Although I followed the measurements online, the item I purchased was way to small. I did not want a refund, I wanted to exchange for a larger size. When I did an online chat, I confirmed in the first sentence that the item I purchased was sent in the size I ordered but that it didn't fit. They asked me to take pictures of the item with a tape measurement in the picture. This was a request I have never received from an website I ordered from but I complied and uploaded pictures to the chat. During this process, I was told the pictures weren't clear enough. At that point I asked why they needed pictures of their own product. They finally told me that they were confirming that what I ordered was sent and, no, they could not return my money or exchange the item. Since I had already told them they sent what I ordered, I was more than annoyed at the amount of hassle they put me through just to say they couldn't return my money. I will not order from them again and I would suggest anyone thinking about ordering to reconsider. There are no returns and their customer service is horrible.

I order two items and have not receive them ( one month age)don't know why they let them do business in the US. They should take them off the websit. Still waiting

To date, 8-20-18, never received my order, said that the company shipped my item 7-15-18...Never received the item...since, I didn't ask for "priority" shipping..there is no tracking function to utilize....Even from Hong Kong I would have received my merchandise by now...Asked for a refund and I didn't want their points! Low-grade operation.

I needed to return my order due to size andris cut not being right. The customer service rep was helpful but I too found out I had to return it to CHINA!!! The refund would be wiped out by the cost of the return! Plus, when I looked at where it was shipped from, the return address was in Canada. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise without stating where they are actually located. From the packaging I received, it appears that the Canada location receives the order from China then ships to the customer. No wonder it took over a month from order date to shipping date plus a few more days for delivery.

I would rate lower than one if I could. I ordered a 32dd bra. The cup size actually looks like maybe a B. I just don't get it .... Now I want to return and they say I have to pay shipping on both ends. The shipping they spent and then again to ship it on my own.... TO CHINA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG.... NO !!!!!!! Terrible. And no one to talk to.

awful. all items I ordered were listed as available and dispatched in 1 day. NOT TRUE. 2 weeks later still waiting for my order, check order status and All items were back ordered. I instant chat with customer service and they tell me the items are currently unavailable and I must have missed the message in red under shipping details. As I am talking to her I pull up website and my items are still listed as available at the same moment she is telling me they are not. She says back ordered items will be back in stock in 5-18 days. I assume from the day I ordered, since they were apparently out of stock at the time of order, but NOOO from today - 2 weeks after I ordered. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE, PLENTY OF CUTE STUFF HERE IN AMERICA THAT WILL SHIP IN A TIMELY FASHION.

So, I ordered the buttons. Two batches ("What kind of foooool am I?") Well, it is now just short of a month - and of course - still no buttons. They claim the product has been mailed already, but I doubt it. Their supposed "tracking" does not really exist. Facebook got me into this, and Newchic is obviously a scam outfit. Naturally I get daily emails trying to lure me into purchasing other products - but - no thanks. Wish I had read the reviews FIRST...

While NewChic doesn't actually deliver Items ordered, they do provide hours and hours of entertainment. You can search the website for insights on where your items might be, count business days from the time of your order, write customer service department daily for insights on if NewChic actually has or has ever had the items ordered and finely write your credit card company to obtain a refund.

There is something very strange about this company. They obviously promote items heavily for which they have no stock. They take your money and keep it for several weeks, before advising you that there is no stock. Then it takes some time to get a refund, and sometimes you don't get the refund. I have ordered 7 items from NewChic and only one has been fulfilled. I have received 2 refunds, and they still owe me £54 from two items for which there is no stock. I have given up the fight on that sum. Please be aware that you will be very lucky to receive a garment from New Chic.

I ordered shoes 22 days ago and still haven't received them! After contacting them i find out that you have to pay for a tracking number?! Quite possibly the worst online company ever!

Ordered on Dec3rd and still not received order no 40214507 item BTOO7 portable water bottle. Really bad service so want my goods or money back. Will not be using this company again

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEWCHIC!!!! Note that all the glowing reviews are brief and often poorly written - because they are fake!!! NEWCHIC will send you products that are not as advertised (my brown shoes were bright orange and were NOT leather) and will outright refuse to allow a return. Imagine a retail store where you pick out a product from the shelf and then the salesperson secretly switches it with an inferior product, and you don’t realize until you’ve gotten home. And then when you go back to the store, they refuse to let you return the product, or else they offer you a tiny fraction of your purchase price (they offered me “400 points”, or $4 US dollars, for $60 shoes). This is NEWCHIC. Also, they pretend that “customer service“ and “live chat” are two different things, but they are one and the same. Also, “live chat” will pretend to escalate the issue to their “after sales department”, but again, this is a lie. There is no such department. It is all part of their attempt to confuse and frustrate the customer in hopes that they will give up and go away. NEWCHIC has been scamming consumers in this capacity for some time now – RUN from NEWCHIC!!!!

The trousers are great cotton as advertised. The shirt has a lovely print which is why I bought it BUT not cotton as advertised. Grr.
