You guys are usually pretty solid with orders but my last one wasn’t so great. The pods were old and only 2 packs of them worked out of the 4 packs I bought. I just ordered more so hopefully no problems this time around….

Products take forever to be shipped. Then the shipping company updates that they have tried to deliver with no one to accept/sign for items, however they never tried to deliver (we were home both days and have a camera, no one came). Reached out to ET and have to wait 40 days, laughable service. Canned response received from ‘customer service’. This is my last order with ET, no trust in the service anymore.

Contact page SUBMIT doesn't work! I never received Order ETUSA2822273. Shipment ID 2150667/4196132 says received and signed for. That is a LIE!

Everything is great buying checking out very fast and easy. Selection is very limited. I bought the Caliburn G pod which is now my favorite and they stopped selling the pods to it a year after buying it. That’s disappointing and never any breaks or deals for long time loyal customers or breaks on shipping. Just spent 58 bucks and 17 bucks for shipping and it’s 2weeks plus to get it. Other than that stuff I’m satisfied. The other Xros are good but they eat juice the pods last a long time with minimal leaking normal. Oh also need better tobacco flavors more options. I don’t understand you’ve been open for years why doesn’t your products expand each year so many great brands out there so many great products like the caliburn line is the best pod systems out there. Very sad. Thanks for taking care of my needs

Hi Thomas, Sadly the laws around what products we can and can't sell are tightening, so whilst we would love to sell thousands of different products like the good old days, our options are limited. I love EC - what I DONT love is how long it takes to receive orders!! I've been waiting 14 days for my current order!! I pay a fortune for shipping and expect it to arrive in a reasonable time & there's literally no way to contact the delivery company. Do better!!

Hi Debra, Sorry your orders have not been arriving in a timely manner. Our shipping partner is gradually finding ways to reduce time in transit and we're confident that over the next few months this time will noticeably reduce. In the meantime, we recommend ordering higher amounts so you're not so exposed to shipping times. This will also reduce shipping costs as I see many of your orders are very close to the $100 shipping threshold which would reduce shipping cost from $11.99 to $3.99. Kind regards, Louis ET Team

I have been very pleased with the service provided by ET USA. My only complaint is that I wish I would be notified at least 24 hours in advance (preferably by text) that the delivery is on its' way so that I or someone else is available to sign and receive the product.

I never received my order, even though it was just batteries. Apparently it needed to be signed for. I work, so I missed deliveries and did not get any notification either at the house or text or email.
