarks would not allow me to post this review on their website!! So unbelievabally shocking, I will never buy from Clarks again.”

“I purchased a pair of dessert boots and loved them...until the entire sole came off one of them. Then, Clark ignored 4 attempts to contact them about it. $150 for a pair of shoes and they come apart, shouldn't happen. I had only worn the shoes maybe 20 times and very little outside.”

“The rubber soles of my shoes literally disintegrated. Clarks told me that their shoes were expected to last no more than 3-5 years and it was not unusual for them to fall apart when they were older than that. Clarks told me I was out of luck and they would not stand behind their product. Terrible product, terrible customer service.”
