I've been a long time customer of ET and really have never disappointed. However, what I've been waiting for someone to say or waited for finally the opportunity to say is that y'alls prices seem to increase every time I order. The vuse solo refills have gone from 11.99 to 17.99 and I'm a little concerned that they're gonna be $20 the next time I order. It is becoming extremely expensive everytime I check out. Can y'all explain please? That goes for the vuse Alto as well. Will the prices ever go back to normal or just keep going up? Just trying to know what to expect. Other than that, keep up the good work with everything else :)

I love the company. I love the products. I do not like the shipping. It takes too long. I know it's free of charge but you should have different shipping options. Even if you have to pay extra. Let the customer decide. Aside from that. You have my vote

The shipping has been great and delivery has been on time ususally. I say this because when I check for an update, I'm never sure which day it will arrive. Would be nice if we had an update when it's out for delivery. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with the over-all work being done by Electric Tobacconist.

This is my first ecig. I got the rich flavor. Works well and taste great. Took a little getting use to but it definitely helps me cut out cigarettes. All in all good choice

You guys are usually pretty solid with orders but my last one wasn’t so great. The pods were old and only 2 packs of them worked out of the 4 packs I bought. I just ordered more so hopefully no problems this time around….

Everything is great buying checking out very fast and easy. Selection is very limited. I bought the Caliburn G pod which is now my favorite and they stopped selling the pods to it a year after buying it. That’s disappointing and never any breaks or deals for long time loyal customers or breaks on shipping. Just spent 58 bucks and 17 bucks for shipping and it’s 2weeks plus to get it. Other than that stuff I’m satisfied. The other Xros are good but they eat juice the pods last a long time with minimal leaking normal. Oh also need better tobacco flavors more options. I don’t understand you’ve been open for years why doesn’t your products expand each year so many great brands out there so many great products like the caliburn line is the best pod systems out there. Very sad. Thanks for taking care of my needs

I have been very pleased with the service provided by ET USA. My only complaint is that I wish I would be notified at least 24 hours in advance (preferably by text) that the delivery is on its' way so that I or someone else is available to sign and receive the product.

Hi Deborah, I see your last order took 11 days to get to you. Ideally it would be quicker but we are somewhat constrained by the PACT Act laws that have prevented us from using the likes of USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship to you. Kind regards, Louis ET Team

I love the product, but I cannot reach you to tell you of an order I placed 1/17/23 that I never received. I contacted my credit card company and received a credit for that order. I truly hope this does not happen again. Can you tell me how to contact you if it does. Thanks for your help?
