SPEND YOUR MONEY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts from Fashion Nova. Received an email stating my package was delivered about a week later. I checked all over my property and didn’t find anything. I waited 3 days to see if it would show up, as instructed by the company, before reaching out to customer care. When it didn't, I send an email to customer care explaining the issue. Nobody responds. A few days later, I call customer care and am told the issue needs to be resolved by a separate department, and that this will take "up to 10 business days." 15 business days go by and still no word from anyone. Call customer care again. I’m told that the issue "has already been resolved" (despite nobody contacting me, of course) and that I can't get a refund since the shipping company is claiming they delivered the package, but that they're going to re-send a replacement package with two of the items and give me store credit for the third, which is now out of stock. I ask if they can send it to a different address this time to avoid the possibility of it going lost again. They tell me no, I can't change my shipping address. Uhhh Okay... So, the shipping company they use is called Ontrac, and it's total garbage. This time, they at least delivered my package, but they delivered it to the house two doors down from me for reasons I will never understand. Thankfully, the shorts all fit. Super cheap quality, but I was expecting that for the price. I use my store credit to buy a pair of leggings that were part of a matching set, and a pair of joggers. (quick fun fact: I'd originally had two pairs of joggers in my cart, but got a warning note on one during check-out that the dye included cadmium and lead, which are known to cause cancer. Very exciting!) Third time is the charm, right? Wrong. The leggings and joggers are actually delivered to my house this time, which was nice, but they neither of them fit, despite ordering a size larger than what I regularly am. Not only this, but they are EXTREMELY short and come up to almost my knees. I'm taller than average and most pants tend to run a little small on me, but this was just absurd. I've accidentally ordered pants from Asian clothing outlets that fit better than this. Seriously, Fashion Nova? So now, I'm out about $27 on pants that don't fit. Great, whatever. I'll just return them. Surely that shouldn't be a hassle, right? Wrong again! I go the website to view their return policy. This is what I discover: 1.) You have to pay for the shipping costs of your return, which is $7.99...yeah, even if you had NO CONTROL over the circumstances that lead to your need to request a return, it's still a flat rate of $7.99. Oh, your item is defective? Too bad, $7.99. Fashion Nova sent you the wrong items? $7.99, sweetie! 2.) You will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES receive any of your money back, and instead will be refunded in the form of an e-gift card. 3.) Items must be "unworn" and still be in their original packaging...yes, you read that correctly. If you had the AUDACITY to TRY ON an item of clothing you BOUGHT WITH YOUR OWN DAMN MONEY, only to discover it wasn't true to size...well, tough luck buddy. Fashion Nova ain't returning your money. You should have known better. Oh, and here's another fun one: I also learned during this excruciatingly inane process that the leggings I ordered were part of a matching set, and that if I returned them without the corresponding piece, which I did not purchase, I would not receive a refund. .... In what universe does it make sense to have a return policy that EXCLUDES individual items that are part of a matching set, while simultaneously ALLOWING customers to buy matching set items individually? Have I entered the Twilight Zone???? Did someone slip LSD into my morning coffee????? Am I high???????? I'm so done with this company. I'm out almost $30, but honestly, it's just not even worth it to me to deal with their bullsh*t anymore. I'm just spreading the word at this point in hopes that someone will read it and won't go through what I did. Everything from start to finish was so poorly handled, and their return policy is so blatantly criminal it’s almost laughable. Avoid like the plague.

My clothes supposed to arrive on 10 August and now already 4 days after and I emailed several times and have not received feedback. I need my clothing for my birthday. No one seems to answer this issue

Hello, I ordered a package from the 28th of June. I got a text saying that the order was shipped on the 30th of June. It is now the 10th of July and I don’t know when or if I will even be getting my package. I called UPS and they do not have my package. They said that the sender which is fashionova has not sent the physical package to them as yet only the billing information. It’s really frustrating that every time I check my order on the fashionova tracking page it keeps increasing the date for the estimated delivery. I just want to know if I’ll be getting my package or not. I spent my money on it so where the hell is it?????

I ordered my daughters Christmas gifts from Fashion Nova on November 27th it’s now December 27th and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/15 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS. Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $100 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.

Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $250 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.

