To anyone who thinks your working with a company that uses ethics be warned. I sent them a notice today asking why after many years of closing down my store front was it still open to the public. After many issues with there communication I decided that as an artist it's probably not going to make you any friends if you shared a link to your friends only to find out how disappointed they would end up. There were reviews on the sight saying how great the products were. I was getting 5star reviews. When I looked into them a bit more I realized that they never seemed to describe the image but gave a general description like really soft or great colours but never a word of the artists name or anything related to the actual image itself. There were hundreds next to my image. People would say they just ordered one and they would get another. If they were a reputable company thy would realize this is a manuver that can get them into big trouble as if your image and reviews are used as a way to coherse people into bying more products. Copyright rule for those who don't know if my image is used to promote people to by more products then generally you owe me for using my image to make you revenue. There for that company owns you royalties as your been used to promote themselves. Another big issue is how do you know if people are really bying your products. They say these companies are all automated but as you know when dealing with fine artist and not having any real conversations than I'm sorry for your issue how can I send you a voucher. I'm in Australia and red bubble has a storefront here so you'd think I'de pay there Aussie team to ship from one side of Australia to the other. Of course not that would be to easy. No instead I still have to pay in American dollars .And have to wait and wait. This company uses the artist to give them a profit on sub standard products. Don't write to them with your problems as they have no real empathy for your problems as trying to get them to own up to there misteaks is not even worth worrying about. If you spent thousands of dollars then they would have big issues as money from a couple of tee-shirts or even there more expensive pieces is not gonna land these guys in court. Sorry to say it but unless people take it up together as a class action against this company nothing can be done about them. Withholding revenue from artist and giving them delays and when giving them altimatums when your upset they simply discard you and give you a run around. You may have some drama with actually trying to get your images down. What you can do if you believe there is revenue being made and they don't close down your store is ring your local copyright infringement companies and they will on your behalf take action. They are paid to search world wide for crooks like this. I was told today that the Corrona virus was the reason that companies that deal with pay pal have put notice up saying that was the reason red bubble could not deal with its connection problem. That closed my account down again. Do you think it's a coincidence considering the problem I've had with them they have realized that there public image dosnt really portrait there internal affairs. Take companies like this down there a too many contributing factors that show they are leaches on unsuspecting victims who have been taken advantage of.

ordered a hoodie on 12/13/2018 and was it sent out on 12/17/2018 .Website said expected delivery was 12/24/2018 .Hoodie hasn't arrived yet nor is it out for delivery. What is worse is this website doesn't offer anyway of getting in contact directly with customer service through email or phone number and just offers tracking order information and questions before placing order or questions sellers have. I'm stuck in limbo here and have no way in having contact with this site . Scam site and won't use again.

Guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Worst experience of online shopping ever. $38.00 and a dozen emails and I still don't know if I'll ever get the stuff I ordered. Should have been a clue that every time I sent an email, in the same thread, a different person responded, thanked me for shopping with Redbubble then didn't do much to resolve the issue. STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely evil site. Banning system is obscene. Ive googled similar situations after getting the same email (MONTHS after they shut my account down immediately) with the “suspicious activity” yadda yadda after uploading a completely original design, the others have stated that they might actually block “non-Western” IP addresses. Check reddit and Youtube for more. The email they sent even said “any future accounts you make will be suspended”. They should at least explain what was violated and give artists the chance to recover their accounts. Evil. They’re evil.

I ordered a phone cover and the printing had red lines running through it. They said they would send me a new one and never did. I emailed them several times and still nothing. It cost almost $30 with shipping. I feel taken.

Website is a scam. Asked for a change to my order 1 minute after submitting - they straight away cancelled my order and gave me a credit. Credit cannot be used together with a coupon code! Same purchase cannot be made without paying more - shady practice, AVOID!

I have followed all rules of the safety guidelines but my account was suspended for no reason and without any explanation. I have contacted customer support many and many times asking why my account was suspended, they never replied , this is a very horrible service and website. i never got the chance to fully enjoy it as my account was closed on the second day that i registered.I regretted for the first time that I was member in this website.this website is a scam. I don't recommended for any one, please be intention and do not purchase any product from this service because it's a fake website .

I ordered a t-shirt over 3 weeks ago for a Birthday Gift, still not arrived!!!! Unable to contact anyone for info, delivery date was mean to be the 12th May, still waiting!!!! Not good enough....,, Customer Service =0..... Very Dissapointed and certainly won’t order from this company ever again.....👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

In all honesty and objectivity, the shirt I purchased looked WAY WORSE than the time I tried to print out a logo on my cheap printer and iron one on a t-shirt myself. Burned glue marks all around the graphic in the shape of the stick-on paper. And they had the nerve to just send it to me looking that way. I guess you might get lucky, but know that this is NOT a sophisticated operation with any quality control.

I have been buying tshirts on Redbubble for years, but my two most recent experiences have been extremely disappointing . Apparently, they have really cut back on the quality of the print - all of my tshirts recently have looked a printer that was extremely low on ink ( on the "draft" setting ) .. I have enclosed a photo : the Jill Stein shirt was purchased in 2019 and the Bernie shirt just arrived ( Feb 2020 ).. This s the same design, and as you can see the older ( and washed 20+ times ) Jill Stein shirt is 100x more vivid than the new/unworn Bernie shirt … They gave me a voucher, but I have a feeling the results will be the same .. Sad, because in the beginning, Redbubble was great .. They have really cut corners, and I will be shopping elsewhere from now on ..

