“This store is a COMPLETE joke! They don't honor their price adjustment policy! I purchased MANY items and within a couple of days, the price was reduced significantly! I get a pop-up that the price isn't lower than when purchased????? REALLY?! I brought this to customer service's attention who asked me to send them screenshots of my order and the current prices, which I did and it took me almost 15 minutes to do so! What do they tell me? I didn't meet the criteria?????? WTH?! The bottom line is that these scammers don't honor their policies...PERIOD!!!!”

“I’m becoming really disappointed with shein, I am a regular shopper and I’ve even got my partner to shop with shein but the way they have treated loyal customers lately is terrible. My account keeps popping up with the message that it’s under suspicion for no reason at all I have asked for an explanation as I do not fall under any of the met criteria and shein have failed to give me a valid reason they just keep sending me broken rules criteria! I have not been able to collect my usual points and I cannot play the game to collect points, it just doesn’t make sense. The way they have treated me is bang out of order and I’m just considering terminating my account if they do not want to fix the issue, losing a very regular customer!”

“I bought a jacket from Shein but it was inferior quality and too small, despite XL being my normal size, so - after a week's nightmare of repeatedly ignored requests for a refund - I managed to get it approved, or so they said, and sent the item back but then they changed their mind and sent me yet another jacket exactly the same product and size that I’ve also sent back and now they are saying they haven’t received the return even though I have proof. Dealing with Shein is like a stressful full time job, it's been going on for weeks and still I haven't been refunded. For god’s sake if you do buy from them DO NOT expect customer care if anything goes wrong! I will never buy from Shein again and advise shoppers to avoid this outfit like the plague!”

“I had to pay a return fee for damagged goods and at the end didn't get a refund at all. Tried with customer servise several times with no luck. First they agreed to pay 20% return fee , and at the end that was a refund. I send 30, 40, 50? Complains with no effect and at the end they stopped answering at all... So a damaged dress I returned cost me twice the price and I don't even have it. Or the money back. I did get the money back for 3 items but took 2 month🤔 or more . They won't see me ever again....”

“Its when things go wrong you realise you used the wrong company. I get a delivery, one item of 7. Its nothing like the picture so requested a return, I notice a message on my account which tells me a different product has been delivered this can be items 2 of 7. My account shows the unwanted item (item1) is to be returned. I now have a message that the undelivered item (items2)is to be returned even tho I don't have it. The customer service is not actually a service. Should you need it, you will get a bunch of options of which probably none help. Clearly my issue is not going to be resolved by a chat bot, so ask for contact. I now have a ticket which can and probably will take 24hours to gain a response. Should have stuck to Temu, had no issues with returns etc”

“Sent a dress back on 13th June 2023 but 5 weeks on, I still have not received a refund. Dress was returned immediately after receiving the parcel. Beware! They take your money quick enough but trying to get it a refund back is horrendous!”

“Returned a few items in March. Now it’s nearly July and still haven’t received a refund. It takes ages to contact them (online customer service, but not live, and they don’t give out emails for complaints department whatsoever) and they keep sending the same formal messages, like “the refund is successful on our end” or “please wait 24-48 hours” and nothing ever happens. It’s an absolute joke, letting alone the poor quality of their clothes. Been begging for an 80 euros refund for over 3 months and getting the same dumb answers. Would never buy again. NEVER”

“Will NOT recommend this website at all! Ordered first time on this crappy website and unfortunately will be the last; i ordered 22 products on the 27th of April for my mommabear's birthday which is today; the 12th of May and has not received any of them!! According to the tracking, it has arrived in the country since the 3rd of May and was supposed to receive them by the 8th of May but in vain!!! F Nothing! When i contacted them, they told me perhaps i have to pay tax that's why it's not coming BUT HOW WILL I KNOW if nobody contacted me to pay for it? Or it hasn't been mentioned anywhere by the tracking. How will i know how much i have to pay and where to pay???? Without mentioning that's a long time from the 3rd of May till today; 12th of May!! Very POOR service!!! Don't rely on their stupid date or tracking for getting your delivery on time!!”