It should not take a month to receive your order. My order been setting in OneliveX in Woodridge, IL every since December 7th. What really going on and the need a customer service number

I love fashion nova clothes until I buy a defective piece of clothing and I can’t get my money back. I did send an email and they replied to it. I told them the strap on the dress was defective so I wanted to return it and get store credit. They ask me to send the order number and I picture so I sent it again because I had already sent it in. They stop answering to my emails after that. I created a new ticket on Friday still no response. I wonder if I can sue them for saying on their website they have easy returns and is not easy at all so is false advertising. I guess I’ll have to inform my self on that. Is not ok to be stealing money from people when they are saying they will at least give I store credit but not even that smh

I order the 28th of June and I received and email saying it should be here July 8th clearly my package hasn't shown up since today is July 9th. I also checked my tracking order and it shows that my package hasn't even been sent. This is my first and last time ever ordering from fashionnova, it's a terrible company. I gotten no customer service help and I can't receive my money back.

(FTC) FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FTC: Fashion Nova failed to deliver the goods April 21, 2020 April 21, 2020 by Colleen Tressler Consumer Education Specialist, FTC In normal times, there’s nothing like finding the perfect outfit for a special event. But if you’re like some Fashion Nova customers, excitement turned to disappointment when your merchandise shipped late with no option to cancel, or you got a store credit instead of the items you ordered. By law, sellers have to notify customers about shipping delays and offer them the right to cancel with a full refund. Sellers also must give refunds when they don’t ship merchandise – not just a gift card or store credit. In a $9.3 million settlement announced today, the FTC alleges Fashion Nova failed to properly notify customers and give them the chance to cancel their orders when the company failed to ship merchandise in a timely manner. The FTC says the company also illegally used gift cards to compensate consumers for unshipped merchandise instead of issuing refunds. The $9.3 million will be used to compensate people who were harmed by getting gift cards from Fashion Nova instead of their money back.

I am a new customer and I placed an order on 11-15-18 and today is 11-22-18 and I have yet to receive my package this company has not been able to give no type of information that purchased was not cancelled nor was the item on any wait list. I can certainly say I will not be ordering from this website ever again.

You can take action and submit a claim with Internet crime complaint at www.ic3.gov/complaint about Fashion Nova. After months of scamming customers, you can take action!

I ordered items from Fashion Nova on Black Friday and as of Jan. 6 -I have yet to receive them! I have contacted Fashion Nova multiple times and only after well over a week and multiple emails they responded and told me to contact OneliveX. The status is the same as everyone here, "Dec. 11 - Package has been delayed and not yet with UDS, Please contact OneliveX, Woodridge, IL.

Everyone report fashionnova to Federal Trade commission because they are scamming people.I spent 220 dollars and my parcel is stuck and no has responded to the complaints till now.

I ordered from Fashion Nova on BLACK FRIDAY, it’s now January 5th and I have not received my order or any assistance. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/11. It says that my package has been delayed in Woodridge IL and is not yet with UDS. Worst customer service ever. I need answers and a refund!!

I placed two orders on Black Friday... whoever OneLiveX is have my package since Dec 11. Fashion Nova has clearly washed their hands as if we purchased from the Carrier. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. Unfortunately some of my order was with a gift card so basically 100 gone down the drain. They will never get another order from me

Order shipped 12/6/2020 and it is saying it is delayed and to contact OneliveX in IL. I have never had this issue before and I will not be ordering again. Can't get a hold of anyone at OneliveX to see what the issue is. I understand shipping is slow because of the pandemic but for a shipment to be "floating" out there in never never land with no explanation for almost a month. Unacceptable!

I ordered from FN during Black Friday. Currently my package has been delayed since December 11. Apparently I had to contact OneliveX. HOWEVER, they send you an automated message about your packaged being delayed. You can’t even speak to a rep over the phone. I have yet to receive my package it’s been a month now. And I ordered from different companies during Black Friday, and received all my items. There’s no excuse for fashion nova. I’m never ordering from this company again.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on 11/29, it is now 12/26, no package. Says it’s been stuck with OneLiveX delivery service in my state (Illinois) since 12/11, but no further information after that. I’ve emailed FashionNova with no response. If anybody wants to team up and sue them, I am down. This is ridiculous.

I placed 2 orders November 27th and 28th. I received a partial order a day before Christmas and getting the runaround about my other package. One order was $115 the other $165. I will never order again and will warn all my family and friends to never shop with FASHION NOVA!!!
