I have used moonpig in uk without any problems. BUT a card to my son in law last summer never arrived. I found out weeks after his birthday. But I was verrry disappointed that a large card ordered for my grandson 5 days before his birthday has not turned up. It was dispatched on the 4th day after ordering (?!) I have complained to moonpig and it seems they dispatch only 2 days pre date needed(as post takes 2-5 days ) And they are issuing another card.....what little 4 year old is happy to receive a card more than 2 weeks past his birthday? I do not need a card NOW. A very disappointed customer.

Since speaking to my bank I have just been informed moonpig.com somehow sign me up to a monthly subscription of £15 a month which they have been taken out of my bank account since February I used this site once I bought one card ever never bought one more and they have been taken this out of me every month be careful use in this site they are nothing but scammers

Waited over a week for my daughters birthday card to arrive. Received a week after her birthday. Customer service refunded the money back, but wouldn’t cancel my membership with them, as I told them I would never order again off them. All she said was it was past 14 days so I can’t cancel, yet they can send a card out a week late with no consequences.

I ordered 7 cards, all the same, all standard size but with different names printed on the front. One of them was delivered as a giant card, even though I didn’t alter the card size during the ordering process. It cost a fortune and is so ridiculously large from one person that I can’t even use it. I contacted customer services but they (Aaron) basically said that even if it was a technical glitch I should have spotted it. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never ever use moonpig again.

Your website is Still dreadful!!! So slow that you cannot do many thing, including ordering more than 1 card at a time, this has happened many times Also website would not let me Edit an address, I tried & tried many times to edit a name, complete waste of time My latest was I ordered and placed a card in my basket, also added address Went on to my 2nd card, completed and added address, ,then I paid. Both cards were being sent to the same address, even though I put in 2 address’s

Interesting hus read other feedback 🙄🙄🙄Paid for card and next day service. Unfortunately left with muck on our faces as no card has arrived despite next day delivery. The importance of a family card delivered on time on a special birthday cannot be over emphasised. Hugely disappointed with the service. Offered a refund but this does not negate the importance of a special occasion which has been spoilt. Disgraceful

Booked delivery for the 8th nov and took day off , never arrived and we are now away on holiday so has ruined surprise for my wife . Level of customer service was appalling , attitude was very much “ tough” , advised that deliveries are regularly 48 hours late!! Shocking

Ordered a simple card a week in advance to arrive at a hotel we were staying at. The service team were giving me attitude straight after the order and it didn't arrive on time. Paid £8+ for that rubbish

My wife’s 67th birthday. I order a card and a box of chocolates. What arrives? A jumper!! I mean, how incompetent can you get. What did they say? We’ll refund your money. That’s big of them seeing as they cocked this up!

I ordered a birthday card for my sister, it did arrive on time ebut unfortunately they had not put the message I sides my sister did not know who had sent it. Very poor. From Jennifer Pessoa 07767662719. So have only given one star.

Would give 0 if an option. Used the service for many years without a problem. Recently sent a card and wrote a message inside, however when recipient recieved the card there was no writing inside. Spoke to customer services and they said I left it blank. I definitely do not and suggested it was a glitch and I'd like my money back. They said no...so I've closed my account. Customer service is very poor

Utter rubbish, if you need a card or present on a specific day don't use, dosnt matter how much you pay on delivery it won't arrive on time

Said next day delivery just pure lies now got to wait for a a card to come on my girlfriends birthday between 7am and 7pm thanks moon pig made me look great and not to mention the card was £14! Rediculous

Flowers sent from son, I trimmed and used flower powder but still brown edged carnations and sad looking gerbera on the day after delivery.

If u buy a personalised card and leave it blank to write a message urself u should send a envelope with the card too as my card came I opened it to write it out and had to put it back in the envelope it came in and tape it up not good !!

First time user. Never again. Total rubbish. 2 Cards orders 8 days in advance, never showed up. Queries are dealt with by a binary speaking computer (i.e) yes or no, not ‘how can I help?’ Or ‘let me see what I can do’ Totally useless. Still waiting for refund.

Ordered a father's day card and upgraded to include a 'pub in a box' connection of beers. Unfortunately one of the cans was split and spoiled the box as well as being one beer down. The outer postage box was not damaged. When I found out I contacted Moonpig. The insisted on getting a picture, but the box has been disposed of by my dad at the time. Without a picture there was 'nothing they could do'. What happened to customer care!? - I'm not going to use Moonpig again and discouraged everyone else.