“Shein claims they “refunded my money” and sent me a screenshot of “proof of refund”, however, it’s been 2 weeks and my bank still hasn’t seen any money. I contacted my bank they said a refund has not come through & SHEIN swears up and down they refunded it and there’s “nothing else they can do at this point”. Won’t be purchasing from here anymore.”

“I advise you against ordering from SHEIN. Absolutely disgusting customer service! SHEIN you should know the importance of customer service and should pay attention to how your employees handle customers! I have been ordering from SHEIN for many many years, placing big orders. So far I was happy with products, as only once they messed up my order and sent me the wrong item instead of a dress which I ordered, because it was out of stock. Their error was resolved quickly by issuing the refund, however - I never received the actual dress which I ordered! Now, my latest ordered was messed up completely! 4 items were missing! Can you imagine? 4! I could understand a mistake of forgetting 1 or 2 items but 4??? Someone evidently made big error and SHEIN should feel responsible! I anticipate full refund and compensation. Missing items should have been resent asap. They haven’t. No one helped me. It’s not my error! It’s yours! I demanded to see the proof of warehouse video packing my items, which I never obtained. I exchanged hundreds of emails about this and MOHAMED and other agents were absolutely useless and incompetent! I was ping-ponging pointless emails for weeks and still: no refund has been issued neither none of the missing items have been resent to me! I was anticipating that parcel urgently as the items were crucial to me! SHEIN - you took my money and never delivered the clothes which I paid for. Is this a scam???? Your customer service isn’t helpful at all. I will never order from SHEIN again! Never! (Look how many orders I’ve placed so far!) You’ve lost your valid customer. I realise that I am only a small fish in the big ocean of millions of dollars which you make every day and you don’t care. But if you cheat this way by not sending all ordered items and you don’t pay attention to how customer service treats aggrieved and harmed customers, I won’t be the only one leaving! You will lose your customers sooner than you think! Don’t advise me here to contact your agent on your website because I have done it and no one has helped me! I feel ignored and not valid! “Boy ... where do I start... I was sent multiple defective and damaged items. I still didn’t get my money back for most of them. They sent me wrong items twice in 3 month period and defective items almost every order. I tried contacting them via chat but apparently they stopped doing the chat and tell u to submit ticket and they will get back to u in 24 hours.... Its all a lie.... I was trying to resolve issues of them sending me wrong and defective items and they started ignoring me. On top of that they suspended my account for “ suspicious activity “ The only suspesious activities is coming from them. Now I have clothes thats damaged and defective and wrong clothes completely from what I ordered and Since I am suspended for nothing the credit money I have with Shein and points I earned by working hard on reviews...are litteraly stolen from me. The suspention is blocking me from using my own money.”

“First time ordering a product will be the last, no customer service phone number. They tell you your package had an unsuccessful delivery attempt and to contact the local delivery company. Never mentioned who they shipped it with, tracking number does not match post office, ups, or fed ex. No way to know who to contact and cannot contact shein to find out as there is no phone number or online support. Contacting bank to dispute transaction and get my money back from this . horrible company to order from”

“I am still having issues with my refund for the hair I purchased. Shein has had me to send pictures of the hair 4 times and nothing has changed. Futhermore, they do not even acknowledge you by name which is even more insulting. You are just "customer" to them but they want to announce their titles when emailing you back. All this week, they claimed to have checked packages before they ship them out which is lie. Then they have asked me to provide pictures several times, which I have but nothing changes. They are full of false apologies and I have yet to see the money return to my card. They give out the same scripted responses saying they are sorry for the trouble and they do not want you to have a bad impression of them. Too Late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had the audacity to offer me 30% of a refund, when I paid full price. Why would I want a quarter of my money back when I paid in full? I have also tried to find the CEO to tell him what is going on with his non-existent customer service but his email address is nowhere to be found.”

