“I have made and received 2 orders. Very pleased with the speed of delivery after order was completed. They seem to have a wide range of vaping products that I will explore as needed. My only complaint is the limits that are set on the pods that I use. I am retired and travel quite often and wanted to stock up so that I don't have to look for the pods that I use while on the road.”

“ET USA is a great company. They have a wide variety of great products (specifically for me, e-liquid, e-cigs and filters). Their website is very easy to use and I love the filters to get through all the products to the products I want. Each order is shipped quickly (important as I order when I am almost "out of liquid"). My overall experience with ET is great and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“The customer service here is fantastic. I bought two new nic salt that I’ve never had before. After trying them I was very disappointed with the flavor. I thought I was out $25 but I contacted customer service and told them that I was very disappointed with the flavor and even though they were opened they credit my account $25. Electric Tobacconist went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I will always appreciate that. Great company!”

“I have now bought several pod replacements from here. I’ve had to reach out to customer service with an issue I was having once and they were very responsive, quick, and friendly. Excellent customer service and best prices for my pods and my favorite salt juice. I only order from electric tobacconist and have sent many people their way! “I looked all over for the refill pods I needed and I couldn't find them in stock anywhere else. This was my first purchase from Electric Tobacconist USA and I will be a life long customer from here on out. They have an extensive inventory of all the nicsalts I needed. They run really great sales. I ordered enough for expedited delivery and my package arrived much faster than I had expected. 100% Recommend, will be placing another order when I run low.”
