I’m 5”7 tall weight 210 and I bought the Women’s Max Cushioning Elite 2.0 Size 10 M in black and they are so comfortable that you can wear them all day. I bought them in Neutral color and I just order the Black color and Im in the waiting list for the navy & pink. They are very comfortable I don’t feel the side walk pumps when i walk on the street. I am buying all colors so i can vary thru the week. Sketchers slways have coupons and these I got 25% off. I have passed ankle surgery which sketchers have a good grip on your foot. I do recommend. I sm uploading pictures of these wonderful sneakers and best is that the tongue of the sneakers are NOT sewing in which I love because I like to pull the tongue and tide them myself the way I want them. “I had to get a new pair of shoes for work and Edgar one of the managers for Buca di Beppo from a different location suggested that I go to Skechers to get them. If I did I would be able to get in 30% off with a code. Although there were stipulations that had to be met. From the moment I entered the Taylorsville Skechers and began interacting with Kylee I was very happy due to her patience and helpfulness. It was very near closing as it was when I went in the store to make my purchase. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I reached out to the Skechers, they asked me to take pictures of the shoe along with a receipt which I did. They replied it was normal wear, and they wouldn’t be replacing it. Bought a pair of Delux Walkers and they totally broke down (pronated badly) after only 7 times on my feet (walking for a total of less than 12 miles). I was asked to submit several photos, which I did, then was sent a "complimentary" FedEx label to send them in to be inspected. The label was never accessible. I bought a pair of shoes from the South city mall, kolkata store. The total billing amount paid was around 8500/- . The model name of the shoes bought is cityblock-hatton, size 11, 222038-wmlt.
I regret informing you all that Skechers product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The colour of the shoe started running and the entire shoe got discoloured, when unfortunately i got caught in the rain for just 5 mins. I had hardly used the shoes for 3-4 times.
The consumers are entitled to expect that the product they buy be of good quality and will last for a reasonable period of time and be fit for the purpose for which it is acquired.
I first contacted the store and later customer care executive about the problem and was informed that the shoe cant be replaced as the product is not eligible for return or replacement and the damage could have been due to regular product usage and maintenance.

“DO NOT BUY FOR WORK ! Men's After Burn M fit sneaker Extra Extra Wide Width. Right out of the box the front nose was delaminating and thought it was supposed to be this way. They lasted 3 weeks of garden work before total delamination of the sole.
Customer service viewed the pictures and stated that this was natural wear & tear and not a manufacturing issue. Stating damage was reasonably expected with a natural breakdown caused from use. For a shoe that costs over $100 you would think they would last longer for the money paid.
Customer service said l was a VIP customer and gave me a $5 coupon to use on my next purchase with in 60 days.
What a joke for a shoe company.
l spend $1000.s of dollars for shoes for my family and work and would never indorse Sketched or DSW ever again after this 3 week failure like this.
