Paid for 2 day shipping. A week later my order still hasn’t even shipped. 2 day shipping means you get your order in 2 days. Emailed customer support but still waiting several days for any reply Or acknowledgement. Some communication would be nice. Companies these days shouldn’t be offering expedited shipping if they can’t handle it, that’s just stealing shipping fees from customers. Prices are great but what’s the point.

Still haven’t received my item! Was supposed To be delivered Tuesday paid for express shipping was supposed To receive a refund for the shipping no refund and still not package! The customer Service is also terrible. Their Reps don’t Care about their customers nor the customers experience!

Do NOT buy from Jomashop...why? 1.) if a price is to good to be true.......its is 2.) if you have to go one a website like this to see if a site is reputable......more than likely it isnt. 3.) trust your gut - do not buy from fake retailer jomashop I tried Jomashop for the first time last week. I ordered with next day shipping. After a couple days with no feedback of item shipping/confirmation. I decided to call them to see what the hold up was. I was assured it would be shipped out tomorrow. The next day passes, I call again....same response. A couple days later im informed that they are "changing warehouses" and thats what the delay was. more BS excuses. the next day, there were assuring me the item is being shipped. the next day I call I was told they lost the item. the next morning they assured it would be shipped. I called back later that day and they said it was best to cancel because they have no clue where it is. 11 days after purchase I had to cancel because I was tired of being lied to and tired of jomashop all together. How many days/weeks/months Jomashop would have kept the order open i have no idea. Basicaly Jomashop has no clue what they are doing. They list items for sale and will gladly take your money for items they do not have in stock. Just save yourself the headache and buy from a credible supplier. do not buy from a JOKE wana be retailer like Jomashop. I give them 3 years before they go out of business **insert same old copy and pasted response from jomashop below**

I never received the order. The order was for a gift. Had to go spend extra money on a gift because, I still have not gotten a refund. In the times we are living now, I should not be waiting to get my money back.Person in Customer service that I spoke to last super rude... NEVER USING them again,

I order a watch 17 days ago and I have made 3 follow ups call on my order and nothing gets resolved yet. First, two weeks ago, I contact customer service and they told me the watch will be shipped today ( the day I called), and I will receive the watch by end of the week; but I still never received the watch, yet. I called again the following week and a girl worked as customer service told me the watch is in the warehouse and it will shipped in 24 hrs, and I will receive email to confirm the shipment. Again, I never received the email nor the shipment. Called again ( third time), and I was told they will look for the watch. Jomashop customer service is very bad. They dont take customer matter seriously. They never send email to notify the status of customer order.

The watch never arrived, im won't buy anymore. 10 days and it still they don't know where is it, and its a 5200 usd watch

Terrible customer service. Spoke to Ryan today. Would not honor how I was told my watch would ship. Have been waiting for my order to process for over 2 weeks. I fear this is a fraudulent operation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JOMASHOP I ordered a watch 12 days ago for my Father for Father's Day. When ordering, it said the watch would ship within 3-5 business days. Father's Day is a couple of days away and I called customer service twice to inquire when the watch would ship. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said one one have to call me back, which hasn't happened. When I called a third time, they said they would hopefully get the watch on the 24th, but couldn't guarantee that. At this point, I have no clue when this watch will arrive. I will not order from this website again in the future due to the horrific customer service and lack of communication.

THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER SENT MY ITEM. CANCELLED ORDER AND THEN CLAIMED I WAS NEVER CHARGED. I SHOWED PROOF AND AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO MONTHS AFTER “PURCHASE.” DO NOT TRUST JOMASHOP. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP. THEY ARE THIEVES! DON’T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JOMASHOP IS A BAD BUSINESS. MAYBE A SCAM. POSSIBLY ILLEGITIMATE.

My husband Bought i love love Moschino for me and once received you can SEE this is FAKE. When we opened it and sprayed Horrible! It’s not even close to the real thing, and its basically Water ... shame on you for selling fake as real. I Will never purchase any Perfume from you .

First time shopping this site and awfully disappointed...I’ve ordered a furla wallet from them for 59.89$..they’ve sent me a cheaper furla no tags different color wallet that was 10 dollars cheaper on their site...they had the nerve to offer me a “refund” for 15 dollars not even covering shipment costs...awful and no responsibility for their Owen service mistakes!

Don't buy from them I bought Gucci shoes from them and never received them. I was fighting with them for 1 year and they still didn't return my money or send new shoes to me. Give you self a favor and don't buy from them

Jomashop said Usps “Lost” my package and they need to open a claim . However my emails indicate that a label was created at jomashop while Usps was still waiting for it to arrive on site. It seems Jomashop has lost my package but is trying to get insurance money from Usps . They haven’t refunded my money.

Order a Xmas present on 12/04 with can expected dlv of between 12/18 and 12/20. Order shows as being in transit since 12/18. Called customer service and the person asked to call after Xmas and because its been less than 7 days he cant do anything about it. He then simply hung up. My last purchase with you guys. Best.

Have not received my order. Order was placed 11/27/20 was shipped 11/30/20. Received tracking information that package would be delivered on 12/04/20, then received another update I would receive order on 12/05/20. It’s not 12/21/20 I still have not received my package. No update on shipping information either. Last update said pack is late and will arrive soon. That update was sent on 12/06/20. Tried calling the USPS who is the postal carrier no answer after being on hold for 2 hours. Tried calling Jomashop, got no answer every time. Extremely frustrated.
