“They used to sell great quality clothes, but the clothes became quite average and not worth the price. I especially loved the trousers they used to be thick and nice, now they are very thin and pricey.”
“I placed an order in December and received it on 9th of January, some of the items were too big and I had to send them back. The return was received on 13th of January according to Parcel Force but after month and a half and multiple emails esprit is still sending the same generic email that returns are delayed due to Brexit by 2-4 weeks, even though it has been a lot longer now. I will contact the relevant ombudsman as I see no other alternative. If there are a lot of people doing the same Esprit might be investigated. Hope that will get me my refund.”
“Why this shop is still existing!?? It is such scam if you would want to returne something. Returned items worth 120£ 4 weeks ago and now I dont have no items nor refund. Awful customer service. Avoid shopping with esprit if dont want to waist your money. Thats shame as used to be a good shop but never more.”
