Bought an item and when logged back in, it said declined. They were happy to take the funds and after talking to customer services get the run around.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and policies. I bought a mattress topper on the 17th of February. Still had not arrived on the 12th of March with no available parcel updates. Rang because an email of a data breach of my details. Found then the parcel has been lost. Instead of admitting fault and shipping a replacement the thought process was to refund me and ask me to repurchase the product. So as a distributor you think it's a good policy to force a customer to have over 400€ tied up with something you lost in the first place instead of doing the convenient and faster process of reshipping the item you lost in the first place? Outrageous customer service practice. If I had not rang I would have received no update. I still don't have a receipt for my refund despite it being 6hours ago this all occurred. I will never ever shop with Littlewoods Ireland again.

Delivery used to be good but now it's a joke. Taking close to a month for items to arrive from UK to Ireland

Shocking delivery time. 3 weeks from Uk to Ire. Didn’t leave their depot until 2.5wks When item arrived it was literally thrown together in plastic bag and brown tape randomly stuck all over it Label was wet on game on opening package Actually wanted to leave review on trust pilot but littlewoods reviewed it first and wouldn’t let me put it up Never again, shocking company to deal with

I'm waiting for an iPad that I ordered from Littlewoods on the 13th January, received confirmation it would be delivered 18th Jan but since then no updates & it's still sitting in Hatfield. Tried calling 4 times since & each time I get put on hold & they hang up. I would advise others not to order items until they have clearly resolved all of their internal issues. Another company that clearly wasn't prepared for Brexit. I just feel bad for the employees, they must be so frustrated with receiving calls from annoyed, disappointed or very angry customers. Littlewoods Ireland need to stop lying to their customers & most importantly UPDATE THEIR BREXIT FAO's. I'm very disappointed with their handling of this situation, I never had problems ordering from their website before but I certainly wont be ordering from them again.

I would advise anyone who needs something not to think of buying from littlewoods, ordered an item 13th jan last, still has not arrived, tried ringing twice, no one answered after 20mins so i gave up, cant email them, you can only write, paid for the item on 13th jan still waiting, will never order again, if anyone out there needs to purchase please go to reputable suppliers, dont waste your time, all you will get is a standard sorry as will follow this complaint

Laptop Order- 614009910880 I ordered a laptop order number 614009910880. This was ordered on 14/01/21 through Littlewoods Ireland. Littlewoods sent me an email confirming delivery within 3 working days of the order. The order didn't arrive as promised. It is now 30/01/21 and I am still awaiting the order. The latest tracking information shows that the order was in their Shaw warehouse on 14/01/2 with no further updates. I have called numerous times and have been given the same reasons for the delay- Brexit and Customs but the product hasn't even left their warehouse. Littlewoods have been completely misleading me throughout the process and I am still no nearer to finding out when I will receive my order. I paid over €1600 for this product and this money was taken on the day of order.

AVOID Before Brexit - they were honestly fine to deal with. Now they're shocking. Issue #1 I was waiting weeks for a delivery. But whatever. My Main issue is I have a faulty item and when I called they arranged collection as it's large. 2nd call happened because no collection happened, another one is set up. No collection happened again, called the 3rd time. 'We don't do collections only post office, i don't know how they set that up'. Hadn't a clue what was going on. Told me he would send a label, never did. Called the 4th time, the customer service rep confirmed they do collections as post office doesn't accept those large items. She complained about all the complaints... whatever. Put me on hold for 10 minutes then HUNG up. Waiting an hour to get through to them each time I call. Literally going around in circles.

Ordered a baby present to send to my godson on 5th January. I got an email telling me it was dispatched on the 8th and another number of emails since apologising for the delay! It’s now 25th and I still haven’t received the order. This is a despicable service, especially when I have ordered a number of items from different UK sites since and all have been delivered with zero delays! They can forget about blaming brexit as that’s only a cop out. Pathetic service which should be avoided at all costs!

My fourth phone call this morning with littlewoods. Ordered and fully paid for 2 kids duvet sets and pillow. 50e in total on the 17th of December. Called them mid January to see what happened as i didn't receive either item. Was told they didn't know what happened and said they would refund me. That's fine. Its now the 25th of January and I have only received one of those refunds for 25e still waiting on the other. Now I have to wait until they look into see why I didn't get the second one. They said they would contact me. Wont hold my breath. Not the first time I've had issues with orders either. AVOID!!!!

On 20th I still haven't got the package so I called them and after reaching customer care (in about 30 minutes on the phone) a very polite gentleman started saying that this is all due to Brexit and my parcel is stuck in customs bla bla bla... One thing he didn't knew that I have business my self and I import A LOT of things from Thailand, US and China and I can say whatever he was talking is complete load of bull#*£@€! I don't mind if they lost a parcel I don't mind if they forgot to dispatch it by mistake but I truly hate when such big companies customer care is told to lie to their customer! This just shows that you cannot trust this company no matter what because they are ready to lie about anything... I will never buy anything of them anymore just because of this and I honestly don't recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind to be lied to...

Terrilbe service,I placed an order on the 7th ,received an email on the 14th saying I would receive my order in 3 days,today the 20th still nothing, tracking says parcel is still not left the warehouse, rang for info and was told it could be another 7 to 10 days,I would recommend anyone in the Rep. Of Ireland to avoid this site going forward, Brexit to blame apparently.

Ordered two items first item was ment to arrive on the 16th jan and I got a text the night before its been delayed, no word on when its going to arrive and no answer back from them either and now the second item has no tracking aswelland disappeared . This is the worst company for online shopping that I've ever used . Such very bad service with no communication . I will never shop with them again if I ever recive my items, they seem to have disappeared.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Nothing arrived nada. Asked for a refund can’t do as order is in transit. One of the customer care team hung up on me twice. This company is fraudulently claiming on their website that everything is under control with brexit. Lies..... don’t order from them if you live in Ireland. Customer care is non existent

I have never in my lifetime seen such bad service. I ordered a xmas present in November..never arrived. I rang up customer care and she offered to send it again and promised she had put a note on the system. Of course it never arrived but the girl actually decided to put the second order on my credit account!! Rang up a customer care representive called tulle, spent 50 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a manager and she promised me that she would sort out the problem and i would get a email confirming that i would no longer have it credited and she would get the manager to call me...needless to say she didn't sort it out ..i never got my promised email and i never recieved my call from manager

Received an email within a day saying order had been processed and would arrive within 3 days. Three weeks later, nothing and courier says they have not received it yet. Customer service hard to reach and extremely unhelpful. Will NEVER buy from this company again.

I can't believe these reviews I am over 30yr a customer..wit family album before they be came littlewoods NEVER had a problem..it was fast ways that are IMPOSSIBLE to get through to..having said that i have bought a tv for my son for christmas I'm hoping it's what he wants or I WILL be looking to exchange and if I get a response like some of the reviews here to say il be disappointed is an understatement!
