Bike assembly dangerously set where brake became loose after a he 4th time my son rode it around the block. Customer service didn’t even apologize, they gave me attitude like a favor to answer the phone to me. Ehorroble place to shop for a bike.

I like the products they sell but going to the store can be a terrifying experience. When you go to the fitting room, it locks you in. There is no way out, unless an employee unlock you from outside. There is a way to call for help but the last time I was there it took me a good 5 minutes to be released. I asked the employee why they do it and he said that it was their policy, to keep their fitting rooms locked. By the way, you can’t unlock the door from outside either.

I had a Dicks credit card with an $800 limit, i used it and paid the balance all the way down to $0 in less than 2 months. Only to get a notice from them a month later that my spending limit was being decreased to $300, then to top it off 2 more months later my account was closed by them with no notification until after the fact. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.. I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF THEY WERE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!!

Ordered a Camwood training bat for my son. It arrived to lots of excitement, BUT has a permanent "promotional wrapper" on it. While we are both Tony Gwynn fans we would prefer not to see a promotional sticker stuck to the bat (see picture) when he's putting in work. Took a lot of excitement and desire to go test it out at the batting cage this afternoon and put a big damper on it. Guess we will have to sand the bat down and then re-varnish it. Makes no sense.

I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods in the woodlands, TX . I wanted to buy my son shoes for his birthday , all the workers were walking around not helping anyone. I watched and observed them , they would go out of their way to avoid people and being asked for help. They never offered to help , every single one of them were rude and had this awful demeanor, I asked a couple of them for shoe sizes they would literally bring the shoe box out to me and walk away , SEVERAL of them did that , I was shocked . Finally I decide to get my son the pair he wants , I actually wanted to buy him a couple of pairs but I was so dissatisfied with the service I only got him one pair because I had already promised him but decided I would buy the rest of his presents somewhere else. Then I get to the register , the girl is literally turning her back at us texting. Then she turned around , asked if I had a number (with a horrendous attitude) when I said no she rolled her eyes scanned the box and told me the amount. She was so rude and condescending, her name was Michelle by the way . I asked her if there was a manager I could speak to and she said “why?” I just looked at her and she said “yeah they are somewhere but I don’t have a radio to page them” I just paid and left. I really shouldn’t have bought anything as the shoes were NOT cheap but I only did it because I was tired had just gotten off work and promised my son. This isn’t the first time the customer service at this particular store and location has been extremely disappointing,I will NEVER spend another dime at Dicks sporting goods.

You claim on your website, "Our certified technicians are trained to perform adjustments, installations and repairs to your bicycle." Not true! Apparently, you only perform tune ups for bikes purchased at Dick's. I drove all the way to the store in Carmel Mountain Ranch. You really wasted my time.

The customer service at the Rim location in San Antonio sucks. Both managers that I spoke with were unable to do anything besides repeat what the store workers said. Their reward system is even worse. After purchasing a pair of shoes with reward points that didn't work out I tried to exchange them using those same points. I was told I couldn't exchange them and would have to wait until the points were put back on my account. I was given a receipt that said the points would be back available to be used in a couple of days so I asked to put the shoes I wanted on hold and returned a few days later to make the purchase. When I went the second time to purchase the shoes with the renewed rewards I was told that it would take another few weeks before the points were put on my account so that I could use them. The manager said she would put the shoes on hold until that time. At the time I was told I called the manager to make sure the points were on my account and said I'd be there right away to pick up the shoes. I had even accumulated more points and was excited to use them. I showed up a third time within the hour and had to wait for someone to search and tell me the shoes had been put up. They finally dug them out and when I proceeded to check out I was told that if I used my reward points for the purchase then I would lose large number of remaining reward points I had accumulated. A great way to "reward" good customers. I will never shop at a Dick's sporting goods again. Fortunately I found the Hoka shoes I wanted to purchase online directly from Hoka for less than they were asking at Dick's. I will never shop there again!

Bought a Sunny Fitness treadmill and the belt and motor stopped working after only 4 months but of course after paying $575 neither company offers a refund or replacement! Dicks sold me dangerous equipment and they could care less. Treadmill would just jerk to a stop with no warning!

Purchases a bike for my son that needed assemble Seat Was loose Tires were not inflated proberly Purchase assorted products, Vest, Paddels, helments 1st time ever shopping Dicks (got excessive e-mails from Dicks offering discounts when checking out Dean denyed any discounts, with a smile

Dicks in Riverhead NY, had a terrible experiance. No one helped me, Picked up bike, seat was not secure, tires were under inflated. I went to check out Dean was at check-out. Rude, could not care less. Was a robot! Gross. I will never go into a Dicks again. (Thanks Dean)

I went to Dicks in the Chicagoland area and wanted to purchase some white Sox merchandise they barely had anything but they had a whole section of chicago Cubs I couldn’t believe it would be that obvious they favored one team more than the other

I just bought a kayak for my husband for Father’s Day, and the employee, his name is Nate, was so helpful. He went above and beyond. He has amazing customer service skills. He helped us with the instructions about how to put our kayak ourselves. Dicks sporting Good from Woodbridge VA. Happy customer: Vicky McEwan

0 Customer Service…… Management wants to be helpful but most staff aren’t there to do their job. Can never get anyone to grab a shoe let alone look for a size. Sawmill Rd Store.

