“Been ordering for a couple years and have never had an issue. Pods are always fresh and pricing is great. Only wish there was a points program or receive a coupon for return customers”

“I love the company. I love the products. I do not like the shipping. It takes too long. I know it's free of charge but you should have different shipping options. Even if you have to pay extra. Let the customer decide. Aside from that. You have my vote”

“The shipping has been great and delivery has been on time ususally. I say this because when I check for an update, I'm never sure which day it will arrive. Would be nice if we had an update when it's out for delivery. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with the over-all work being done by Electric Tobacconist.”

“I’ve relied on this company for years. I cannot find the pods that I like anywhere in my valley and thankfully ET always has them in stock and ready to go. Not to mention the delivery time is amazing. Super affordable, great customer service and even better products.”

“I've relied on ET for years because the quality of their products are top notch. Recently, I missed a delivery over the Thanksgiving holiday and had to request a refund or a credit under their delivery protection feature. The customer service I received was excellent and very responsive to my request, and the credit was applied to my account as soon as the return of the product was verified. Given the shipping constraints placed on their products, ET's commitment to supporting their customers is outstanding.”
