“I have been with them for years. all of a sudden they want a social security number. with websites getting hacked every week, why would anyone be so dumb as to give your social security number, and how do any of us know you won't sell that info? I was unhappy anyway, as last year I received a product that was damaged. they gave me a credit but not for outrageously expensive shipping. I got nothing that worked but had to pay the shipping. That is not how you treat a customer that was loyal for many years. glad I found a better place.”

“I love the company. I love the products. I do not like the shipping. It takes too long. I know it's free of charge but you should have different shipping options. Even if you have to pay extra. Let the customer decide. Aside from that. You have my vote”

“The shipping has been great and delivery has been on time ususally. I say this because when I check for an update, I'm never sure which day it will arrive. Would be nice if we had an update when it's out for delivery. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with the over-all work being done by Electric Tobacconist.”
