paid for fast tracked delivery and it's going to take 7-9 days to arrive it's a joke only fast tracked is out of your bank account. i will never use this company again

I have placed an order on the 4th March but only part of the order arrived. I have contacted Photobox's customer service and have advised me to wait. It is 24th March now and they seem to have marked my query as resolved for some reason. I am still waiting for their reply.

Very poor quality box fell apart within weeks of having it cost £109 reported it to photo box and the answer was I am afraid that the guaranteed lifespan of our products is six months, and I can not proceed with the compensation or rather a new reprint since I do not have the justification for this type of procedure. I had two books within this time and both books have fell apart please don’t buy as cheap quality and no guarantee given

My daughter ordered photo keyrings (75pieces) for me to give as memorabilia of my late sister -in- law at her funeral. uploaded the picture which looked good at the time and paid for express delivery. The print was clear but the picture was not resized so top of head was cut off. It looked bad. No one contacted her to let us know that there was a problem. Bad experience, I don't intend to use them again What a waste!

Avoid Like the plaque! You pay for express shipping and be promised a delivery date. only to tell you it can take up to 14days. Then why was i promised to get the item by 2 days? Their customer service is useless. you wont go anywhere with them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

I ordered a framed photo of my family in Australia who I have not seen for nearly 3 years. When it arrived it had been printed portrait and I asked for landscape. I complained and after some discussion they agreed to reproduce the photo in landscape (part of the picture was cut off in portrait mode) and did not charge me for it as a compassionate gesture to be done for free. I appreciated their kind gesture and am now awaiting a correct version at no charge. Well done on customer service!!!!

Ordered for a birthday over a week ago with wxpress tracked. No photobook and told by customer service just to waiting longer. Feels like a scam rather than a genuine company. Very upset and annoyed. Will never use again!

I spent about 8 hours creating two special photo memory books as Christmas gifts but the books never arrived. It's been over a month now and still not arrived. Apparently they are lost and not trackable. I'm so disappointed. Customer service was good though, very fast and responsive and processed my refund quickly. Will not use again.

Do not order a Calendar from this company. I have now received 20 calendars each without a grid. Today's package was a replacement after I complained about the first 10 I ordered which came without a grid. I was assured that the second shipment was going to be checked by a human being? I shall not be ordering from Photobox again.

You are just totally rubbish... failed to make the order let alone tell me they had failed to do so... poor com's... poor service... poor at refunding.. avoid these people.

The best customer assistance I have encountered anywhere ! It was getting close to Christmas and a personalised calendar I was expecting hadn't arrived. I asked when I might expect to receive it to be told it had been sent. To my surprise the next day it did arrive BUT rather than leave it there they reacted to my predicament after my call and immediately send another —- and it arrived on time for Christmas. This company takes customer satisfaction to another level and has a customer for life ! Oh and by the way making a personalised A5 calendar for someone’s kitchen is a perfect Christmas present !

Horrendous service - My items never even arrived, the courier will only speak to the sender, the only way to contact Photobox is through email and they never respond. Not even an opportunity to raise an issue, let alone get your money back or the item you paid for! Terrible, terrible service.

Absolutely the worst product I have ever received. Picture was at a skewed angle on the frame and was over one side and not to edge on other side. Print quality was awful. Telephoned them but they refused to look into it or offer a replacement.

I was disgusted and upset of the result of my photo. You cannot even see my late dogs head, it's awful. Complete waste of money. I have contacted you twice and had no response.

Wish I read these reviews before buying credit. The I've created books for 10 years and enjoyed the experience and results. NOT ANY MORE the new system is clunky, dumbed down and unworkable. Eg. Text boxes only have one line, working from an album to create a book, the images are so blurred I have to refer back to originals on the pc. I could go on. Searching for a new supplier for the next book.

Warning - just don't use them. I completed my project and had repeatedly saved the project but once I got to checkout it did not exist with no record of it anywhere. Unbelievable, a waste of time and irritating. Don't risk it. Don't use PhotoBox.

Please try to AVOID using PHOTOBOX Ordered few ( 7) enlarged photo prints. Waited 2/52 and yet to receive them. After few e mails back and forth managed to get the refund. Prints were supposed to be delivered by HEMES which had not updated tracking status after first few days.No apology no sense of customer care at all.

Woeful customer service. Ordered a 49 piece puzzle for my niece and it was tiny! The pieces were for a 300 piece puzzle as I had seen the sizes previously on a box I had got before. After many emails they refunded the jigsaw but not the £6.99 postage. I had wanted a larger piece puzzle but they wouldn't do that either. Terrible company.