Purchased pillows and covers. Covers were pretty but the pillows they sent were too big to fit inside. They were also extremely poor quality pillows. I tried three times to submit an exchange request and it errored out. I will never buy off here again.

I was asked to join redbubble when they were in the process of launching the site many years ago. I WAS a wonderful site for ARTISTS but now has become a horror. Whoever is in power will pick and choose with what feels like pure prejudice whose work is "ok" whose is not. Yours may be removed for a statement, yet another same theme remains. Nonsense and cyberbullying and very disgraceful, if you choose to be a company like that then make it private and pick and choose before bullying and exploiting and segregating and suppressing and oppressing,,,should i go on?? They remove based on what they call their rules, and it may apply to one but not another for some reason which is inconsistent and causes one to feel bullied or a victim of prejudice. They will remove before know the facts nor informing the artist first with no interest if whether or not this may be your only image since it was up almost 20 yrs until only now! I believe they have become biased, have oppressed the artists, and are no longer for artists and their preferences and micro management shows. They are no longer a site for artists and real art. They should change their name to bubblegum babies. I am seriously disgusted by what they have become now. If you are an artist, not a site that is conducive to being an artist. If your work says nothing or supports the beliefs of whoever is making decisions for the site that specific day perhaps you will be ok there. If you want to be suppressed as an artist they will certainly suppress you. I am trying to figure out how to retrieve all my images before leaving as I was so naive to believe I could put all my trust in this site and never have to worry. How naive of me.

I love the Tejocka design tshirt and Zena Parrot Mug, that I ordered and received from you today! However, I firmly object at the pittance you insist on paying your Artists!!! $.25 for God's Sake?!?!? Why on God's Green Earth would you bother to pay your Artists ANY amount at all?!?!? That isn't even the cost of a bloody stamp!!! It is the most insulting policy, that I have ever had the misfortune to hear of!!! At least give them $5.00 for every item you sell. That's only fair I believe! If you do NOT increase your payments to your Artists to at least $5.00/item, I will.boycott your online shop and make sure everyone in the world knows exactly why. You're so CHEAP.

I ordered clothing from Redbubble for Christmas. I paid a fortune for shipping and the order still has not been delivered. Their customer service responds to emails but does not address the issue at hand. My order was not delivered. They are a nightmare. Will never order from them again.

I paid a disgusting amount in shipping fees to ensure the four pieces I ordered (3 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt) would arrive by Chistmas Eve...in fact, that was what the advertisement said, "order by midnight tonight and receive by December 24th." I really wish I had read the reviews first. After sweating it out for days, I had finally gotten a notice saying my stuff had shipped with an "estimated" delivery for the 24th. Well, I just woke up this morning to an email stating "unfortunately" my stuff won't be delivered till December 26th! This is BS and false advertising. And they actually think the voucher they sent me because of this delay, which doesn't even cover a third of what I paid in shipping charges and requires another purchase, makes up for it? I will not be ordering from them again. Lesson learned.

No customer service and late. The website states someone will reply in 12 hours...still haven't heard from anyone. Bought Christmas present for office party 2 weeks ago and paid rush shipping. As of today 12/20 the status says "your order will be delivered by 12/19...on top of that it still shows "in production'. No one to call...no one to responds to emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am an artist who sell on POD sites. I have been designing almost for 3 years in RB. My account was suspended without any warning. I have sent many support requests and didn't receive a reply for weeks. After 3 weeks, Integrity team has send me an e-mail and they said: "We had to suspend your account, because we noticed suspicious activity" Suspicious activity!????? I have no idea what I did to get suspended. And I think, they have no idea too. I'm upset beacuse of lose my works. 3 years of hard work, and now what? I spent thousands of hours creating, uploading, tagging, promoting... They have a terrible, disturbing censorship system and an even worse client service. Their customer service is like a robot who repeats itself every time it is switched on. They act like they are trying to help you. but they never really help resolve the original problem.

I am an artist who attempted to sell on Redbubble, and this site has a serious problem with it's banning system. I recently made an account, uploaded a few pieces of original art that did not violate any of the rules, and was suddenly logged out of my account and told it was inactive. I sent many support requests and didn't receive a reply for weeks, and when I did it was a generic mass e-mail that stated I was banned for "suspicious activities". When asked what "suspicious activities" I was guilty of, I received no response. After searching "redbubble bans" I have discovered many others who had the exact same thing happen to them. It makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore, I was banned for uploading original art when they have hundreds of designs with actual copyrighted material (official Nintendo art, logos, etc) alive and well on their website violating their own rules. Their mission statement claims to bring "more creativity to the world" but they do anything but that. There is ZERO support for artists when they have issues with the website. You are completely ignored. Sell your art elsewhere and don't give this garbage site any more money.

Horrible company to deal with. Product was advertised to arrive before Christmas, and ordered in plenty of time for it to, but never arrived. Website will not accept my email address, so can't sign in to see what's up with my order to track it. They do not offer a online customer support phone #. They were paid on time. I expect my merchandise on time. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Horrible customer service.
