“This company is by far the worst I've come across in my 8 years of experience in the construction industry. The staff has absolutely poor communication, the worst customer service anyone can possibly imagine. I deeply regret applying for my CSCS card through them.”
“A bunch of absolute con artists stay well clear of these people. Paid £65 for a CSCS card only for an Asian guy calling himself Garry to call me saying that I needed to complete a one-day health & safety course for £190 when the official price for these courses is £90. Realizing at this point that it was nothing but a scam I asked for a refund only for him to say I wasn't entitled to one & hanging up the phone shortly after. I emailed the company several times asking for a refund & eventually got two reply emails from two different people one saying I would need to pay £5 for a refund & the other saying I would need to pay £25 for a refund. Received an email a week later saying that I would be refunded within the next seven days & that if I didn't receive it after seven days to contact my bank. Severn days past still no refund, contacted them again only, yes you've guessed it the person on the phone hung up on me again. This company is now under the name of Peregrine Recruitment which is run by two Asian people in a house in London but they are still taking payments under the name & website of Construction Builder Support. I have reported them to both The Insolvency Service & Action Fraud however The Insolvency Service replied back to me basically saying that they weren't prepared to take the case on & I never heard back from Atioan Fraud, both are an absolute waste of space. All I can say is stay well clear of these people as they are nothing but daylight robbers.”
