“They stole $100 from me, they sent me damaged products, I sent it back, and they only sent one gift card. They literally send me millions of emails and this woman Monica is telling me that it probably went in my junk mail. They are committing fraud and stealing money from customers who buy from them. They deserve absolutely no stars.”
“Was upset with my purchase,it was a gift for my boyfriends birthday and he was wearing them for the first time and had put change in his pocket and it fell down to his foot. We discovered the hole in the pocket which I find to be ridiculous considering the items aren’t cheap and the sweatpants were $100. Won’t be ordering from them again.”
“Do not order from this company. First time customer and last. Order two items for my son. From the beginning there were issues. Customer service is horrible and trying to get ahold of someone is a joke. They do not respond in the time frame they specify on the site. I returned an item for a refund that I tracked and seen they received the item. I reached out a week ago and still haven’t heard back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Borough. And if necessary seeking legal action! I want my money”
