i am trying to return a few items that are to small. Cant get customer service, cant get into a site for a return label, nothing comes up to let you do this. Will never order from them again. as well in order to take possession of the parcel we had to pay an additional $35.78 to the delivery guy. So i am now out close to $200. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN.

I would give then zero stars. They are crooks. I ordered a few things from them for the first time. Was trying to return most of them as quality was cheap, clothes ill-fitting. And I say this as a size 2 person... Impossible to return on their website. I tried every possible trick. When it would tell me to enter my order number, it would always lead me to a dead end. Would even tell me I had NOT placed an order even though I'd already received my order from them. I wasted over an hour and never succeeded in completing the return. Now I'm stuck with 6 pieces of ill-fitting clothing. I would advise everyone NOT to order from Shein. They go out of their way to NOT help their customers. I can't say I've ever seen anything like it. I order many clothes online and have never had an issue. They are frauds. I can guarantee they won't respond to this review. Ann B.

I made a return on the 2nd July. I am still awaiting my refund. There is no customer service. Wouldn't recommend using this company.

Clothes (when they fit are lovely) however when you return an item you are refunded the sale price regardless of whether you pay full price or not. Both of my last two refunds (5 items), which I paid full price for, have all gone into sale so I received sale price refunds. Technically this is theft. You also pay £2.50 for a refund which is deducted from your refund as well. There is no way I can find how to contact Shein other than a telephone number and the number is foreign so would probably cost a fortune to ring. Really awful procedure and this needs to be changed as they will be raking thousands from people.

This company should be shut down, it is disgusting that they are aloud to keep trading. Like many other people I am still waiting for a refund. I returned 2 dresses on the 5th June via the post office and it is now the 5th of August. The only way to communicate with them is through a robot. NOT ACCEPTABLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It was my second time purchase from shein, with absolute satisfaction from the first order. However, i never expected that my second time purchase would not be less than just throwing my money in trash. I ordered few shirts from shein around 2 months back and haven't received my package ever! The courier company mentions that incomplete address was provided to them so they returned my package to the sender. This was despite me providing complete address to shein and the same is evident when i go to 'my orders'. On me posting this review few days back also, i somehow got a response from shein but to a shame! It mentioned they do not recognise my order number!! (i appended them the screenshot also). I do not understand when shein can not effectively manage logistics, why does it ever take the orders. It has been 2 months now with no clue of where my parcel is. There is nobody to respond at shein, and whenever you try to connect with them, you only get auto responses. I find it a way if fooling innocent people, by first taking orders, take the money and finally don't bother at all if the parcel reaches the customer or not. Such a bad experience this time that i will never order anything again from them!

Shein is normally really good products for the price , however I Placed An order on 1st July and it’s now 29th July and still no order , I know there maybe be delays but there’s no way to track this order or ask anyone for information about this !!! It should have been here 16th

Placed an order on May 5, 2020. Still have not received package and it is now July 23, 2020. There is no way to contact this company. All chat responses are general and automated. I created a ticket but have yet to talk to an actual person regarding my order and why it is taking so long to even process. Site says processing takes up to 15 days but it has bee well over 2 months and they never even contacted me about the delay. Poor customer service

Do not order. I wish I’d read reviews first. Returned clothes and they’ve kept more money than they should. No telephone or email to contact. Tried fb and Insta and no response, robbing buggers!!

My order has still not arrived ordered 25th June still hasn't arrived and I spent nearly £200 we are at the end of July they took my money and havnt contacted me about my order they even have no one to contact reguarding this. It is disgusting !!!

Not very happy I ordered over £50 worth of stuff on Shein on the 25th of June we are now on the 19 of July and still not here no confirmation email when ordering stuff money has been taking out and no way of contacting customer service! Still no order of goods.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for 8 weeks. The status says refund in process. Customer services is an automated system which is useless and there’s no email or phone number to contact anyone about my refund. Disgusting customer setvice

I ordered OVER A MONTH AGO. Says my order was sent from China airlines on June’s 29th but nothing has arrived and Royal Mail day they are still awaiting it. No way to contact shein about this £100 order.

I’ve ordered twice from here. Came quick but a couple of things I’ve sent back for refund. Still waiting on my refund. It’s been well over a month. Tried to get in contact w customer service.. it’s a waste of time. Don’t order from here.

Items arrived in a good time. Fabric poor. Return process appalling. Shein do not answer emails. I have been waiting well over a month for refund. Still no refund. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Shein is okay I had cloths from there but I’m trying to login on my phone and it keeps taking things out of my bag I have been searching up the same thing and it still has took it out of my bag I’m not a dramatic person but this is annoying I give this a 1 I wish I could give it a 0
