Kate Spade's website is very easy to navigate, and they are clear on their product measurements and pricing. The quality of their products is great and consistent, which makes it easier to feel comfortable purchasing items online. Their customer service is also professional, succinct, and quick! Their returns process, should you need it, is also painless. If you are unable to afford their products, keep checking back for sales and clearance, as usually you can get excellent deals this way. Overall, I will definitely view and likely purchase from their website again.

I ordered a bag sent it back as the ticket price attached to the bag was much lower than the website price I had been charged. My item was acknowledged as returned on 05.06.23, still waiting for a refund 26.06.23. It’s over their 15 working days by a week no answer to emails or contact. Poor service

Bought a bracelet for my Mum's birthday and it arrived with a chip out of the metal and discoloured. I returned it a day after receiving it to a Hermes parcel shop as instructed by their returns policy on 7th May. On 15th May, the tracking stated it was on it's way to the supplier. I have now contacted Kate Spade to say it's been over 7 working days. They have told me that they wont even consider looking at it as their return policy is 14 days after Hermes change it to on it's way to supplier and to get back in touch on 27th! It'll then take up to a week for them to look into a refund and then the refund will take up to 5 days to transfer so I'm potentially looking at not receiving my money back until 10th June which is well over a month since I returned it, let along even received the bangle in the first place!! First order and 100% the last order I will ever make at this company!!!! Should be embarrassed of themselves!!
