Awful Customer Service. Have a faulty Fridge Freezer. Rang Very Customer Care and they told me it was out of warranty (12months) but if you get a VAT registered Electrician to do a report ont he fault and ring them back, they will process a refund. Paid €120 for an electrician to come out and inspect the fridge freezer and want to proceed with claim, they keep me on hold for over an hour everytime and then kick me off phonecall

Very poor customer service have been trying for 5 days to order trainers. Paid 2 payments for the same item for it to be declined. €146 down with no items and they can't tell me when il get refunded. Every time i ring ive been put on hold or passed to another department. No emails of confirmation but mo wy was taken om 2 separate transactions. Do not buy from them waste if time.

Waiting over 10 days for my delivery. Status has not changed or moved. If I want to return something when I do receive my parcel that will take two weeks for them to update the return. So that’s 4 weeks nearly of interest there making and we all know the interest rate is a joke. They seem to deliberately make delivery’s slow and return slow to make the interest.

Very poor service. I firstly was send the wrong item in my order. I then did a return where only 5 out of the 6 items all in the one package were actually refunded and marked as returned on my account. So when I contacted them to say why have I not been refunded for all returned items and one item is not showing as returned on my account I was told they return items separately even if they all go back together in the one package from the same order number, so just to wait. I then asked for a email address to complain as this makes zero sense to me when all items were returned together and I was told to just wait more time, I can't understand this and to not be given a email address when requested is extremely poor customer service.

Do not order from this company ever. They will waist your time. Ordered a Russel Hobbs Brita kettle , the filter was damaged. Rang them to get a replacement filter and was told that now I need to package the kettle back and go to the post and send it back and then wait for a new one. What kind of idiots run this company? Instead of simply sending a new filter they want me to spend my time to do all the work for them . If I wanted to run around the town with a kettle I would have bought it in any other shop, but the idea of buying online is that you do not run around the town. But management of this company is not very bright ,obviously . Can`t wait to see when they go bankrupt, as if you do not know what you are doing then let professionals run the business . By the way on the website there is an option to review the item but it does not work, What a surprise. The call center operator tried her best, I do not blame her for what has happened.

Disgraceful customer service from their call centre based outside of RoI & UK. Got hit with €110 interest penalty for being 7 days late on a 6 months interest free purchase worth €600 although we only had the goods 5 months. We hadn't realised they took the interest free date from time of purchase and not delivery. A simple reminder of this would have given us the chance to pay in full. We have been a customer of littlewoods for over 15 years but now sadly we have cancelled our account. Once again I have to mention the call centre operative was extremely unhelpful.

Second time delivering the wrong thing and won’t deliver the right thing when they collect other item, have to make a whole new order again and wait for money to be refunded. Ridiculous.

I have been shopping with Littlewoods for years and have never had many issues until the introduction of Eircodes. Since then i have had multiple parcels sent to an incorrect Eircode. My address and correct Eircode is always on the parcel in small print but the same incorrect Eircode is always there too in large bold print. I have spoken to Littlewoods reps numerous times by phone, emailed countless times and have corresponded by live chat. They keep promising that the issue will be resolved. The last call I made , I was kept on the phone for 25 minutes and when i explained that my child who has special needs was there and I had to go, the rep totally disregarded what I was saying and told me to wait if I wanted the issue resolved. A simple issue........Still not resolved. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated as I have been a loyal customer for years. This incorrect Eircode business is ongoing and I will be doing my shopping elsewhere in future...somewhere where customers are appreciated.

I recently purchased 2 bikinis from them. I had to purchase the bottoms and tops separately, that was fine. Except, the bottoms arrived on Saturday and I have to wait another week for the tops. Why?!! Apparently the bottoms and tops are kept in two different warehouses even though they are the matching pair and the same brand. I checked my orders on their website and my other package has been stuck in Shaw warehouse for the past 8 days. I think this will be last time that I ever order from them because I have had so many problems with them. One other time I ordered boots from them and they never arrived. I called them up and customer service informed oh so casually that they were lost. They made no attempt to contact me over this and when they told me they would refund my money they credited it to my mother's account.

Every time I order with Little Woods there is some issue. They always take payment for my order, no email confirmation, then when I log into my account online it says order has been declined. Money is always taken from my account and no notification to let me know order has been declined. It is never a straightforward purchase. Customer service is awful, if you manage to get through to them which is rare.

Wanted to buy a few expensive things for my house a Christmas that I just moved into. Newly built house. The eircode was not updated in their system and they could not place an order with my address. Such a joke. As an AMERICAN coming here this company is dreadful. Their customer service is horrible and I eventually bought all of my items for Harvey Norman and currys with no issue. Never will be a customer of this outfit.

I purchased a bike on 28th December 2021 (paid €1,600), with a delivery date of 21 January 2022. It didn't arrive so when I called Littlewoods they confirmed the bike had been shipped to Ireland and was with the couriers - DHL, who they blamed for the delay. When I called back the following week I was told that it was still with DHL in Ireland and that they had escalated it to DHL. Still no sign of the bike so when I phoned again on 1 Feb 2022, I'm actually told it is still in England and was never shipped. (Although they had told me they had spoken with the shippers who confirmed it was delivered to Ireland!) Lies. I told Littlewoods that I wanted a refund...and I'm told that they cannot give me a refund for at least 14 days as they have to wait for the bike to be returned to their depot! Since they hadn't a clue what country the bike was in for 5 weeks, I told them I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks for them to find it and return it to their depot. Computer says no was their reply. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same rubbish. Appalling service and as a regular customer, I am furious. Never again and I wouldn't trust a word their customer service says. Avoid Littlewoods at all costs.

Hi I got a package delivery to my address which was wrong. That the second time delivery person did this. So sent me a delivery company email address I got in touch with them. Am not delivering not my job plus I can't. It's got left out my door Friday I only find it Saturday when I open the door .

Dreadful, product never showed up. After a month i tried to cancel the order, which needed a 20 minute phonecall. Turns out the order had never even been dispatched.

This company is a joke, first i was not looking for credit. I just wanted to buy LOL for my daughter which was part of her Christmas list. I paid fully then they asked me to register after I paid, then they declined.. For god sake I paid you for a product upfront how can you decide not to sell me. You have ruined my daughters Christmas.. I pray to god this will happen to you

This is the SECOND delivery gone out to my old address where I no longer live and new people I do not know now live there. I've updated my new address on my account but both my old and new address show on my account. I also put in my new address each time I ordered my items. To delete or change my old address, littlewoods require I send in proof of address????? I've never my life been ask for proof of address for buying a pair of boots! The online purchasing process is a nightmare. You have to jump through a million hoops and verification to purchase an item. I reached out to customer service where I got no response after a week, hopefully I get some sort of response here! Order number: 655925553102
