“Loved Freshpatch until today. I had a sick dog this weekend so desperately needed my new Freshpatch to arrive on Sunday, it's scheduled date. When it didn't arrive, I contacted support and was told that FedEx lost the shipment. They would send another but they refused to expedite shipping. This means I'll get my shipment 4 days after it was originally supposed to arrive and if you've ever had a sick dog use a Freshpatch, you know that 4 days is a lot. I would expect better customer service and willingness to expedite a Freshpatch when it's delayed to no fault of the customer and is desparately needed.”

“Got my fresh patch today for my dachshund. He loves it! but he is trying so hard not to dig at it 😆 my doxie barely fits on the stander and he is only 4 month old, but very long lol. Definitely recommend if you live in a apartment!”

“I tried Fresh Patch this winter for the first time. It was perfect for my dog! At one point I had over 18" of snow on the ground and he couldn't get out to use the yard. I cleared some space on the deck for the Fresh Patch box and my dog started using it right away! This made it so much easier for my little dog and me. The product shipped quickly and lasted 4 weeks. With the subscription, I had my next one here just when I needed it. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“Freshpatch has been a favorite friend since I got my new puppy 13 months ago. I am a senior and live in a hi-rise apt. building. The every 2 hour duty call was a breeze. Get out of bed, open balcony door say "pee pee" close the door and go back to sleep. Such a joyful puppy experience. Within 7-10 days no accidents. He went to the door to let me know he needed to go out. So if that isn't great enough, dealing with every single customer service rep is a dream. They go 200% to make sure there is something they can do to rectify a problem. I am a weekly customer b/c I have a high energy Vizsla and he does drink a lot. Also we do playdates with other doggies in my building and they all use Freshpatch and my patch is the same as their patch on the balcony. They have no problems using their neighbor's patches. We all receive beautiful green patches. Sometimes a little too much mulch. But they fix that most deliveries. When not, I just pick it out before I let Dasher on it. Dasher says "whow whow whow (Vizsla talk)". Thank you.”

“It’s always the companies that have appeared on Good Morning America and made a media sensation that take the deepest plunge. Yet it was clear from the first order that there would be problems with this one: First of all they depend solely on FedEx for shipping, the real bottom feeder of delivery companies. Why not offer UPS or even USPS for those customers who actually want to receive there product, like, period? Second, the grass was yellowing on arrival. Why would I pay for this? Final point, the standard cedar frame that was suggested on the website fits the standard grass size in the loosest possible way. Meaning, there is a gaping crevasse on all sides. What even is the point? Such a poor quality product barely qualifies as a product; this company is on a race to the bottom and we, their customers are funding its owners scummy owners race to the top.”

“There’s no denying it is a very convenient option for toilet training when you live in an apartment. The quality of the grass is questionable. I followed the directions of lightly misting the patch with water to keep it looking fresh, but after a four days, the grass has turned brown/grey, and smells horrendous. The smell is the worst part, almost to the point of being unable to stand it.”

“This was the perfect solution to my 3rd floor walk up apartment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a more convenient way to care for the pets. The only issue I had during the three years I was with Freshpatch was with FedEx delivering the package to wrong apartment. Freshpatch was quick to respond and remedied the situation. I now own a house with a backyard and no longer need the service, otherwise I would still be a loyal customer.”

“Using Fresh Patch was the best decision we could have made when adding a puppy to our family. Not only is their product fantastic and helped our dog get potty trained in a few weeks, but their customer service far exceeds any expectation we had. Any issues that came up were immediately resolved with no questions asked. As long as we have a dog + no yard, we will always have a Fresh Patch!”

“Fresh Patch has made training my puppy a good experience. She goes out on the patio to use the bathroom and likes the grass patch as opposed to the potty pads I had in my condo. I recently updated her area to make it seem more like a park/backyard experience. P.S. The customer service at Fresh Patch is also amazing! Great product & awesome service - can't go wrong with that!”

“I wanted to try fresh patch so I ordered a large to start with. When the package came, wow! I was more then impressed with the quality of this piece of grass. I'm a breeder and it is very important to keep my puppies space clean. This is not only efficient but attractive in their puppy pen. I have upgraded for an xl weekly for my 2 litters of GSD's totaling 14 pups. I think their puppy parents will be pleased knowing their dogs already know the appropriate place to go to the bathroom. I will be recommending fresh patch to the puppy parents until their puppies have been full vaccinated against parvo. Most puppies should not go to pet stores, walks, dog parks and sometimes even their own backyard, as parvo could be lurking anywhere. This will ensure that their puppy has their very own safe space to relieve itself. Thanks again Fresh Patch. I've mentioned ya'll on my website as well! EXCELLENT PRODUCT and very affordable.”

“I received my FreshPatch 5 days ago and it looked pretty bad when it arrived, but now after ony 5 days it's all brown and will probably only last a few more days. I previously had an artificial grass system for my dog. The one with the sprinkler system in it. My dog was getting hesitant to use it so I ordered the Fresh Patch. But when it came she didn't want to use it and instead used the artificial grass that I had laid on the deck next to FP. I don't know why she didn't like it, but it looks nasty to me and I won't be re-ordering. We'll stick to the artificial grass.”

“Fresh Patch was great at the beginning of Covid. Lately the orders are taking longer and longer to ship. I order XL on a Saturday and the box always ships on a Monday and arrives damaged on a Friday or lately Saturday’s. Sometimes Fedex even says Monday! One week later! They always arrived ok and lasted over a week for me but the shipment I received today was awful. 75% of the grass was dark green and slimy and had a bad smell. It is unusable for my dog. $40/week for something that sporadically arrives and may or may not be useable is unacceptable. I will cancel my subscription and try to find something local. The concept is great and my dog loves it but if only I could get the product and it would be consistent in quality.”

“I have used the service for a few months. Grass is green and lasts use 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I have had a a couple issues but as soon as I called they shipped out new grass free of charge. Customer service is on point!”

“I ordered fresh patch for my kitty who loves the outdoors in hopes I could bring a little of it inside to him. I assumed after reading reviews and seeing pictures of other cats on the site lying on the fresh patch that mine would like it too but he didn’t. It seems like he is not attracted to the smell of the patch - won’t go near it, let alone on it. I’m going to give it another few days before I throw it away but so far, I think it was a waste of money and isn’t meant for cats.”

“I purchased this product for my cat! He is a city/indoor cat and I wanted him to know what grass really felt like! I knew he was missing that feeling! He is laying on it as we speak and I just put my order in for my second one! This product isn't just for dogs! Tanner loves it too! xo PS I am truly in love with the fact that it is not fake grass and it makes ZERO mess. 10/10 product”

“Love the product! Bought 2 Fresh Patches as I was having surgery and live in an apartment. Kept one outside on patio and the other just inside by the door. Worked out great - don't know what I would have done without!”

“PERFECT SOLUTION We live in Central Oregon and the winters are snowy and freezing. Our boys (Whippet and Chihuahua) hate going out in that weather. We bought the XL Fresh Patch and tray to put in our carport so they will always have a patch of grass to potty on.”
