Been ordering Versace sweatshirts for years and this is the first time I had an issue from Mainline Menswear ...Stitching was sloppy on my Versace sweatshirts... please see picture below.... immediately returned for a full refund.... but the lady tried to tell me that this is the way that the stitching was on this item...evidently she does not know what she's talking about because I am a years-long customer ordering Versace sweatshirts from them... however I did not have a problem getting a refund

Hi, here it goes my review. I was looking for a technical sky feathers jacket so I found a good bargainin their shop (440£ full price, 50% discounted) I thought I was dreaming so I have to check google for positive references before i order. After I found all the bad reviews here I was seriously on a doubt because I didnt wanted them to took my money, send the wrong item (or fake) or whatever the people is saying here. At the end I decided to "take the risk" and order the jacket after one employee confirmed me via chat that they have stock available in my size of the requested jacket. 24h later I have recieved the goods (express delivery to Spain). The jacket is simply the best, thank you very much for everything. 10/10

Counterfeit replica items. Alexandra the customer service representative verified and divulged the items are not authentic and in fact are fake.

Ordered several times from this company and every time the service has been excellent. Quick delivery, product quality as expected and if I’ve had to return an item, the refund has been promptly processed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Got rejected for an exchange or refund due to a white shirt that apparently got sent back with an orange mark around the collar, they have sent me it back & nothing on it, but will not accept any refund back to me, so basically keeping my money, so not only am I stuck with a mens t shirt that’s way too big but also out of pocket! It’s an absolute joke that they can do this, also they have had no communication with me in the whole 2 weeks this has taken, just a letter in my returned parcel telling me that no refund is coming!! But then getting bombarded with junk mail from them, will NEVER buy from this company EVER again!!!

These guys hound you with junk emails with their offers despite unsubscribing to about 3 of them now. Shop elsewhere as many many retailers have the same deals but none are as relentless as these guys.

Poor customer service and cheaper to buy from the manufacturer directly. The most important part when dealing with a company is to have good customer service but Mainline is far from it. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer care,poor quality clothing at designer prices.When returning items they deduct a fee from refund.Dont shop with this company. Also,I had to keep calling them as through email they denied receiving my return!!!Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a Lacoste jumper as a present for my dad which didn’t fit so returned the item wanting a new one. They returned the same item with marks all over their collar Which weren’t there Before and refused to refund The item due to this. The customer service was absolutely horrendous too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 3 sale items from mainline. The following morning they emailed me to say that one of the items (a boss polo) was actually out of stock and I should contact them to arrange an alternative or refund. I go online and see the top I ordered for sale on the website only now now at the full price. I speak to customer service who essentially tell me if I want the top I'll have to pay the price difference. After repeated phone calls and text messages they refuse to budge. All I want is the top I have paid for!!! Mainline have come up with some complete bs that it's now new season stock but the 3 pictures of the polo are exactly the same and the title of the item is exactly the same. Other than to repeat the same line of "it's new season stock" no one at Mainline can tell me the difference (because there isn't one). AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY CROOKS!

Happy with the items purchased although delivery service was very poor. Just left outside so everyone walking past could easily see, lucky not to be taken.

This is a ZED STAR review. Ordered product shipped to the states. Did not fit. Placed product using their "rebound return" system on august 21. Product is still sitting in New York waiting to be returned back to UK. Who knows how long they will take to validate return and issue refund. Very bad customer service. Looks as though these people are swindlers to say the least.

Disgusted!!! On 24 November 2017 I ordered a pack of boxer shorts for £26. Eight days later they had not arrived although the money had gone out of my bank on the 27th. So I rang today, 2nd December and spoke to a customer services woman. She says she emailed me on the 24 November, the day I ordered them, to tell me they were out of stock. I never received the email and why, if they were out of stock, did they take my money? I now have to wait seven days (because its a weekend) for my money to be refunded. What would have happened to my money if I hadn't queried this? The woman told me that sooner or later I would have got in touch. So this company took money from my bank account for goods they knew they could not supply. FRAUD OR WHAT? Be careful!!
