Products ordered on Feb 21st and still no delivery date as of March 8th. Can't contact anyone via phone and the submit help desk ticket does not let me submit a inquiry. There is no phone number to call. I'm thinking this is a ripoff site and I just got duped!!!!! Getting ready to submit a fraud claim with my credit card company since I can't reach anyone and get no useful information from the web page.

Sorry your order is yet to arrive. The "up to" shipping estimate on your Order Confirmed email was 11th March, so still two days from now. That said, we are noticing delays on orders placed 19th and 20th February where there seems to have been a delay in getting packages to the Missouri hub which has caused delays further down the chain. If you are ok sitting around waiting all day for your item to be delivered by the carrier, only for it not to be delivered by the carrier, and then sit around for a second day waiting, etc., then this is the place for you! Or, you can try calling the delivery company and getting disrespected, and nearly laughed at for asking for an eta (i.e. their tracker said 9:22am, but it’s 9:50am when I call, and I’m told, “Well, the driver has until 8pm to get there.” It’s Saturday, I’m landlocked in my house, and I’m traveling tomorrow, so I’m getting NOTHING done, while I sit here waiting. It’s hard for me to imagine that the carrier isn’t even able to provide a window of time my package would be delivered, i.e. Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. They know exactly what’s on their truck, and where the Driver has to go, they have to, if they’re sending out all those automated messages (which are incorrect and useless).

Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this company. I have been a repeat customer for a while, however since the price increase on the Vuse Alto Menthol 4-pak pods and the shipping company they are now using is no longer meeting my needs. I placed my order on February 16, 2023 BUT did not receive it until March 3, 2023. The updates for shipping were never right and the package arrived damaged with a huge dent and tire mark on the outside of box. This is unacceptable for me and I have moved on to another online company in which the delivery and transaction was perfect!

Hi Kathy Thanks for your feedback and sorry to seer you go. Your order confirmation had a delivery estimate of up to March 7th and your order arrived March 3rd. We do our best to explain to our customers that by using the only lawful delivery means available to us, the model has changed somewhat to a longer lead time, but with incentives to stock up so that customers are generally able to wait a bit longer for their orders. As part of our commitment to being an above board seller, we also offer Package Protection on all orders. If you have found another company who is able to ship to you quicker, it's likely they are ignoring certain laws associated with online vape sales, so let's hope their willingness to refund or re-ship orders when things go wrong matches ours. it is near impossible to get customer service . I need to know where or when my order will arrive ? I use to like this company . however when you take more than 100 dollar order and then no way to track it after many weeks . customer service should be easy and simple. not take hours and be riddled with errors. please someone get back to me .

Hi, I can see the order you are referring to was placed on 14th Feb, was dispatched on the 15th Feb and had a delivery estimate of up to the 6th March. If your order goes over 40 days we will re-ship it as per our Package Protection Scheme. Absolutely the worse shipping experience I have ever had and have been ordering vapes online for over 8 years. You don’t even get a tracking # with this company it almost like black market shipping. I spent over $200 in products and it’s been over a week and no shipping updates are tracking #. All they tell me is I can assure you that your product has shipped. I mean do the use mopeds to ship there products? If you are wanting vape products and in a reasonable time frame please don’t order from this company.

Dear Scott, Tracking updates and is sent out when the package meets the final mile carrier. It is communicated within your order dispatch emails that this can take 6-8 days. As for the speed of our shipping, sadly our hands are tied since the PACT Act (where USPS, UPS and FedEx became unavailable to us) so we now operate a stock up and save model that can allow 20 days for delivery if orders are planned, and we encourage our customers to allow longer lead times for their orders. By doing this, most customers will place 6-8 large orders a year and no more. Please do feel free to reach out to our customer care team in the future if you want to find out the status of an order. They are a complete scam, they indicate that they will deliver your merchandise between 3 to 5 days. It takes sometimes up to six weeks, and sometimes the merchandise is never delivered.

