“Don’t do it! Fashion Nova has a horrible return policy. I ordered multiple items final cost was over $150, half of the items didn’t fit and the other half did not look like the picture, but Fashion Nova would not allow me to return the items that did not look like pictures, because they were on sale. Cool! However, the other items did not fit were returned, but Fashion Nova only offers a store credit. I do not want to do business with Fashion Nova, but I am forced to use my store credit on products I do not like. Remember, they do not refund your money back to your card; only store credit. Don’t waist your money and time!! Find a reputable fashion store with legitimate customer oriented refund policies.”

“Let me walk you through the math: order an item and pay shipping, return the item and pay return fee, now what little is left over is returned as store credit. So your choice is between keeping your shoddy product or getting store credit to buy more shoddy products??”

“I not sure why there are some reviews that say items are of good quality. They are not. They also, only partially refund you if the sell out of the item after you buy it. The are not upfront about their return policies.”

“The thing I don’t like about fashion nova is you go return a item in the store you ordered online they mostly tell you oh this item have to be returned through usps why if you got from the same place they you are paying for shipping it sucks I ordered a medium dress it have no stretch at all”

“I strongly urge you to think twice before ordering from Fashionova due to their extremely unfair returns policy. If you return anything you purchase from them they will not refund you - only give you store credit. Extremely poor customer service - but Fashionova do not care about this. They want to hold on to your money as they know the percentage of us that will reorder using that store credit is limited (meaning they keep your money but also have the opportunity to sell the item you returned making further profit). You’ve also lost money on the original shipping fee plus the return shipping fee.”

“This is the worse place to buy anything and get a refund or do a return. They charge you separately for each item you return and ontop of that you cannot get your money because they refuse to let you spend it anywhere else except with. Them. They give a gift card. Fashion Nova is a thieving business that does not give a damn about it's customers. People need to boycott.themboycott.”

“I’m so embarrassed I ordered so much from Fashion Nova. This last month I made a $500 dollar order. It Never got delivered to me. Fashion Nova sent me the same automatic message saying my package was delivered to the local customs office. The package was 4 hours away, it did not once got delivered to my house and fashion Nova refused to do anything. I’ve never felt so sick about a company and I’m literally in tears.I will never EVER order from them again and Im damn ashamed I ever did! You bet I will be on my Instagram and TikTok sharing this story as Fashion Nova SCAMS customers. BE CAREFUL”

“Good evening I purchase over $200 dollars in merchandise that I never received I was told it was delivered to my address it was not , they probably left it downstairs were sign’s clearly states don’t leave packages , they did not bring it to my apartment. This has been sense February an nothing has been refunded or arrived to my door. This company gets away with ripping people off and nothing is being done to protect consumers from these thieves. “Package was not delivered, partial refund was issued and the larger portion was held regardless of me contacting customer service to state i have not received refund. I had to go through a 3rd party to get a refund. The most recent order was received on March 21st and an item is damaged. I contact customer service 4-5 times (through their website and via email). I am yet to receive a response. Therefore going forward I will ceased ordering from Fashion Nova.”

“I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.”

“I placed an order since Feb 11 with fashion nova as you know they use LASERSHIP as their shipper these people first said they attempted delivery I have a camera on my door so I see everything I emailed fashion nova and let them know long story short they marked my package as delivery I never received it and fashion nova now blames me for it this is the worst”

“Fashion Nova is terrible, I had a delivery scheduled for Feb 16 it said it was delivered, to destination lol what a joke. When I usually get a package from fashion Nova it savs delivered front door. And fashion Nova sends a email saying package is delivered and I didn't receive that either. I think fashion Nova and LSO delivery company are ran by the same co. You can't call either and they send out senseless emails. As you can see I uploaded several stating delivered to front door, but the package in question just says delivered. But delivered to who? And fashion Nova didn't send a your package is delivered for Feb.”

“I prefer clothes February 14 and still haven’t received my clothes and fashion nova customer service is no help at all horrible service. And they use a worse delivery service which is LSO who is LSO and why don’t they have a number to call why don’t they have a way for you to tell them where to put packages . Fashion nova is a disappointment. Local boutiques are better . Even sent me a message because I keep contacting and they sent me back by me keep contacting them it will take longer . Hell no some one is going to sue your company one day and it’s going to be soon”

“The clothes are nothing like represented. They fit poorly, the fabric is cheap, and the company absolutely sucks. Recently,I sent items back for refund, but only offered E-gift card. I have shopped periodically with the Fashion Nova. However, I fund customer service very difficult to deal with and will never shop again with above-mentioned company.”
