“On google i typed in "nike air max bw classics" and at the top of the page appeared a photo of the running shoes with the company footlocker uk underneath it, so i click it thinking it would take me to the footlocker site, instead it takes you to a Chinese company based in russia called "sierraforuk" a company that hasn't been going for long, some poor customers will be victims of fraud by thinkung the site is footlocker”

“Really!!! What C**TS Really? I can’t even possibly put into words what I want to say about Footlocker right now... THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH... EVER!!! Totally destroyed my young daughters Xmas!! Ordered some trainers... took my money... sent out the email saying ‘trainers dispatched’ After 3 weeks... no trainers arrived... Went back to customer services... the guy said.. he’ll look into it... Couple of days later... just got an email saying my money has been refunded!!! WHAT THE F***??? Totally destroyed my daughters Xmas!!! What a f***ing shabby organisation!!! WHAT A F***ING JOKE!!! I AM P**SED RIGHT NOW.... HOW CAN YOU HANDLE PEOPLE LIKE THAT??? I’m a big man right now... but I actually feel like going back to my old hackney roots and f***ing some s**t up!!! TOTAL P**S TAKE MAN!!! Totally ruined my daughters XMAS!!! W**KERS!!!!”

“If I could give them a -5star I would. Ordered two pairs of trainers twenty days ago at the cost of nearly £250 for my kids at xmas. Got email to say they had arrived and they hadn't. Rang footlocker who said it was left on my doorstep. No card or nothing. Filled in a form to say IV not received them to be told ten days later I had filled the form in wrong and they need it again. Also delivery driver now changed his story to someone at my address signed for it. I live on my own and haven't signed for it. Now IV got to wait another five to ten days for a reply. Absolute joke. Will never buy from them again. Absolute scammers. I'll be contacting my bank in regards to fraud”

“I bought a pair of Nike in July. I did not wear the shoes more than 10 times and there is a rip on the front in one of the shoes. I contacted the company but they said it is not a manufacturing fault. I basically bought an expensive pair of shoes which i am not able to wear anymore... The company should take the responsibility for selling bad products. I will never trust them again.”
