ET becomes worse and worse when it comes to shipping. It was 15 day delivery before but recently my last 3 orders were 22, 29 and 36 days. This is not acceptable.

I did not get my order and still was charged a restocking fee. I have shopped with Buy Pods Now for 4 years. They were out of the Vuse pods so I ordered from you. There was never any problem with delivery to post office, they would accept/sign and I would sign again when I picked up my order. I will never order from ET again

Hi Barb, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we're sorry to hear the experience wasn't what you were hoping for. As per PACT ACT guidelines, an adult signature is required to complete delivery and comply with the law. This is not something Post Offices can facilitate. As a result, the Post Office you used as your address refused the delivery attempt and the carrier returned the parcel to us. I haven’t tried product because ordered March 6 and it hasn’t been delivered. Cannot get a refund because not considered lost for 40 days. No communication since an email statng receiv r my order. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Never received package. Electric tobacconist not trying very hard to contact the shipping company on attempting delivery or getting package returned. I'll never buy from this place again! Worst shipping procedure I've ever experienced.

I have been with them for years. all of a sudden they want a social security number. with websites getting hacked every week, why would anyone be so dumb as to give your social security number, and how do any of us know you won't sell that info? I was unhappy anyway, as last year I received a product that was damaged. they gave me a credit but not for outrageously expensive shipping. I got nothing that worked but had to pay the shipping. That is not how you treat a customer that was loyal for many years. glad I found a better place.

Products take forever to be shipped. Then the shipping company updates that they have tried to deliver with no one to accept/sign for items, however they never tried to deliver (we were home both days and have a camera, no one came). Reached out to ET and have to wait 40 days, laughable service. Canned response received from ‘customer service’. This is my last order with ET, no trust in the service anymore.

Contact page SUBMIT doesn't work! I never received Order ETUSA2822273. Shipment ID 2150667/4196132 says received and signed for. That is a LIE!

I never received my order, even though it was just batteries. Apparently it needed to be signed for. I work, so I missed deliveries and did not get any notification either at the house or text or email.

They got my money. I didn't get my refills. I thought that their 40 day charge would automatically send a replacement. And it's a shame because I have had great service until now. Submit tickets, hear nothing. Submit another ticket, hear nothing. I get that shipping is a pain and but come on. Working on seventy days! You should hire the Pony Express only took them 11 days to get Missouri to Calf!

I ordered with company over a year ago and it took 2 months to get my product and we’ll I know call me crazy I thought I would give the company another try and guess what now it’s been almost over a month and still nothing Take your money elsewhere they will never change order from a reliable company somewhere else I am sticking with the one I was ordering from I get my order in about a week much nicer I don’t know what I was thinking

I ordered over a month ago and still did not get my order, they are saying they think it's lost but I have to wait 2 more weeks to be able to request a refund! I have ordered from them a few times before and it takes 3 week to get my order. I just ordered the same thing at the same price from Vape Shake yesterday and it is being delivered tomorrow. I will never use Electric Tobacconist again.

Hi, We introduced a 40 Day Package Protection scheme to cover our customers for lost orders. This is a free service to our customers we offer on all orders. Sadly we cannot bring forward the 40 day mark, else we risk refunding orders that subsequently arrive. Sorry for this and apologies for the delayed order. Louis ET Team

The very worst place to order from Try somewhere else!! Any reviews that say oh I got my shipment fast is right out not honest!! I stopped ordering from them last year because it took almost three months to get my order well, I thought maybe I would give them another try Well you guessed it so far has taken almost a month any any shipping update just says in transit!! Stop ordering from this place it’s a scam!!!
