I paid £10 for Hermes (Every) delivery.

Absolutely shocking quality of furniture and service. Of all the delivery services home bargins cpuld use they decided to use Hermes, the worst in the UK for delivering items damaged. 2 of the 3 items I ordered were damaged on delivery, and the third item was left outside in the rain as they all didn't arrive at the same time of day. Will be returning for a full refund.

Bought a paint roller did not get a receipt so checked out the item in the carpark only to find it not fit for purpose toke the item back in with in 5 mins and was refused a refund saying the product was not faulty which can clearly be seen in the photos The store manager Donna was very helpful

Today whilst at the Beacon Retail Park MK I was served by Kieran B. I’ve got a broken elbow and wrist and he was super helpful. Offering to put my shopping onto the conveyor belt and to pack my bags. He was very friendly and chatty. He has great customer service skills. I did speak to the manager on shift because sometimes reviews on here don’t get back to the person themselves. He just deserves a shout out and a massive thank you.

Morecambe store. Excellent service especially from Nick and John. Went out of their way to help, Nick promised to get back with delivery information on items we where waiting for and she did so communication 5 star with friendly service.
