Cards are great, but the delivery is not. Website is flawed, so the delivery date you choose becomes the dispatch date, and then its anyone's guess whether it ever gets sent.

I can honestly say I will never use them again. Ruined Father’s Day as yet again I didn’t receive the card. They don’t care when they’ve messed up, it takes ages to get a replacement. They don’t refund and they happily take your money for next day. I paid extra for next day. Ordered on Wednesday and it’s now Monday and no card Funky pigeon will be my preferred choice from now on I urge all people to stop using this dreadful company Don’t trust them, they won’t give you the goods. No wonder businesses are failing if this is how they treat customers Maybe they should revisit their logistics processes as a matter of urgency

Managed to mess up an order for a once in a lifetime occasion not once but twice and probably the worst customer service I have ever received Extremely unhelpful customer service who refused to refund despite being told that the order was no longer wanted and would rather I sued them through the county court in the UK so I intend to. Will never ever use this company again

If you like the idea of ordering things and waiting to see if they come then choose Moonpig. It's not guaranteed that you will receive your cards and when you don't you can enjoy the unfiltered joy of talking to an agent via 'Live Chat' - who will take almost as long to respond to each question as you did waiting for your cards to not arrive. So seriously if you're the type of person that enjoys the thrill of waiting at an airport baggage carousel to see if your bags made your last tight connection then by all means knock yourself out and order stuff from Moonpig! When it started (many many years ago) it was good, not anymore.

This time there was a printing error apparently, so my mother didnt get her 60th birthday card and gift, she got someone else's card. She reported this to them and they said they would send out the correct card. It's a bank holiday weekend so she isn't going to receive it until next week when her birthday was Friday. This is not acceptable. I requested a refund and that they not resend it and they said no as 'the recipient has requested they resend it' but gave me a £5 credit (the order was much more than this). The recipient is not the customer, I am. I believe this is contrary to my consumer rights and have reported them to trading standards. I will never use this company again. I've never had an issue with Funky Pigeon (apart from lack of variety) and there are many other online card stores to choose from and I will be using them in future. I strongly advise you to do the same. This is not a one off. My friend's last two birthday cards to me never arrived from Moonpig and in one instance, to apologise, they sent 5 copies of the same (photo) card to him. What use is that?! If you want your items to actually arrive and/or be the correct item when they do, don't use Moonpig. N.b., Moonpig, do not put your standard response under this review. I have no intention of contacting you to discuss. I have spent two days doing that and your customer service sucks.

Pity there is no ZERO stars What a pathetic excuse for a company - If you do ONE smart thing today, do not rely on this company to carry out what you have paid good money for. Used once - 100% fail Won't get a second chance

Only wanted to change delivery date by one day, with nearly a week before delivery, totally inflexible and unhelpful. Sign of a poor company when there is no phone number, just a chat bot. Avoid like the plague. Just another incompetent set of money grabbers with no one with the bottle to interact face to face. Useless!

Bad Service!!! I ordered a 40th birthday card for my eldest daughter and spent ages downloading photos of her throughout her 40 years. Paid extra for next day delivery to arrive the day before her birthday, didn't arrive so I contacted moonpig and said how upset I was and all they offered me was the cost of my postage back! What an insult, my daughter thinks I haven't bothered getting her a card for her milestone 40th birthday so I went back and said how much more upset I was and maybe they could still send the card with a bottle of prosecco as compensation. Knocked back again, we can't do that the best we can do is credit your account with £5. As if £5 is going to make things better. The card has still not arrived 5 days after it's due date. I'll never use moonpig again!

I had the WORST experience imaginable with Mponpig! I spent a lot of money on a Ferrari experience for my dad's 60th birthday, and they managed to RUIN it completely! The card arrived with NOTHING attached, leaving my poor dad to assume that I didn't care enough to get him a present. I am absolutely HEARTBROKEN! I spent so much time and effort researching the perfect gift for him, and all of it went to WASTE thanks to Moonpig's complete and utter incompetence! As if that wasn't bad enough, when I contacted them for help, they were completely USELESS! It took them WEEKS to respond to my messages, and when they finally did, it was with some generic, automated response that was no help at all. And then, to add insult to injury, they only refunded me for the experience a MONTH after my dad's birthday! That's a whole month of my dad thinking I didn't care enough to get him a gift, and a whole month of ME feeling like a failure as a daughter. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with Moonpig, and I will NEVER shop with them again. From now on, I'll be taking my business to FunkyPigeon or ANYWHERE that actually gives a damn about their customers! This whole situation has left me so ANGRY and UPSET, I don't even know what to do.

The courier service they used bounced the card back and forth for over a week and ultimately returned it to moon pig as the sender, the whole time they showed the card as delivered and were unable to help?!

Would give it zero rating if I could. My poor daughter thought she'd surprise me with moonpig flowers for my birthday. £30.00 ...certainly not worth £3.00. false advertising as the pathetic handful of wilted flowers; looked like they were left days without water and brushed up from market floor nothing like the blooming lying picture you are sold ...I told her never to buy from this shoddy company. Do not buy from Moonpig especially the flowers. She's made complaint sent pictures on email. I told her this happened to me during lockdown when my husband used them his first and last time...never got reply as I am guessing no staff during covid lockdown .. it's a false selling company and needs to be out of business.

Don’t use moon pig if you’re sending a balloons and cards to twins as they split the order and take absolutely no responsibility. Appalling customer service and they seem to really not care at all! Use another company

Ordered a card for my daughters birthday 11 days before her birthday still hasn't arrived her birthday has come and gone ,emailed them I have to wait 72hrs for a response so emailed them again only to have been blocked from sending an email to them disgusting behaviour will never touch this company again

DO NOT order from here! I have had a number of prebooked orders not turn up....one yes it was during the postal strike time so I will let them off...but in that same month they sent out a 40th celebrations card that was pre ordered (for the correct date) one month early. I contacted them they said they had put a stop on it, but obviously had not! This was just the start of my trouble with Moonpig....I should have left it at that and taken it as a sign not to order from them again! From then onwards they sent out wrong orders to the incorrect recipient! And some orders receipients have received two cards weeks apart! I have now not recieved an order I am waiting on, and instead of despatch the card again, which is all I have ever asked for, they are making out as though the previous issues they have done me a favour by refunding me, which by the way has always been in credit to use on them again, so never really ever a refund. So now I would like someone to investigate this as I have been let down so many times, and now being punished for mistakes that have been of Moonpig! Very unprofessional. Do not order from here guys.

I was the recipient of a small food hamper which arrived mid December. One item (popcorn) had an expiry date of 4 days later(!), crisps 6 January, fudge end of January and milk chocolate was whitish in corner - imho just a way of getting rid of items near to expiry dates or not at best. Not to be recommended for hampers.

Flowers arrived for Easter in a huge box they were all nearly dead just absolutely the worst flowers I have ever seen
