I advise you against ordering from SHEIN. Absolutely disgusting customer service! SHEIN you should know the importance of customer service and should pay attention to how your employees handle customers! I have been ordering from SHEIN for many many years, placing big orders. So far I was happy with products, as only once they messed up my order and sent me the wrong item instead of a dress which I ordered, because it was out of stock. Their error was resolved quickly by issuing the refund, however - I never received the actual dress which I ordered! Now, my latest ordered was messed up completely! 4 items were missing! Can you imagine? 4! I could understand a mistake of forgetting 1 or 2 items but 4??? Someone evidently made big error and SHEIN should feel responsible! I anticipate full refund and compensation. Missing items should have been resent asap. They haven’t. No one helped me. It’s not my error! It’s yours! I demanded to see the proof of warehouse video packing my items, which I never obtained. I exchanged hundreds of emails about this and MOHAMED and other agents were absolutely useless and incompetent! I was ping-ponging pointless emails for weeks and still: no refund has been issued neither none of the missing items have been resent to me! I was anticipating that parcel urgently as the items were crucial to me! SHEIN - you took my money and never delivered the clothes which I paid for. Is this a scam???? Your customer service isn’t helpful at all. I will never order from SHEIN again! Never! (Look how many orders I’ve placed so far!) You’ve lost your valid customer. I realise that I am only a small fish in the big ocean of millions of dollars which you make every day and you don’t care. But if you cheat this way by not sending all ordered items and you don’t pay attention to how customer service treats aggrieved and harmed customers, I won’t be the only one leaving! You will lose your customers sooner than you think! Don’t advise me here to contact your agent on your website because I have done it and no one has helped me! I feel ignored and not valid! This is an awful company that you cannot get any answers for your queries My order was debited from my bank account 6 weeks ago I have no updates on delivery since 3rd November I am going to put my comments on social media and advise not to order from this company

First order with Shein, I had never heard of them before. They sent the wrong item. Reached out to customer service, took item to be shipped back. Had to pay for something else to ship back in because their original packaging had a hole in it and wasn’t accepted by the shipper. Waited and waited for them to receive it and process the refund. Re-ordered the item. Wrong item showed up AGAIN. All customer service will do is give me a “free return”. That is not a solution. Why would the return not be free since this was Shein’s error?? I asked for a refund AND a reshipment. They’ve refused and say their system doesn’t allow this which is obviously ridiculous. I’ve asked multiple times to be transferred to someone who can help. They refuse. They feel like it’s reasonable to ask me to pay for a new shipping package, drive their incorrect item to be shipped, and wait until they decide to confirm it TWICE in a row. I shouldn’t have to bear all the costs and hassle of their ineptitude so that they can retain all their profits on this order that they can’t even be bothered to get correct.

Shein is terrible I never received my merchandise they directed me to the delivery service the delivery service had a contract with shein not to discuss with customers so I have no merchandise or refund fortunately I did my transaction thru PayPal I’m waiting for a decision it’s not worth it I’ll never shop at Shein again

have ever shopped in! I specifically chose discounted products. I have been waiting for them for so long!!!! but they have not arrived!!!!! I have been waiting for my package for two months and it has not arrived!!!!! the goods that I ordered are no longer available for order!!! the price of the goods that I need doubled!!!! THE WORST! THE MOST UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT DROP IN THIS STORE!!!!!!!

Order not delivered and unfortunately there is no contact info to inform Shein directly. The courier delivers to an incorrect person and both Shein & Buffalo update system as though the client received parcel. Would not order from Shein ever again.

Boy ... where do I start... I was sent multiple defective and damaged items. I still didn’t get my money back for most of them. They sent me wrong items twice in 3 month period and defective items almost every order. I tried contacting them via chat but apparently they stopped doing the chat and tell u to submit ticket and they will get back to u in 24 hours.... Its all a lie.... I was trying to resolve issues of them sending me wrong and defective items and they started ignoring me. On top of that they suspended my account for “ suspicious activity “ The only suspesious activities is coming from them. Now I have clothes thats damaged and defective and wrong clothes completely from what I ordered and Since I am suspended for nothing the credit money I have with Shein and points I earned by working hard on reviews...are litteraly stolen from me. The suspention is blocking me from using my own money.

I have purchased many many items for years from this company and I would say half I've had to give away because of cheaply made or the tops are very short and see threw, the clothing has weird sizes that really don't fit. Customer service is terrible, can't even talk to anyone🙄

First time ordering a product will be the last, no customer service phone number. They tell you your package had an unsuccessful delivery attempt and to contact the local delivery company. Never mentioned who they shipped it with, tracking number does not match post office, ups, or fed ex. No way to know who to contact and cannot contact shein to find out as there is no phone number or online support. Contacting bank to dispute transaction and get my money back from this . horrible company to order from

BIG SCAM! AVOID A ALL COSTS Not only the origin of their products is unclear and the fabric used for it may be toxic, but also the customer service is a UNNACEPTABLE. --> In order to match the other brides maid dresses for that wedding I ordered a £26 dress that had a reduction ( £7 after reduction). 2) They lost my order 2) It took ages for them to agree to send it back to me (about 2 weeks) 3) They ran out of stock on that dress! 4) They said they can send a replacement/different one instead. 5) I finally found a different one that I do not like as much as the first one. And guess what? They are asking me to pay full price for that replacement dress because the one I was SUPPOSED to receive had a reduction and was £7, not £26! The wedding is in 1 week and I am stuck, well done Shein! SEND THAT DRESS TO ME ASAP!

Still waiting for refund. I live in New Zealand. I paid return postage to Auckland. They tell me return is Australia. The cost to return there outweighs the value of items. They tell me to sort with NZ post. My return has been delivered to Shein lobby box. They need to sort out. New Zealanders DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN. Clothing is not sustainable. Handbags smelled strongly of chemicals. Fabrics are cheap. Not environmentally friendly. Bad customer support Unethical.

This website or company is unfortunate. I don't really understand how people have business with them. I ordered once from them then came with a cheap quality plus the size was smaller than I thought. So I decided to return them which I did and shipped them. This has been been almost a year now and no refund or contact have received from them, only confirmation that the items were received by them. And of course I had to check pn that myself. The issue is they don't have a phone number here in USA. So to contact them must be by chat only,which I tried no kidding 20 times now and no help,explanation or answers were received from them. It was a horrible experience with them Now just want my money back but they keep saying that they can't locate my account.

CLOTHING CONTAINS LEAD!! - ZERO STARS!! Do not buy these clothes or allow them to touch your body. Their clothes contain toxic levels of lead, sometimes more than 20 times the safe levels!! They need to stop selling their clothes immediately and fix that.
