“PERFECT SOLUTION We live in Central Oregon and the winters are snowy and freezing. Our boys (Whippet and Chihuahua) hate going out in that weather. We bought the XL Fresh Patch and tray to put in our carport so they will always have a patch of grass to potty on.”

“2nd time was even better!! I got the large fresh patch for my kitty this time instead of the standard and she loves it even more!! Not to mention i got my package in 5 days and it was sooo green and healthy!!”

“We love it! I live in an apartment complex and I was fearful of letting my 8wk old puppy potty in the same area as other dogs (my vet warned that apartment complexes are the worst for having unvaccinated puppies) It’s been really nice being able to let her out on my third story balcony. We had no trouble learning to use the bathroom on the patch. I recommend getting a large one to give lots of space for your pet to sniff out the perfect spot. Great for teaching her to go on grass outside as opposed to puppy pads indoors. I’m definitely planning to get more!”

“seriously the best customer service I’ve received in years - they make it look easy. Dog took to it on day 2 and honestly can’t believe the difference it has made. It’s freeing! For us and the dog! Can’t recommend this product more highly.”

“Fresh Patch - Road Trip! I ordered our first Fresh Patch about three weeks ago when we first got our new baby Jack Russell puppy. We live on the 12th floor of an apartment on a park with hundreds of other dogs in the neighborhood. We couldn't put Scout down on the grass because he hadn't had all of his shots yet, but he was trained to go on grass and cried whenever I tried to get him to use a pee pad! We put the Fresh Patch on our balcony and it was a miracle! Cut to now - we are on a cross country road trip and our Fresh Patch is with us, journeying from state to state, hotel to hotel. Scout has no problem going on Fresh Patch - I even took it out of the car and placed it on the sidewalk in the middle of a bustling city. When he wakes up in the middle of the night, we drop him onto Fresh Patch and he goes right away. He's happy, we're happy. My eyes light up when I talk about Fresh Patch.”

“Perfect Solution We recently moved from a big house to a downtown condo. We have a puppy and a 13 1/2 yr old dog. We take them out on long daily walks, but bc of the puppy’s need for more frequent urination and the senior bladder of the older dog, having the XL fresh patch on our deck makes our life much easier. The dogs were very easy to train to use the patch!”

“If your looking to add a little outdoor to your inside for your indoor kitty like me this is the perfect thing for it!!! It arrived pretty fresh and after two days of watering it, it greened up right away, I’ve had it for two weeks now and it’s still in pretty good condition!!!”

“I was really impressed with everything about this patch of grass and the box it comes in. The box is waxed and really sturdy. The grass is thick and lush. I bought it for my elderly shih tzu who is having some bladder control trouble. Unfortunately she didn’t take to going on the patch since we only go for walks outside. My younger pup, however, absolutely loves napping on it! I will give this another chance and recommend it to anyone to try. The quality is really top notch.”

“Our dog's typical anxiousness ramped up into high gear after we moved into a 6th floor condo and she was frozen with fear of all the different noises, people, and vehicles. It was tough to get her to leave the "safe spot" of her crate just to "go for a walk" that she used to enjoy. Our door man told us about others in the building who had ordered fresh grass for their dogs. I had to investigate. The week before our order arrived was one of the longest weeks of helping our anxious dog adjust to this type of home. The first night she ignored it when we rolled it out. The next morning, however, she truly appreciated having such swift access to some turf. Thus, that was the beginning of her becoming a happier dog. We still take an hour long walk each day in addition to a couple very short ones but having the grass right on our small deck has made a huge difference in her demeanor.”

“I’ve been getting weekly deliveries from fresh patch for years. The grass overall is okay - but the customer service and shipping is terrible. Some months we have on time weekly shipping (ships mon and arrives fri) and other times we wait an extra 2 or three days. If there’s a holiday the delay can be longer. By the time we get the grass it’s dead and soggy. Customer support isn’t much help. They’ve offered to overnight grass for an astronomical fee. Sometimes they don’t respond at all. It’s frustrating as a customer who has placed weekly deliveries for the past 3 years.”

“Delivery was great, dog likes using it and didn’t take long to figure it out. However we have had it just 6 days and the cardboard is leaking with pee, grass looks quite dry and dying. It’s price point is too high for something that needs to be replaced weekly...”

“I ordered $227 worth of stuff. 3x XL Trays and 3x XL Sod! They took 3 days to ship after sending in to fedex the info, but not sending to fedex, which is a red flag of dishonest company. Then 3 boxes arrived finally with 1 tracking number which doesn't happen with FedEx. I got 1 tray 2 Sod so half the order. I sent several messages and got the same message back that they delivered and NOTHING more. There stance I guess is we delivered. Honestly maybe the worst company I have ever dealt with, dishonest from start to end, terrible fulfillment and shipping, and even worse customer service”

“Good product but horrible customer support. They don’t send a reminder the order is getting ready to ship. My company uses the same software that they use to I know al they have to do is click a button to turn on that option. They are shady for not doing that. They just do not care about customers. I’ve also received yellow grass a few times and I’m in the same state”

“I was really excited to receive the grass, delivery was quick and easy. However, upon opening the box I was highly disappointed. The grass I received did not in any way depict the product online. It was a dark brown and was clearly on its way out. Despite emailing the company, no response. I don’t be returning as a customer”

“For the price I would expect an actually decent piece of grass, so far I've gotten very blotchy grass that's barely even grass, ones with chunks of clay in it, or overall clay - which is a MESS”
