“I have been a customer for 2 years I had a problem for the first time it just did not look as good and did not mast very long, the customer service took this very seriously and shipped out another one which was perfect as before my cat is happy once again”

“I have two dogs, a Frenchie and a Frenchie Cocker Spaniel mix. We moved to a condo and my Frenchie had trouble going down the steps to our lawn. I thought I might have trouble trading a 5 and 4 year old dogs. Bought one extra large and decided I would like another, living in Iowa I order another one. We love it and I wished I had thought of it before. My Nellie and Gracie love it. In a colder snowy climate going up and down the steps was hard to do! I do over my grass if I know it is going to rain or snow.”

“Better than expected! Not only was the quality great for the trays and grass (xtra large), the customer service and super quick shipment was really appreciated. I can see her enjoying this not only for play but for the occasional, "I can't wait for you to take care of business" times! Location: 4th floor terrace.”

“I’ve had a subscription to FreshPatch for over 2 years now (since December 2019) when my dog was a puppy. We started with the MINI version and as she grew, we ended up settling on the STANDARD size. Our dog is a 12-13lb ShihTzu and standard works great. If we had more space I would certainly upgrade to LARGE or even XL so she would have more space but standard works perfect for us. We don’t have a yard or grass area as we live in a townhome complex with no yards or parks. Though my dog has no problem doing her business in the dirt areas, we would rather her not go on walks when it is dark. We have coyotes nearby and our last dog was attacked and killed by one so we are overprotective with our current pup. FreshPatch has been the answer to our restroom safety concerns! Every single late night, we tell our Rylee “go potty on your grass then we can go upstairs and get our treat and go night night!” She excitedly jumps on her grass and does her business safely. We sometimes keep it inside the house and also move it onto the balcony. We get ours delivered every 4 weeks since she typically only uses it late at night and goes on walks during the daylight hours. We love FreshPatch and are so happy we found it! We use to have one of those plastic grass patches and it smelled terribly and was a pain to clean often. With this grass, after the 4 weeks is up, we just throw it away and replace it with the new grass. FreshPatch gets Five stars from us!!”

“Best thing I have spent money on in years!! It took my 4 1/2 pound Biewer Terrier about 10 days before she would use her fresh patch on our apartment patio. Now she loves it and uses it regularly. Highly recommend.”

“Our fresh patch has been a life saver for potty training. We have ordered fresh patches for both of our dogs when they were puppies. We still use a fresh patch for our Pomeranian. It's great for the winter months when she won't potty in the snow! I've had one fresh patch that was delivered very wet and it had turned yellow during delivery. I called customer service and they sent me a new one right away!”

“My Bearded Dragon would only go outside to do her business. It’s super cold now on the east coast and she is miserable. I had to think of an indoor solution as warm baths were not helping either. I am so happy that she loves it.”

“I live in frozen Minnesota, and last week FedEx decided for the first time ever not to leave my order at my door since I was not home and redeliver two days later. I called Fresh Patch whining outside regular business hours since I knew the grass would likely be dead from the cold by the time I received it. Today, I received another patch without ever talking to someone...no questions asked. Fresh Patch is critical for my chihuahuas on really cold days where the snow is deeper than they are. I love Fresh Patch.”

“Hello Mr. Mark Reyes I'm a new customer with Fresh Patch. On my third delivery it was delayed over the weekend. On Sunday I contacted the company inquiring about my order. Honestly, I did not expect a reply until normal business hours Monday-Friday. To my surprise, you emailed me within 3 minutes!!! You immediately ordered a free replacement to ship within 2 days. Your prompt reply and customer care was outstanding!! Mark, I cannot thank you enough for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVIVE ***** Great company! Great product! Great service! “Hello, I tried doggielawn first and it arrived, dry, with weeds, lots of pebbles, inch shorter on each side and late delivery. I switched to Fresh Patch and it arrives green, moist, no weeds, no pebbles, and flush to size of the 2x4 ft. plastic pan. I had seen Fresh Patch on Shark Tank years ago and didn't remember it. All pet grass services are dependent on courier delivery so don't blame Fresh Patch on the schedule. Very happy with Fresh Patch!!!!”

“Got my fresh patch today for my dachshund. He loves it! but he is trying so hard not to dig at it 😆 my doxie barely fits on the stander and he is only 4 month old, but very long lol. Definitely recommend if you live in a apartment!”

“I tried Fresh Patch this winter for the first time. It was perfect for my dog! At one point I had over 18" of snow on the ground and he couldn't get out to use the yard. I cleared some space on the deck for the Fresh Patch box and my dog started using it right away! This made it so much easier for my little dog and me. The product shipped quickly and lasted 4 weeks. With the subscription, I had my next one here just when I needed it. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“Freshpatch has been a favorite friend since I got my new puppy 13 months ago. I am a senior and live in a hi-rise apt. building. The every 2 hour duty call was a breeze. Get out of bed, open balcony door say "pee pee" close the door and go back to sleep. Such a joyful puppy experience. Within 7-10 days no accidents. He went to the door to let me know he needed to go out. So if that isn't great enough, dealing with every single customer service rep is a dream. They go 200% to make sure there is something they can do to rectify a problem. I am a weekly customer b/c I have a high energy Vizsla and he does drink a lot. Also we do playdates with other doggies in my building and they all use Freshpatch and my patch is the same as their patch on the balcony. They have no problems using their neighbor's patches. We all receive beautiful green patches. Sometimes a little too much mulch. But they fix that most deliveries. When not, I just pick it out before I let Dasher on it. Dasher says "whow whow whow (Vizsla talk)". Thank you.”

“This was the perfect solution to my 3rd floor walk up apartment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a more convenient way to care for the pets. The only issue I had during the three years I was with Freshpatch was with FedEx delivering the package to wrong apartment. Freshpatch was quick to respond and remedied the situation. I now own a house with a backyard and no longer need the service, otherwise I would still be a loyal customer.”

“Using Fresh Patch was the best decision we could have made when adding a puppy to our family. Not only is their product fantastic and helped our dog get potty trained in a few weeks, but their customer service far exceeds any expectation we had. “Fresh Patch has made training my puppy a good experience. She goes out on the patio to use the bathroom and likes the grass patch as opposed to the potty pads I had in my condo. I recently updated her area to make it seem more like a park/backyard experience. P.S. The customer service at Fresh Patch is also amazing! “I wanted to try fresh patch so I ordered a large to start with. When the package came, wow! I was more then impressed with the quality of this piece of grass. I'm a breeder and it is very important to keep my puppies space clean. This is not only efficient but attractive in their puppy pen. I have upgraded for an xl weekly for my 2 litters of GSD's totaling 14 pups. I think their puppy parents will be pleased knowing their dogs already know the appropriate place to go to the bathroom. I will be recommending fresh patch to the puppy parents until their puppies have been full vaccinated against parvo. Most puppies should not go to pet stores, walks, dog parks and sometimes even their own backyard, as parvo could be lurking anywhere. This will ensure that their puppy has their very own safe space to relieve itself. Thanks again Fresh Patch. I've mentioned ya'll on my website as well! EXCELLENT PRODUCT and very affordable.”

“I have used the service for a few months. Grass is green and lasts use 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I have had a a couple issues but as soon as I called they shipped out new grass free of charge. Customer service is on point!”
