Unfortunately, the shop is not reputable! They send used, dirty goods as new! Returns are very difficult and have to be sent to the Czech Republic at your own expense. The customer service is not co-operative and unfortunately I had to pay the full price. Now I have very expensive dirty shoes!

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star to write a review but they dont deserve a single star. Ordered a birthday present for my son on 21/2/24. 7/3/24 I email customer services about my order as I hadn't received it or any tracking information. 8/3/24 I receive an email "sorry you are returning your order..." however i never received anything about it being delivered. I went to the collection point, quizzed them and on further investigation my delivery NEVER arrived even though tracking showed delivery on 6/3/24. I contacted Prodirect the same day via chat with Casey (which i have the transcript of) and was told "Your order was missing your name upon dispatch so it was returned by the courier...provide your name and we'll redeliver as prority but the process will take 7 days.....". This missing address issue was reinforced by David from the customer returns department though he covered up the school error of not putting my name on by stating "there was a delivery address discrepency". 17/3/24 still and again no communication so I make contact again and request a phone call. Over the next 2 days it was passed on to Rhys in the esculations department where I was told to provide a delivery address (scroll back up to the chat) which I did only to be told it had to be an Evri collection point. Isn't that on the order from 21/2/24? Was this order ever dispatched ProDirect? In the same time frame was offered a 10% off voucher which covered the cost of personalisation and delivery. They must have thought it was april fools with that offer as it was as funny as a fart in a lift. The last email was on the 18/3/24 now a week ago from Rhys telling me this will be passed onto the transit team and that neither him or customer services will be assisting any further and they'll be in touch in 2-3 days. They've never heard of Craig David because he got through a whole relationship in 7 days while these bone idle cowboys cant even get round to an email. Over £150 out of product and my son without a birthday present. Trading standards and anyother bodies is my next point of call #StayAway

Woeful customer service when things are faulty, won’t use them again, ever. Where do I start! No phone number to actually call them!!! Suspicious. Can’t speak to the same person twice, just a general email address where a different person each time replies with a sorry and a very ineffectual answer. Reported faulty Nike running shoes to them on 13/01/24- they sent me a prepaid return label and shoes were returned to the prepaid address promptly. Heard nothing from them. Chased my refund up, they told me they had no record of the trainers being returned so had to sent copies of the prepaid label the proof of posting showing the weight of the parcel( almost didn’t believe me) and the tracking from RM. Eventually they found the parcel and then sent it on to Nike for a refund. Told me over a week ago that my refund was authorised and the money would be refunded between 2-5 working days. Guess what nothing had been received into my account. Got in touch with them again today and this was their reply. (‘Thank you for your email. I have checked your account and can see that your item was returned back to Nike and my colleague has emailed you on 16/02 regarding your refund. I have contacted my colleague to request an update on this issue and when I receive the required information I will contact you via email with the relevent information. Please accept our sincere apologises for the delay and for any inconvenience that this may have caused. If you have any further enquiries, please visit our Online Help section :’) It was from the 10th different person that has handled this complaint. Will not escalate my complaints. All they say is we’re sorry and we’ll comeback to you. No timeline, nothing. Still unresolved 51 days later after my first reporting the faulty goods, sort out your act PDS. SORT THIS WHOLE MESS OUT NOW PLEASE!!!🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Customer Service is non existent, quick enough to take your money but will not answer emails or the phone and online chat is unavailable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Completely unable to get hold of anyone in CS to help me. Paid for upgraded postage to guarantee delivery, they their system is showing another date for delivery. They keep sending me empty UPS links that have no tracking at all. In one case was given someone else's link from months ago. Chat has not be live for 2 days now. Really really bad customer service.

Very pathetic return service. I had to pay out of my pocket to return the product and yet it has been a month and I have not received my refund. There is no direct phone number to speak with anyone and I have been trying to email them but their response is very slow and not at all helpful. I feel like cheated now. I will highly recommend NOT to buy from these people.

Order a football kit and it came , but only the shorts and socks. I am now having a nightmare making contact, no ones answers emails. I am now facing contacting my bank tomorrow to report it as fraudulent . Shameful management. Probably some joker that's gonna run away with all the money and the public will foot the bill.

I order some boots with them that came down too small, so I initiated a replacement using their in box form. Unfortunately this replacement procedure has taken a painfully long time despite me mentioning needing boots for an upcoming tournament. All information i provided to Pro Direct was disregarded and I was constantly met with the same/similar questions due myself speaking to a different agent each time I replied. I told them I would happily buy the boots again and refund the pair that were too small if this mean't I received the boots on time, unfortunately this was not met with a direct answer as expected. Now it is too late to get the boots in time. Their response time is also less than desired.

no return or exchange label- i emailed them for return label but no responses- what kind of shoes company don't offer exchange/return label- i had to pay our of pocket to send the shoes back to them, was going to exchange but i decided to return and never buy from them again

Ordered a pair of shoes and a different pair came all together. Took a long time to come and paid £9.95 to become a member and have the all year round delivery. They have took the money from my account for the shoes but yet have earmarked another £70 for the same shoes. Really disappointed and wouldn't order again

Todo perfecto, pero... Compre unas botas de futbol para mi hijo y falle en la talla. La devolución del producto los gastos corren por cuenta del comprador. UPS (15€) y tienes que llevarlo al UPS que tengas cerca. Con lo que hay que "atinar" muy bien con la talla si no el producto se encarece muchísimo. Una pena esos gastos!!! Si no, recomendable.

Customer service is non existent. They no longer accept telephone calls. You can't get through to them via on-line chat. They don't respond to your emails!!

I am shocked to see previous reviews. I cannot fault the customer service from start to finish. They have been excellent. I ordered the wrong size and they were so helpful and refunded promptly. Thank you, keep up the good work will definitely order again.

DO NOT USE They take your money and don’t refund, product returned and confirmed. Customer service are dire or just non existent - probably 1 person using different names. Reported to my bank - asked for ARN number company won’t give it to me? If you refunded me you have an ARN number - what’s the problem?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - dreadful pair of football boots. They want you to order another pair whilst you send the faulty ones back which you then have to pay for! Can't get hold of anyone to speak to just a person sitting behind a chat screen who is basically useless. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. Over one month since returning the item I still haven't received a refund - just several copy and paste emails blaming the courier (their appointed courier!) The courier informs me the parcel has been delivered. It's only £16 - you would think at some point they accept that there has been an issue with their courier and make good the refund but no. Will never purchase from this company again.

The worst business I have dealt with I received 13 emails copy and paste!!! Everyone is you will get a update withi 24 hours!!! We have shipped your item that was Saturday afternoon, then on sunday which is a day after we are about to ship your item blah, blah!!! What you mean is your shipping FA!!! I will not be fob off with your lies I will recall payment within 14 days!
