“I've created 27 projects over the past 15 years on Shutterfly. This includes 15 different photo books. Each and every time, I've always received excellent, professional customer service and beautiful books. I custom design all my books. There may have been a couple of times over the years that I needed Shutterfly to help with a mistake. However, they stand behind there products 100%. If you aren't an experienced design person then ask for help. Use high quality photos!!! Remember Shutterfly didn't take the pictures. The photo quality of books and cards depend on what you upload. Low quality photos will create poor quality projects; so don't blame Shutterfly for your photos. They will make what you approve. Start your project early enough to allow for help and receive book in ample time in case the book or cards need to be possibly replaced if it's the direct fault of Shutterfly.”

“I received a wonderful photo puzzle for Christmas 2018. This puzzle was an "I LOVE YOU MOM" puzzle from my recently married son & daughter in-law. I didn't want to have to disappoint them in letting them know that I was missing a puzzle piece. So I contacted Shutterfly.com & spoke with a Supervisor & she could NOT just replace this puzzle & send me out a new one. I was told that I had to actually let the newly married couple know this puzzle was defective. They were the only ones that could have it replaced & they could not deal directly with me. I was told that it was for security reasons & this is ridiculous.”

Ordered a special surprise book for our family's trip to FL. The website still states" waiting for carrier pick up". Call - someone in customer service talked soo fast- which was irritating on top of him stating the book is lost or damaged- he said it would be delivered in 3 days- the NEW order confirmation he sent stated 7 days. VERY disappointed with Shutterfly- will find another trustworthy company.”
