horrible. Bans creators for no reason and dosent do anything to let them know why they were banned or help them get their wrongfully banned acc back.

One star is a star more than Redbubble’s nonexistent customer service deserves. I ordered during Covid and it was a nightmare as everything arrived late for Christmas and I received ZERO support, transparency or compensation. Swore I’d never order with them again but recently needed a couple of stickers and their pricing was better so figured I’d give it another try. Should never have done so. Again my order is late with no transparency, no customer support and no concern on their end. I will say here, and I don’t usually fill out reviews, that I would STRONGLY encourage anyone out there to consider other businesses with better practices. Redbubble is terrible.

Over time I made some sales. Not a lot but some. They refused to acknowledge these sales and they never paid me my cut. They rob small artists. After a couple years of this issue never getting resolved I deleted everything in my shop. Red bubble sucks.

I ordered several decorative pillows. They were delivered on schedule and matched my expectations from looking at the products online. I requested returning 1 of the ordered products because it didn't fit my need as well as the others. No issue with the product. Redbubble promptly refunded my purchase. My experience was very acceptable.

One star is way too many! My order is over a week late. I have no tracking information. Customer service is a farce with no way to speak to an actual human being and at one point they actually wanted me to pay one dollar to continue with my complaint. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My order "shipped" on Feb 21. Redbubble estimated arrival for mar 1. UPS status never changed from "package ready for UPS". I couldn't see where it was coming from or how long it would take. It appears to never have arrived at UPS. Contacted redbubble mar 7 and was told it could be 8 days late so wait until the 8th. I could not reach anyone on the 9th or 10th. On the 11th, 20 days after shipping, they are resending the item. I needed it by the 19th at the latest. They would not expedite the new shipment free of charge stating they can only send in the original method. I have been inconvenienced waiting and contacting customer service and they offered nothing to compensate for the inadequate service. My gift will likely be late now. They could have expedited my order or offered a discount.

I followed all the instructions and uploaded a couple of works that were originally created. I waited for a week and still could not see the uploaded works on my shop page. I tried to contact Redbubble to figure out what‘s wrong with my shop. Then I just received a reply saying my account was suspended. Account suspension is simply based on the robot‘s filtering system. And the email response is more like an automatic reply. There is no real person to communicate with or resolve the issue.

I bought an iPhone case from them in January 2024. The case was badly designed and non-functional. When the case was installed the iPhone volume buttons wouldn't function. It appeared to be due to the design of the case and to the very stiff material which was used. I requested a return and refund, but the company refused saying that I needed to use the case longer to "break in" the buttons. I did this, but it made no difference. Then I followed up with the company saying that I had done as they asked and the product still didn't work so could I please have refund. They didn't offer a refund but instead said they needed to first "investigate the problem" and asked me to send them photos of the case from multiple angles as well as the model of my phone. Photos would have shown nothing about the stiffness of the buttons, and the model of the phone they already had from my order. It was clear to me that they had a policy of dealing with return requests by delaying and wasting customer time until they gave up.

The basic Gildan shirt they sent had tiny lettering on the back way smaller than what the picture showed. They also don't make it clear they send out plain shirts with zero on the front. I'm not sure who would knowingly order a tiny print on the back. Absolute rip off. Never again. I may as well have set light to £20.

Ordered a few baseball caps and of course they sent the wrong color which is fine but now they’re saying I can’t exchange it after it’s been shipped even though it’s their screwup of course! they have no customer service number, no email which is not by coincidence. from reading the reviews here they seem like a bunch of degenerate, scumbag lowlifes, and it doesn’t surprise me they’re based in San Francisco!

Artists BEWARE! This company fabricates bogus allegations of infringement to randomly reduce your commission and impose fees on you to keep your account running so you can get pennies on the dollar. Read reviews from buyers about orders never received or arriving weeks late after paying for special handling. A class action suit should be filed against them.

My order did not arrive on estimated timeline which is 2-8 February and when I reached to customer service they said it should arrive any day now.(I was asking everyday and today is 14th, still no order.) They have no control over their shipments and they don't even know the status.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT SHOP FROM THEM!!!!

I had a terrible experience with red bubble. I spent a year uploading some highly complex designs. One of them took me two months. Then my hard drive crashed and with it I lost my link to the design freeware I used, to my email address where I'd backed up everything and of course, all the designs on my hard drive. Shortly after this I was suspended. No reason given. As I know I have not infringed on their policy, I don't understand why. There was a complaint that I had copied a leopard skin design, which I know to be false, because I didn't. The design in question was made before Redbubble even existed. It was originally a set of screenprint positives I drew by hand using toothbrush splatter. The report was probably a vindictive attempt perhaps to take out competition. No one owns the idea of leopard spots anyway. There has been fabric printed with leopard spots since my grand ma was cha-cha-ing in her bob in the 1920's. So I was banned without reason and there is no transparency, no explanation, no giving me a chance to take down a design that someone complained of, even if I know it wasn't copied. For example if a design is not selling it doesn't harm me at all to take it down, even if its ethically offensive to have to do it to keep out of the way of bullies. Recently I googled one of my old keywords and lo and behold my best selling design, copied and pasted shamelessly without alteration, was on 6 different accounts under that keyword. I sent screenshots, names etc. and they are still up and have not been removed. So redbubble brutally punish artists who don't copy without reasons given after a year of work invested, and some person with 10 designs who has just joined up is allowed to sell my art work. If there are so many it must be making some money but I get nothing. the cloak of anonymity behind all of this.... the fact that they had got hold of svg's which are not publically available.. perhaps sold as one of the well known 'design package' offers... but where do thieves get high res images and svg... dark dark it is, no transparency is a kind of darkness and breeds darkness .. gives me some very paranoid thoughts. Their ethics are certainly NOT PROVEN TO BE GOOD to say the least ... I suspend my case until I see alternative evidence.

I ordered a Christmas gift on Red Bubble. I was notified that it had been shipped on December 9, 2023. It never arrived, and it's been impossible to get information about the status of the shipment or any compensation due to me because the package was lost. There's no valid tracking number, the customer service is non-existent, no one answers the phone - and no one ever replied to the emails I sent asking about my package. What kind of business is this??

RECEIVED my aircraft t- shirts as ordered #67443532 shirts right size , fit great , delivered with premium shipping , prior to their recommended date by Australia Post , however , the t-shirt with the transfer of the mosquito aircraft which should have sat proudly emblazoned on the chest , is actually sitting below the chest and on the stomach , looking as though , someone was not caring where the print went , or were training a very young person , am not a person who would proudly wear that t-shirt.

Paid $36 for 2 day shipping that I order in January 13th, here it is January 19th and still no package. I needed the shirt I was attending on the 20th. I try to find out what the hold up was and they were like. It should arrive on the 18th but let us know on the 22nd of January if you still haven’t gotten it yet. This place sucks and their customer service is a joke. I have no shirts and paid for 2 day shipping and they won’t give a refund. Stay away from this place. It’s not legit.
