Terrible return process and extremely slow!

I ordered a product and returned it because it was too big according to my tracking they received it On March 30, 2024 iMessage them on the app got a reply Take 7 to 14 days to process it. It is now April 19. I messaged them on the app a couple days ago again got a response from Christine, asking for the tracking number and the item which I messaged back to her immediately. As of today still no response from anyone. I order from other boutiques have never had this issue with any of the other ones. They also don’t provide a phone number where you can call them directly or an email address where you could actually email them. I definitely not anything from them again. Buyers BEWARE!!!

Slow shipping. Terrible customer support. Haven’t received items after ordered even thou they have refunded after I have contacted about issues. Way more lives than reasonable shipping times

This company is awesome!! Faster shipping, the clothes are quality, the sellers are wonderful and their clothes are priced less than all of the other boutiques! How do I know, you ask? Because I follow ten other boutiques and many of them carry the same brands and items…Divas is cheaper by $20 per item in many cases. They did have some shipping issues around Christmas ‘23, but that has been resolved. I love watching their lives because they are fast-paced and Maddie, Janelle and the others are fun to watch. Give them a try…you will NOT be disappointed!

Shipping is worse than slow! States product will arrive in 7-10 business days. It’s been 10 business days , 11 if you count the day I ordered. It still has NOT even shipped! I live in the same state! It is ridiculous. The returns for credit are even worse. Once I use my credits, I will NOT buy again. I will delete the app!!!

Great product but shipping is horrendously slooowwww! I am still waiting on an order from January 12th and today is January 28th. I receive same day ship from my other two boutiques. If they don’t fix their Supply Chain issue, they won’t have any orders to fill!

Cute clothes but shipping is terrible!! I order from 2 boutiques one ships the next day and this one a month later, it's terrible, and orders coming out of order, newer ones being shipped b4 the older ones, its a hot mess!! Have been with them along time but considering not ordering anymore, it's getting worse, not better!! Still waiting today on an order from Jan 7th, its Jan 22nd!! Not acceptable in my eyes, just not good business!

Ordered the product still Not Arriving. Said can’t find my address. I’m asking for refund. Which they said can’t refund. And will keeping credit for me next time . Or resend with I have to paying my own fee. How can be possible. I’m asking them back ? Which my address do u have in ur system? Still not responding. Not happy at all

Discount divas is the best boutique around. Genuine lives, customer oriented service and they always seem to make it right if ever imperfect. You can’t ask for better prices and shipping is always FREE. Thank you for being amazing! ❤️

I placed my first order with Discount Divas (DD) on November 27, 2023. The order was for a sweatshirt and sweatpants matching outfit both medium. I immediately received a 3XL sweatshirt on December 4, 2023. There was no enclosed shipping invoice which made me wary about the purchase that I had just made and charged to my credit card. I emailed and messaged DD twice and only received an auto-generated response which stated, "Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We find the least expensive shipping option to be First Class with tracking." I felt that this was wrong and no reputable retailer would do this; however, I was in receipt of an item that I could not use and had paid for this. Only after I addressed my concerns via the comments on the DD "Facebook Live" platform was the issue addressed. A representative emailed me immediately that night. I was told that the medium shirt that I had ordered was no longer in stock, for me to keep the shirt that I had received, and that I would be refunded the charges. I have requested that the pants be cancelled and the charges be refunded, but have had no response for this request. I only gave two-stars because someone finally responded, addressed my issues, and corrected the mistake.

After reading all these posts..I wish I would have never ordered …I placed 2 orders weeks ago and still nothing…I have also sent messages and no response…super frustrated and very disappointed :(((

Shipping is taking way too long - very frustrating. I know it's a busy season, but I ordered in November (12th) and now am questioning if my product will arrive in time for Christmas...being that it's a gift. Also requested a cancellation and was denied. Very disappointed being that the cost and quality of the clothing is good. Hoping this changes in the future.

Shipping is horrible! They take 10 days to 14 days to even ship the products! I started buying from them in April and they were great now it’s so long to get the product! I am waiting for what will be my last order! If I pay for something i expect to get it quickly. It might be free shipping but this is ridiculous

Beware! Still have not received merchandise from an order placed 3 weeks ago on 11/7. No response from customer service that I have emailed 4 times either. There is no phone number for this company....now I know why. Will NEVER order again from this scam company. Disputing order placed with my credit card since never received the order. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

The shipping is ridiculously slow. Definitely avoid ordering anywhere near the holidays. I’d rather pay the cost of the shipping and get the order in a reasonable time frame. They are not transparent whatsoever when shipping does back up. The website continues to say 24-48 hours with no disclosure that they are actually 3 weeks behind. Not offering transparency to customers about true turn around time is a very deceptive business practice. They know if they say 3 weeks many wouldn’t order. The icing on the cake is when the models go live and complain about customers who are mad about not receiving products they ordered weeks ago!! Very unprofessional. There are far better boutiques out there with pricing as equally competitive without all the drama surrounding shipping.

I ordered a medium size shirt. When it arrived it said medium on the tag but was more like a 1X. I reviewed their return policy and they don't guarantee exchanged but will issue store credit. This is why I never buy online. You don't always get what is advertised. Very disappointing!!

When they have sold out of an item you purchased they give store credit and don’t refund your credit card. (Which is against federal trade commission.) they also don’t have an exact shipping timeline which gives them up to 30 days to ship it. Over many packages over many years many things have arrived in bags broken open with tears that sometimes go to the clothing, rips in bag that get clothing dirty, earrings that are broken or with bent posts that break within a few wears, shoes that should be new, but look like they had been work/ scuffed in dirt. It’s annoying to contact and some things they want returned (yay getting to buy new packaging and shipping it back), some they say just throw away, but even so all they have offered is store credit. I am done with the frustration and excuse of being a small company for things that could be better organized and done. This is their profession and business, but a lot of things feel very last minute and that they cause the problems for themselves and are pretty defensive and rude to people. Some staff is quite rude and you can definitely tell from previous years some hostility within the people who host on the lives. It honestly comes across as mean girl club and trying to do more pressure sales tactics with shorter cart times, etc. When I say product quality varies the is bad the shoes have had glue along the rubber onto the shoe, or had where the shoe rubber separates within weeks. Necklaces that break before putting on or first wear or two because of cheap chains and clasps. Shirts that are a cheap cotton that shrinks somehow even when only washed, inconsistent fits in the same brand and sizing recommendations. I have also had issues with seams not being seen completely, broken zippers, etc. Probably should have contacted them more, but as do most businesses, they bank on the hassle and people not wanting to whine. If you do complain on a live it gets nasty from the devoted following along with the host. Stick to Amazon with reviews on specific items and time lines for arrival, not 1 to 4 weeks. Stick to reputable companies that will refund you and not only offer store credit.
