“The website is easy to navigate and find what I needed. Communication was great throughout the ordering process. Shipping was fast but when the product arrived, it was in rough shape. I think it will end up working fine but maybe better packaging/different carrier in the future.”

“This is my first order with Smith Corona since you merged the Factory Labels Direct into Smith Corona. I was surprised you were unable to pull in our multiple ship to addresses. That's not exactly rocket science. I can somewhat understand the order history could not be merged ... of course you could have created comment field showing the various labels we had purchased to make locating them easier.”