Very bad customer service (Serramonte Store). Assistant manager was very rude and never bothered to help. Will never spend a dime there ever again.

I experienced the worst service I've ever had in recent memory at the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Cedar Park. I was gifted a pair of vert nice OluKai Men's Hokua Sandals and went in to pick them up. As I came to the counter and the person finally found my order... they looked too small. I asked to try them on and they were indeed WAY TOO small. I asked if I could exchange them for a larger pair of the exact same shoes. I was told yes and to just go into the store and find the larger pair. When I came back the same person at the counter asked me for my credit card. I told him this was just an exchange from a gift to me. He said that he canceled the order and that I now needed to pay for the item. REALLY? A supervisor came over and immediately told me it was my fault because I didn't tell them the whole story. I was never given the chance to tell my story... I was told to go and exchange them! Well, I ended up having to call the person who bought me the shoes, but the supervisor said that because the credit card he used was an online order that he would have to come into the store (PHYSICALLY) to bring in his credit card. WHAT????? They were treating me as if I were some kind of thief. I ended up just buying the shoes myself. Thanks to Dick's- I had to pay for my own gift for my birthday. I will never give Dick's my business again. It seems that since the pandemic they are only good with online orders and have absolutely no customer service skills. What ever happened to the customer always being right? Their policies have turned the customer into feeling like a criminal. There are plenty of other places to go to for Sporting Goods... I suggest you try somewhere else and never set foot in their establishment.

We was very pleased with the service we received from Dick's Sporting Goods store in Medford, MA. All the employees were very helpful with our needs from the moment we walked into the store. We had employees approach us asking if we needed help (which we did and was provided). We appreciated all the team work with the employees. We will definitely be back i the future.

Tried calling customer service about a return and was told I can not return the bat I just purchased for my daughter. I called the 866 number and spoke with a jessica and she said that they can not take the bat back even though it has only been in my possession for 4 hours. All she said was I am sorry its company policy and then hung up on me. I am out $500 and a bat that my daughter can not use. Horrible customer service. I definitely will not be going back to the Scherreville Indiana location or ordering anything from them.

WARMING DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IN GREENVILLE NC, MANAGER MAX AND ALL STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS SERVICES I WENT INTO THE STORE TO RETURN SOME GOLF BALLS, GOT TO THE FRONT YOUNG GIRL ASK WHAT DID I WANT? SAID HERE TO RETURN SOME GOLF BALLS THAT WERE SENT TO ME WRONG SHOW HER THE ORDER NUMBER, SHE CALL SOMEONE ELSE A BOY, ASK 5 TIMES WHAT THE ORDER NUMBER WAS, AND GIVE ME A BAD LOOK, THE NEXT THAT HAPPENS IS THE STORE MANAGER MAX MR. PEOPLE PERSON COME UP TO THE FRONT WERE I AM WITH ANOTHER GUY WITH HIM AND ONE GUY KEEP UP BIND MY BACK MAX HAD A GOLF BAG IN HIS HAND THAT I RETURN ABOUT 1 MONTH BEFORE, WHEN I RETURN THE BAG THAT WAS SENT TO ME WRONG I LET THE PEOPLE AT THE KNOW SOMETHING WAS WRONG, BECAUSE DICK'S DID NOT HAVE THIS BAG. NOW WITH THE BALLS AND THE BAG, DICK'S CUSTOMER SERVICES TOLD ME TO TAKE THEM BACK TO THE GREENVILLE NC STORE, MAX TOLD ME WITH HIS 3 GUYS AND 1 GIRL EMPLOYEES AROUND THAT HE WAS NOT RETURN ANYTHING FROM ME, NOT TO COME IN THIS STORE ANYMORE THROW THE GOLF BAG AT ME A SAID LEAVE, TOLD MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO TAKE THE BAG AND BALLS BACK TO THIS STORE I HAD A RETURN # MAX SAID DON'T CARE LEAVE THE STORE, ASK HIM FOR HIS DICTRACT MANAGER NAME AND #, SAID HERE HIS NAME AND # HE KNOW WHAT GOING ON LEAVE THE STORE NOW, I GOT EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE TRYING CALL DM 4 TIMES WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID A # STORE SENT 2 EMAIL SAID EVERYTHING IS UP TO THE STORE, IT'S UP TO YOU BUT I WOULD NOT WANT ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO GO THREW WHAT I DID AND NOBODY DICK'S COMPANY CARES I WAS THINKING WHEN I WAS IN THE STORE AM I GOING TO GET HURT I HOPE THIS MAKE YOU THINK ABOUT GOING TO DICK'S IN GREENVILLE NC AGAIN.
