“The ceiling light is really nice and was safely packed and looks great in our hallway. Have to say its shock about price of the bulbs for what they are, be it they supposed save energy.”

“Lights are of good quality and as descibed, however, the delivery was delayed and I wasnt kept up to date about their progress, a simple email would have helped. Otherwise very good.”

“Returned damaged stock to Sherwood on 17th Nov to the value of £401.24. I received confirmation by UPS that this return was received and signed for. I've been chasing Sherwood for my refund since. I've now reported them to PayPal for investigation.”

“One of my lights still has not been delivered. Your website states delivered within 7 days unless there is a problem and then we will contact you. After 9 days I had to contact the shop. Two out of 3 lights were later delivered. 3 out of 6 of the shades were damaged. Replaced with shades off display lights on the shop floor. One of the lights which I was promised delivery on 22/12/17still not delivered and still no one has contacted me.”

“When i needed to contact you for a replacement bulb you sent it straight away you are great I've showed it off to several friends of they are considering contacting you when they require one for their homes?