“I want a full refund for the hair because once again you fraudently advertised inches that you did not provide. You are doing this on purpose but then claim you don't know it happens. I wanted 4 bundles of 20 inches not multiple sizes to make a wig. Never mind the fact that it smells. I trusted what you said was a mistake but you cannot continue to scam people. You profusely apologized to me but nothing has changed. Be honest about the inches of hair you sell. I selected 20 inches and yet you sent 16, 20, 18 and 14 and that is not what you advertised.”

“I bought 56 caps in a variety of colors for an event. Usually when you buy caps they come in a sleeve so the bill and the front are not bent or damaged. I couldn't believe that they were smashed down and with bills bent in half. HATS LIKE THESE CANNOT BE FOLDED !!!!! These are not usable and cant get a refund. ps. the yellow hat in the back round is one of my hats that was sent to me properly in sleeve box like the last picture.”

“Sent 3 items back, totalling 38.99 Sent in 2 seperate parcels for the refund for the 1 item no problem, then sent 2 other things back in another parcel, totalling 23.02 they only refunded me £7.05, I opened a PayPal cases and shein got back to me on their platform saying they would refund if I closed the case, stupidly i did and they’re now saying I have already been refunded and showing me a picture of my refund of a totally different item, they owe me just over £15 and because they made me close my case on PayPal I’m struggling to get my money back, even though iv shown them proof they haven’t refunded me correctly, iv added a photo which clearly shows they are in the wrong”

“Been ordering from shein getting on a year now, good quality clothing for price, delivery use to be within 10 days, but at present 3 weeks. Just had 4 bags delivered today. Any issues had, always got refunded as long as you upload pics. No trouble contacting customer service at all. Golden rule, measure yourself, read product reviews. I am size 14 tops, but always check measurements and I range from L to XL depending on style and cut, bottoms size 12/14 if elasticated, normally size 14, again depending on cut and style can range from L to XL on bottoms, shoes measure length of foot, girth of foot, normally size 4, but ranged from 3.5 to 4.5 depending on style. Also buy menswear for hubby he has been well happy. And he is really fussy.”

“Don't waste your money or your time with this BAD company, i really mean it. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such a poorly organized online sales company with the WORST customer service ever. I ordered the same order 5 times and each time they refused my credit card and they refunded me without even telling me why. The bank proofs were sent without any success. I think they didn't even bother to look at them. Finally an agent sends me a Pay pal link which I pay immediately but for 6 days, I write to them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every day an agent told me that the transaction was found in the system and the next day they sent me an email saying that the transaction was not found. groundhog day. I conntacted Paypal and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. I am fed up with dealing with theses morons and the lies regarding the transaction. I finally asked Paypal to reimburse me.”

They are a bunch of thieves that have no clue how to be trustworthy and work properly.one of the dresses that I have ordered was terribly stinky(which shows that they don’t follow the hygiene restrictions at all! Who knows where were those clothes before!) and The shoe was way more bigger than what I have ordered, and I have sent them proofs and photos of What I have ordered and what I have received that was completely different and unpleasant! They were so rude, unprofessional and unable to manage the issue and mistake that they have caused. They did anything to escape their responsibilities and deny their mistakes. Even with proofs and photos! They just wanted to kill time and ignore their mistake! They don’t speak a proper English as well, other than being rude and incompetent! Please don’t waste your time and money on these BS apps. What a shame! 🤦🏻‍♀️😖😣😩🤬”

“Beware I bought items from Shein over $400 but half of my order were made with cheap materials. I returned them, they acknowledged receipt but kept tossing me about my refund. I used afterpay for the purchase which I already made part payment my refund could have covered the rest of the items and money I owe afterpay but Shein has still not refunded the money to my original payment method which is afterpay.”