Purchased just over $400 in product on November 23, said it was out for delivery end of December. Now it sits somewhere in Royal Oak, MI. Had to wait 40 days to get redelivery. In the meantime I placed another order on Dec 20 still at Gateway. The redelivery of the first order has said “out for delivery” for the past 2 days. Of course my first order said “out for delivery” as well but never came. I’m assuming I’ll probably not receive either of my orders. Doesn’t feel good to spend roughly $550 on two orders that I have been waiting on since Nov. 23. So disappointed

Hi Scott, Looking at your correspondence with us you were refunded on January 15th. Sorry your order did not get to you, but the new laws do mean we cannot ship as fast as when USPS was legal to use (and UPS and Fedex no longer ship vape). Run - don't walk from from this company. I placed an order on 12/19 and it ended up at the 'final carrier' on 12/23 where its sat for the last 16 days. Customer services best answer is to wait 40 days and file a claim. They won't let me cancel it - or refund my money. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and Colorado Attorney General - why not just refund my money for the product you can't deliver?

I placed my order Dec 11th, it was dispatched on the 12th of Dec. And it just arrived needless to say I am not giving a positive review, there is no way it should have taken 30days. Also unable to get updates on shipping, unable to speak to a human. This was a great online store, but it really isn't anymore. I will not ever use them again. Pam

Because of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban of shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. The only provider available in your region at this time is Standard Regional Carrier. Do not believe the 4.8 out of 5 favorable reviews. Had plenty of issues on my first order. Late delivery and defective products. So I got a second replacement order. Ordered November 25th, Received on January 6th. 6 weeks to receive order. The 1st NJOY Pod, did not work, just like the first shipment. Never again would I order from this website.

I placed an order with Blu on November 20th 2022 and 6 weeks later have not received my order but they sure took my $135 fast. I placed a cancel on my credit card. I never saw such a poorly run company.

It takes WEEKS to get an order. I placed an order on Dec 22 and as of Jan 6, it still has not even shipped.

It looks as though your items have left the branch carrier and are currently being shipped to the final mile carrier for local delivery. You will be able to see this information on your tracking page. We currently estimate 10-16 business days for delivery. That being said, we have seen some instances where shipping will exceed this and do not guarantee delivery within our estimated timeframe. If it has been more than 40 days from when you placed this order and you have not yet received the package, we would be happy to reship or refund the order at that time. We understand that this wait period does feel rather long; however, we find that the strong majority of packages make it to their final destinations within this timeframe, so we do require this amount of time to deem packages eligible for replacement.

On Nov 16th we placed an order, on Nov 17th it was shipped from your warehouse and we have not received it yet. We have since started buying vape oil locally so we don't have to wait for the delivery or 40 days to get a refund. We have been with your company since Finn sold and have only purchased from you. We will not order from your company again. Sorry that your delivery service has ruined a loyal customer.

I have been a loyal customer of the electronic tobacconist for over two years. I never had an issue till now. The last two orders I placed never arrived. The first order was placed and paid for on Nov 13th 2022. As of Jan 4th 2022, I still have not received delivery. I waited the required 30 days to submit a help ticket for a refund. The company responded back that they would check with the carrier as to the status of my delivery. I did get an email response saying they have proof of delivery from the carrier with a signature from Ds; and a photo of a signature that is not my signature. I responded back that I have no idea who Ds is; and the signature they refer to is not mine. I never received delivery nor did I sign for any delivery. They never responded back after that. Needless to say, I have not been refunded for this order. During this time, I placed another order which was a reorder of the first order. This order was placed and paid for on Nov 28th 2022. It is now Jan 4th 2023 and I have yet to receive delivery of this order as well. The tracking on this particular order was last updated on Dec 6th and hasn't been updated since. At this point I just want to get the products I paid my hard earned money for; or my money refunded to me. The total for both orders is $296.59. At this point, I'm not very hopeful of that. As far as I'm concerned, this is theft and incompetence by the company and the carrier.

Your purchase from November 28th: this package is in manifest status and has not made it to the final mile carrier yet; it is still located at the branch carrier's central distribution facility while being prepped for final mile delivery.
