“Okay, I initially left a 1 star review as my order didn't arrive within the 5 day timeframe and consequently, my Daughter wasn't going to get her birthday present on time. But.... After contacting the company and venting my distain they got in touch and offered to send me a free copy via express delivery, which arrived within 24 hours. I then received a courtesy call from Keri to apologise for the inconvenience. It would appear that the issue was with the courier DPD, which I totally believed as DPD are utterly useless. She said that it was not uncommon for DPD to lose packages and not even bother to notify them. Order has been restored, but I would highly recommend that they change couriers. Also, please make it clear prior to checkout that these items are shipped from the Netherlands, despite your company trading under a London address.”

“I've ordered from this company twice before and I was so happy with the product and speed of delivery that I didn't hesitate to go back. They normally have a deal on for the custom shapes hexagonal canvas' making them roughly £3.95 each and they're a great way to add to a display of holiday snaps. The website is easy to use and allows you to recentre your picture in to the frame. And considering this company are in the Netherlands my parcels have always arrived within the space of 3 days. It's crazy how quickly they produce and send these out. The prints are of a high resolution and colour saturation is spot on to the original image. These come with a handy guide so you can hang them with the perfect spacings if you wish. Nothing but good things to say about hello canvas”
