iHerb’s customer’s product review system lacks credibility. When I publish a positive product review they post it on their website. When I post a negative product review they delete it. Customer’s should not believe what you read.

Company won't allow honest feedback on their website reviews for a product they sell that can cause internal bleeding if taken in the dosages recommended on the bottle. They offer no warnings this can happen and are willing to sell a product that can make people sick. Again, you aren't allowed to warn others that can happen. Obviously they care more about the almighty dollar than helping people.

Melted supplements delivered to me and iherbs expect me to pay the return delivery charges to the United States which has the same cost as the vitamins to refund me. This clause is not stated in the refund policy. Therefore it is a scam. The customer service is not helping at all. They lied and couldn't even show me the clause in the website of any links that says customer has to pay return delivery charges. Look at the attachments. I even have a screenshot of their policy. And no one from iherbs bothered to explain and clarify any of my queries about the clause. No manager has contacted me as promised. Absolute scam. Look at the attached pictures. I had to dig and separate the softgels because they were sticking together. They are no longer potent.

Very user-friendly website. I love to use the top-selling section. It gives me an opportunity to discover the top-selling products. Also, they have very wide options for vitamin supplements and immune health. Always fast delivery and excellent service. Horrible wouldn't begin to describe the nightmare experience I've had with iHerb on my last order. My credit card company shows and has confirmed that iHerb charged me nearly $300 for an order they never shipped. I sent them multiple emails including a screen shot of the charge on my account and they still say I wasn't charged. I don't think they even checked. They blamed a "technical issue" for never shipping the order and cancelled the order rather than upgrade the shipping to get it to me sooner which still would have been a week late. This is continuing to take time almost every day to try and get this fraudulent charge they've been notified of and sent proof of removed from my credit card account. There is NO way to talk to anyone at iHerb, all communications are now online putting you at their mercy of dysfunction. Unbelievably bad business and one of the worst experiences with an online merchant ever. What makes this even worse is that this was a domestic order to Colorado and I'm a long term customer that consistently places expensive orders. I would give them negative stars if the review site allowed. Don't risk your time and money ordering from iHerb when there are so many other options available.

UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST - Order #709368611 I ordered 2 x turmeric powder for my mom who's sick and I saw there's free shipping for orders over $59. So I added more items before checking out. Then A FEW HOURS LATER they email me that it's been shipped WITHOUT the turmeric because it's out of stock. So I email them that the turmeric is still up for purchase on the website and they reply that it's NOW back in stock and I can re-order it, but now I have to pay more for postage. And it's just been a few hours since I'd first placed my order. Their replies don't make any sense and each email is sent from a different attendant.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered Mother to Be vitamins from them. Got the expired ones. Contacted them, they ordered the re-ship. Never got it. Called them a couple of times, they keep telling me it's in transit. Well, one month I've been without prenatal. I am 40 y/o and pregnant. So, thank to IHerb my baby had been without vital vitamins. I paid $93+ Not impressed. Will not be buying from them ever again and will not recommend! AWFUL!

I was shocked when I received a mail from the shipping company to inform about customs that reach approximately 159 USD while my order costs approximately 71 USD. I wasn't informed nor warned or even noted by IHERB about the existence of such customs on placing the order page. after contacting IHERB, They offered only to pay 50% of the incurred customs as compensation which wasn't acceptable. I asked them to return the order and proceed for a refund but they informed that if returning the order costed them over 80% of its value, The will not return it. the normal practice with all professional stores is to refund the order minus the paid shipping cost. Really disappointed, it was my second experience with IHERB and will be the Last. My order No.412733226

Impossible to create an account. Robot (literally) customer assistance. No where to place your order by phone. Tried several times to create an account and reset my “incorrect 😳” password how can it be incorrect I just created it and saved the information?? It did not send me a temporary password but insisted it did and I triple checked my email address to see if there was an error, nope. Then I started reading reviews, oh dear, should have started there before I spent 45 minutes picking out herbs and supplements . My order was close to $200 so I tried to add discount codes and after multiple attempts one finally passed the test but then I couldn’t check out. OH WELL!

i paid extra for delivery and still haven’t received my order ... now, three full days after the delivery date i paid for (which was confirmed by the company after they charged me and then was switched immediately after). also, they ignored my requests for an explanation. typical online company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. You literally can't throw your money at them. I was consistently getting an error message at checkout saying 'We are experiencing technical difficulties right now, please try again in a few seconds.' This went on for 10 days. I kept getting told they'd sort it but nobody ever got back to me. I wasted time with two online chats, having to send screenshots etc and still nobody resolved it. It's almost like this company doesn't want business. Their customer service reps are probably the worst I've had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid this company if you want to keep your sanity.

Great company. I ordered years ago with no problem and placed an order a few days ago, and it arrived in just a few days. Packed beautifully, and everything in the box was as it should be. I have found some items on their website that no one else carries. iHerb is good! And other than that it was a seamless transaction. I ordered from iHerb desite the fact that they had horrible reviews because they were selling these protein bars per box compared to amazon wanting to sell 5 boxes per order. SUPER FAST SHIPPING.. Ordered Sunday Morning, Received Monday early-afternoon (2pm). Product is correct and I will be ordering from them again. Can't speak for others, but my experience with them was INSANELY satisfying.

My experience with the products they sell is perfect, BUT experience with HIW THEY DEAL WITH CLIENTS is THE WORST, I recently face!! After I made my first order and got a box, I realized that one of the items, I had ordered and paid is missing in a box, I contacted the company, I got stupid apologizing in a style "bla bla bla" no any explanation why that happened. They offered mi refund of money. I accepted. The mistake could happen, OK. I ordered the same item again, and add other items, not to pay the shipping just for 1 thing. I got the box. All items were inside it, except the main one, the one that was the reason for all that order!! I contact the company again. Again the same stupid apologizing without explanation. I had a feeling that I'm typing with a robot! Last time when I had the item missing in my box, I have got the same answer, like that time! I didn't get any answer to my special questions! My anger grew after they send me the approval of a money refund where they count $32.00-$2.00=$28.80!!! What is that mathematics? Do they really think that all are nuts? For my question about that,I had no reply at all. I was trying to contact clients support several times, with no answer. I don't consider that as a mistake anymore, but as insolent and inappropriate dealing with the client! That was my first experience with your company, and sure it is the last one!

Somthing is "VERY WRONG" with this company! Buyer BEWARE as you will be charged, never recieve your product and spent so much vauable time trying to reach customer service which is no existent! I wish I could attached all my sent customer service requests (4 sent and believe me it was a hardship to send as just when you fininsh the messsage in there site, your response would dissapear) A month later, today actually, 1/11 a response which showed me clearly that they did not even focuse on my well written documented 2 orders missing...they only addressed one and it was not really addressed at all...sent only to apprease me...so WRONG! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only recourse I have is to warn other people this is a very bad company! Unfortunately, I still have to deal with them and waist more time as nothing was addressed about my 2 different orders (Missing and charged)!!!

Order on 12 November, almost a month still not received yet, there’s no way to contact the customer service live agent, and never get your answer from the chats, worst website it’s ever, doesn’t order from them, it’s scams
